Have to say this was pretty disappointing. The casino was actually beautiful, but the conventions they have here, the expos... complete waste of money. I drove an hour for the chocolate expo, paid almost $25 for a ticket, only to go in there to see that every chocolate purchase you might want to make is averaging out to be $12 or more, next to no samples on any of the products, and the celebrity meet and greets they advertise don't mention that you have to pay an extra $40-$60 to even go meet them. Which is a real shame because I was very excited to meet the cast of Willy Wonka. That's one of my favorite movies, and the main reason I drove down here. Only to find myself feeling really bad that most of them were just sitting there looking at the crowd with no line because I'm sure many, like myself, weren't expecting to pay an extra fee on top of what you already paid to get into the expo. I felt so bad for them. Just a bummer. I'm probably just going to try and find something to do around the area before I go home so I can at least get my drives worth. Genuinely though it could be user error. I guess if there was any fine print, I didn't see it. Make sure you read it if it's there before you make a purchase for one of the expos here.

Let me start by saying in comparison to the hotels in the area, this place is cheaper and on the higher quality end. It's older ofc but I loved that vibe. I got lucky and got a really good view of the downs and the cute horses. The floors require key card access unlike other hotels. The floors were quiet. The blackout curtains were amazing. Good quality soaps. Clean towels. I will be staying here again when I come to Delaware and I may even consider the other Bally's in other states. I will finish off with something not room related: the bartender last night at the sports betting area (I'm not familiar with the casino area or the names of the bars in them) was extremely rude and unpleasant. She swore around and about her customers and took her busy shift out on them. Aggressively bunched the receipts (her tips) which she didn't deserve from my party btw. Took my dad's card after swiping and aggressively threw it down on the side of the register and stormed off multiple times in the middle of asking what people wanted for drinks. I don't even know why we tipped her to begin with. She was the worst part. And the drinks sucked.

Nice casino in general. I am assuming this one came from Atlantic City. Came here for the 1st time and walked through the entire place. A nice slot selection. A small high roller room, but it's definitely worth dropping a few dollars in the HR room. The tables are really good. And they seem to be pretty generous as I played. But do not think you are going to break the bank. Take your winnings and run. Definitely I will be back

PLACE WAS WILD the weekend before New Year's Eve. People were loosing their mind at the crap table. Enjoyed my first time at Bally's. Accidentally thought I was getting into blackjack but wound up in a blackjack offshoot game. Enjoyed playing. As per state laws they do shave to stop serving alcohol.

For Mother's 59th birthday, we celebrated here. It was a great experience and she enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel was great. The rooms were nice and clean. So peaceful sleeping at night and even more beautiful waking up to the sunrise. We only stayed 2 nights and this resort and I wish we could've stayed longer. I will definitely be back.

This hotel and casino are newly renovated. I mean, maybe a few years now or so. But I will recommend this place. We booked a last-minute thing for a hotel, and it was like 12:30 am. They still accommodated us and the front desk Elizabeth was nice. She even gave us a pair of toothbrushes when we asked. The room was clean and spacious. The lobby was very elegant, and the casinos were clean too. Plenty of slot machines to choose from. The only setback does not have numerous real tables open. But still a great place to stay.

I always bring a blanket with me.

Celery was on the edge of inedible and borderline spoiled. The staff are very nice and accommodating and helpful as it was our first (and last) visit for this establishment. We frequent several casinos in the surrounding areas and decided to check this one out. The ambiance is over the top with security checking ID's and scanning all licenses and it slows entry to a crawl. It seemed clean except at the complimentary drink station where it was in need of attention as most of the offerings were shooting clear soda and no flavor and people were just cutting in line and acting entitled. No semblance of order at this station. This place is the epicenter of rude casino goers. Propping chairs at machines, leaving their player card in the machine as they play another machine. Intimidating behaviors when you challenge this machine holding practice. Popular machines are NEVER available to play and people are rude when you play anyway. The spots are the absolute tightest we have ever encountered in any casino we have ever visited. ANY WINS are minuscule and anti-climatic to say the least. Don't waste your time going here and I hear it is the same with this ENTIRE BRAND!! Many locations and they all boast the same rude and annoying practices. Steer clear of this place and go where you can actually play a game and not stand around waiting for someone to "allow" you to play a slot you enjoy. It's a waste of time and energy. We ate at High Steaks 1x and the food was good. I am a slots player, low budget, minimum bet player. I can't remember the last time I had a winning visit! I don't expect bonuses on every game I play, but more times than not, I'm losing at every single slot! How is that even possible?! I avoid many of the high volatility machines, like the Buffaloes, Huff n Puffs , etc. Doesn't matter, because you're getting "rinsed " on everything here! How does this casino rate 91+ RTP? The high limit room? From what I've read online, it wasn't always this way. Seems like the new owners want people spending $ they don't have at higher bet levels. I'm not looking at making a 2nd income playing here, but how is it possible to play 8-10 different slots and barely get a decent line hit? Greedy. I have DE Park 3 stars , but it's definitely a 2.5.... If this keeps going like this I'll come here only occasionally.

