a pizza in a pizza box

Pizza is pretty good. The sauce is very flavorful. We got the thin crust and it had major flop, no biggy but just need to report on the under carriage. The staff that worked there was chatting it up with me over college football so that was fun. The antipasto salad was Muy bueno . The dressing on this was phenomenal and we will always order this when we get their za. We'll get it again, probably during football Sundays

Not going to lie, the cow mascot that they currently have dancing in front of this place got our attention! It's tucked away in a tiny strip mall-ish place so easy to miss but I would recommend making the trip! Delivery, take out, or dine in. Their hand tossed crust is delectable, not too thick and very flavorful. For me, the crust is what makes the pizza! They have specialty za's or you can create your own. We also got the boneless wings, they were extremely small which was our only disappointment. 6 bite size wings for 6.99$ but the sauce was amazing (we got garlic Alfredo and buffalo, but there are many options) and they were cooked well. The best part for us take out diners was the ease of ordering online, extremely fast and easy to navigate their menu. We will be back again

Good pizza, quality place Prices are a little high. To add a topping it's $1.89! That is quite high. The place has a few tables and an inviting atmosphere. Workers were very friendly. The place has wings, pizza and more. They also offer over 50 different craft beers, which many beer lovers will appreciate! The place would benefit with a little more advertising and word of mouth!

"Lotza Meatza" and it iz! Awesome, huge chunks of Italian sausage, crispy pepperoni and bacon, and ham top this meat-lovers' pie!

Downtown Pizza's new Thiensville location just opened and its got a really fun, seat yourself atmosphere to accommodate 30~ people or so. Grab a booth or table and check out the menu at your own pace. When you're ready, order up front; the only problem is, you pay at the time of your order which makes deciding on a tip and charging future beers a little sketchy. Service was very good, however. Speaking of beers, they have a nice selection of bottles and cans for a small location but the only option, so far, is drink it from the vessel which isn't optimal for craft, or a copper mug which isn't much better. I hope to see pint glasses in the future. The wonton-wrapped mozzarella sticks were delicious as is their pizza, though a little on the pricy side. Two beers, the app, and the small size pizza ran my wife and I nearly $50 with tip; a bit expensive for a quick pizza evening, especially since the whole restaurant is self-serve. Your dishes go in back where you can also find napkins and silverware as well as to-go boxes. Delivery is currently "limited" - based on the capacity at the time of the order. I love the pizza and the atmosphere but I'm a little more interested in either picking up or delivery.

Its a handmade decoration using an old gumball machine with air plants inside.

Second time ordering from here. The pizza was ok, better in the area. Garlic bread was good. Eggplant fries were mushy and not seasoned.

I found myself looking for a Friday fish fry close to Germantown so that I could be back by 6:30pm…read more After looking through my bookmarks of places I hadn't been to yet, Crave Bar & Food's pictures intrigued me the most. In addition to the beer battered walleye with potato pancakes I got beer batter cheese curds and a dozen wings. Happy hour is 2pm to 5pm Monday through Friday and, along with having drink specials, select appetizers are $7 each. The cheese curds, which are huge and come as an order of nine, are one of those select apps. The batter didn't have much beer taste and the shredded Parmesan on top seemed unnecessary, but for $7 they were a steal and even at the regular price of $10.50 they're an excellent value. The old pictures I saw of their wings made them look like they were coated in a rub even though the menu didn't state it. Just to be safe, so I could taste the rub if there was one, I got half the wings without sauce and half with honey BBQ. There didn't end up being a rub on the wings, but the sauceless ones were still great. The honey BBQ was bold tasting, yet didn't overpower the flavor of the chicken. Although I enjoyed the wings, $18 for a dozen is on the very high end of what I would pay, especially since they were average sized and not jumbo. The amount of food on the walleye plate blew me away. Even if they gave me just one of the two large walleye fillets, I feel like that would have been about fair for the price. The two huge fillets made it feel like I hit the fish fry jackpot. Similar to the cheese curds, I didn't taste any beer in the batter, but the fillets were good regardless. I prefer potato pancakes that are thin and crispy, but their thicker potato pancakes were great even with largely being soft due to their thickness. I liked the herbs in the potato pancakes and was a big fan of the cinnamon applesauce compared to plain applesauce most other restaurants provide. Throughout dinner I heard some of the hostesses and waitresses stressing about reservations and having enough tables. Apparently I got lucky that a table was available right away when I got there at 4:30pm. I guess call to make a reservation if you plan on coming on a Friday night.

