Unfortunately, after only a few uses for work, the faux leather started peeling. I really liked them and wanted to save them, especially since I had just bought them, but the owner was incredibly honest and told me it wasn't worth repairing. About 2 hous in is when I noticed they were peeling. I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. I contacted Rafi first thing Monday and sent him a text with video. He is taking no responsibility. I feel like he was trying to do a good job. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! (They do turn on all the ceiling fans but only after an attendant arrives so if you want to do your laundry right when they open - it will be warm inside the laundromat).