People who have never left a review before creating accounts just to badmouth someone. My family has been playing here for years so I speak from experience. Here are the facts: 1. They are trying to accommodate everyone... Therefore they have installed a card reader system to automate some of the process and make it easy for you to keep your points and you're spending money in one place. They do keep a certain amount of machines on quarters as well for those who prefer otherwise. I find this to be a very good compromise. 2. They have some very good prizes in this arcade. Obviously, the better prizes are going to be won by saving up your coupons over time... but then again, there are exceptions. This week I watched as a lady came in and wanted to win an NBA jersey. She sat down next to me at a poker machine and was unfamiliar... I showed her how to play five at a time to maximize the jackpot and, within 5 minutes she hit a jackpot high enough to win the jersey. Their coupons never expire so you can save them up and trade them in at anytime. Also, if they don't have it, they will get it for you. You just have to ask at the counter. They are extremely accommodating. 3. They work very hard in here... Everyone has a job... The floor people do not work behind the food counter... The redemption people do not work out on the floors... They all have specific functions that they are trained very well for. It can get hectic... but they honestly do to try to take care of everybody. There are certain times when they get very busy because it is the end of a tournament or there is a special free drawing going on at that moment... The place is huge so if you don't see someone in the front of the store... They also have people stationed in the middle and in the rear of the store as well as out by the cranes. 4. Somebody on here posted that the bathrooms are always filthy. I know this to be absolutely false. They clean these regularly throughout the day. This is 100% FACT! They have three bathrooms that are kept clean... Very clean. I see the workers who go in and clean them. Most of the employees who work here have that easy-going attitude and do whatever it takes to make things work. There is no way you could work there without being easy-going because the number of nit wits you have to deal with on a daily basis. They really do want you to have a good experience. 5. Cranes: You can't complain because you spent $5 trying to win a $500 item and didn't get it. Some cranes are easier than others. All machines ...at all arcades...use random number generators and will determine when a machine will be eligible to "pay out". A certain amount of money has to have been put into a machine (machines are set looser or tighter) before the claws tighten up more, before the stacker will stack to the top etc. etc. etc. That's just how these things work. It's a bit of skill and a bit of timing. Just chill out and have a good time. If you win points inside the casino area they will allow you to use these points purchase any of the stuffed animals or any of the other items in the cranes. All you have to do is ask. My favorite thing to do is just sit and watch some of the families with younger children having a blast in here. They are laughing and playing together... That makes my day. This is a family place. If you wander in drunk on a Saturday night and cause any problem, they are going to quickly show you the door. It's a safe, fun place to chill and have a good time. Enjoy it for what it is. I'm not a paid spokes person for this place...I've just enjoyed it for many years. I hope you will too.

Originally opened in a small red barn in 1980, as one of the Seminole Tribe's first casinos, it's presently a 27,000-square-foot casino with over 400 Las Vegas style slot machines, high-stakes bingo, and a full service restaurant and lounge. It is one of the largest employers in Glades County with more than 210 dedicated employees. Even though this is the oldest and smallest of their Casinos, I found it to be clean, well maintained, and the air quality was excellent. The employees that I interacted with were warm, friendly, professional, and helpful. This particular Saturday afternoon the place was packed and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The favorites were the slot machines, but also the majority of seats were taken at the game tables. BTW, $10 game tables on a Saturday afternoon is a pretty good deal. The adjoining Bingo Room (about the size of a small grade school gymnasium) was packed with mainly our senior players. Down the road a couple of miles construction is presently underway to replace this Casino with a new casino-hotel which will feature a nearly 38,000-square-foot casino, 623 slot machines and 18 tables for blackjack, baccarat and other house-banked card games. Included in the total number of slot machines will be 101 in a smoke-free gaming space and a high-limit area with 42 slot machines and four table games - all this sitting on a new 75-acre site with a 10-acre lake and parking for 1,000 vehicles. Original plans were for the new Casino to open in late 2024, and the subsequent closing of the existing one, however I have read where it now may be sometime in 2025. Make it a point to visit here soon, I think you'll have a good time. Then return again to check out the new one when it opens. I'm looking forward to it.

One Star - Not Worth the Drive or the Price…read more My recent weekend stay at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Brighton Bay was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel is brand new and the rooms were clean, nearly every other part of the experience fell flat. The food at both EE-TO-LEET-KE Grill and Josiah's Steakhouse was overpriced and bland. My wife reserved us a dinner at Josiah's, and what we received was far from what we expected. The garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic--just plain mashed potatoes. My wife's asparagus was soggy and thrown into a bowl without care (see photo). For a steakhouse, the quality and presentation were underwhelming. The only highlight of the entire weekend was a latte from Constant Grind. The casino itself is tiny. You can walk the entire gaming floor in under 10 minutes. With all the land they have, it's surprising how small they made the space. They had only four Phoenix Link machines--one of the most popular slot games nationwide. Very disappointing for a Hard Rock property. Now for my biggest frustration: I had originally booked a comp stay at Hard Rock Bristol in Virginia by mistake. Realizing it before leaving, I canceled that reservation and booked Brighton Bay instead. When I arrived, I explained the honest error to the front desk and was told it might be possible to honor the comp depending on how I played that weekend. By checkout, the front desk had no notes, claimed they couldn't help, and handed me a pamphlet with an 800 number. I called, only to be told I needed to speak to a host--after I had already left and was on the road home. So, despite spending thousands at Hard Rock properties, they couldn't honor a $400 stay because of their own lack of communication. This hotel may be new, but with poor food, poor communication, and poor customer service, it's hard to see it thriving long-term unless major changes are made. Locals might be fine with it, but for anyone traveling more than two hours, it's just not worth it. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others.