A reply would have been respectful and could have helped me understand why food was horrible. First I'd like to say setting up reservation for Easter, service and the restaurant-bar was great. We had expectations of a menu because there was no advertising about a buffet. When we called and made reservations nothing was said about a buffet at all. So the 4 of us were disappointed. I would normally go straight to yelp and put a review in, but I thought I'd contact you with my concerns first and see your reply because mistakes do happen. The buffet itself was very disappointing. Salty over crisp bacon, tough overcooked prime rib, desserts tasted like they had freezer burn, chicken was dry, shrimp were warm and selection for 30 dollars was ridiculous. I do have to say the Bloody Marys, coffee, potatoes were good. Our waitress was fantastic and I was impressed with how clean everything was. The fact that we made special plans for Easter and had a friend in town from California we wanted to take her somewhere special really upset me. She actually told the waitress not to waste the overcooked beef she couldn't eat, but to give to someone's dog so it didn't go to waste. I've done bigger buffets myself and prime rib could have been sliced at omelet station. I will leave it at that. Thank you for reading and I hope you take this in consideration because you have a fantastic establishment with an awesome view with great staff.

This last time, we got the 50 piece whole wings ($58.99) and 34 piece legs and thighs ($47.99). Enough to feed 20 people. With this order, we got 7 little packets of coleslaw. Hubby keeps picking up and forgetting to check, but we really needed more coleslaw. They also forgot bread. But a lot of hot sauce. One time, we got the 15 piece whole wings and 8 piece legs and thighs. It was plenty to feed two men and one gal with big appetites. Should be plenty for 4 people with big appetites, with leftovers. I generally get a lot so we can have leftovers. **On many occasions, they forget to pack coleslaw and bread. Check! 7/2024- Fried gizzard on this last pick up order. A+! They are whole wings, in 3 sections, which is nice if you like the wing tip area like I do. - potato wedges - these are more expensive than regular fries, but there's no Merrit in paying the extra. Regular fries are pretty good, and the wedges are subpar. - don't get lost. They are located right on the corner of Teutonia and Good Hope, inside the gas station. One kid ordered a BBQ chicken wrap without the BBQ sauce or tomatoes and got fries for the side, my wife and other kid split a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza, and I got a Caesar chicken wrap with sour cream cheddar cheese tater tots for my side. We also got mozzarella sticks and wings with a sweet and sassy BBQ sauce. The mozzarella sticks were Italian breaded, which I like. They tasted good, but $9.50 for seven sticks that are on the smaller side is a bit much. The wings, however, were great. Decent size and you get 10 of them for $12. The older kid that didn't want BBQ sauce in his wrap ended up enjoying two of the wings, which has a subtle kick to the sauce. We'd get these again. The pizza had a little too much sauce, but it wasn't hard for my wife to scrape off some of it. She and the younger kid both like the pizza, which is good because the younger one can be quite picky at times. Both the older kid and I enjoyed our wraps. I thought mine in particular had a good amount of really crunchy chicken. He liked his fries even though I thought the one I tried was a little bland. I appreciate that the tots seemed homemade, but I really didn't taste the cheddar or the chive, so I probably wouldn't get those again for the $5 up charge.

I'm not much of a beer drinker, but whenever I come here, I always order the Stiegl Grapefruit Radler. It goes down easy and has none of the bitterness that many beers have. For dinner, I ordered the Chopped Salad with added chicken. It arrived looking fresh and was a generous portion. I ended up taking half of it home for another meal.
