I answer the second time and the person who was originally rude to me called me to ask me to remove the review. I obviously will not remove the review, because this was my honest review about the had experience I had. A week later the company decides to message me and ask me to remove the review again, after the phone conversation we had where I said no, I will not be removing my honest experience with them. It's incredibly inappropriate to keep pestering someone to remove a bad review, when you provided terrible customer service. If you want someone to leave good reviews, be kind and courteous to them, when they're looking to pay YOU money for your services.

I guess there was a bit of a funny smell when they first dropped the trailer off but they made sure it was all set and ventilated before they left and there was no issue after that. One thing we had to confirm that we had access to was a long hose that ran to a tap so that the trailer could be connected to a water source. It wasn't particularly "cheap" at around $1,500 but we needed a bathroom, it was really nice, and they went above and beyond. For example, it rained pretty bad that entire week and they made more than 1 attempt at picking it up without any extra cost to us. And the bathrooms truly were nice. My stepdad was really worried and thought it was really strange that we had trailer bathrooms. At some point though he went to use it and came back super excited telling everyone that they just had to see the bathrooms :'D

I appreciate that they sorted items that could be reused from those that needed to be thrown out. They even sorted items for scrap metal. The team was upbeat, professional and fast.
