Tucked away in the corner is this gem of a place. My husband got the chicken burrito & it was full of flavor & a big portion. We tried the picaditas but kept it simple (bean & cheese),they came out hot,fresh & crispy. I ordered the pozole from the weekend menu & it's the best I've ever had,even better than my abuleitas pozole. It was so flavorful with spice & oregano,be warned it has a kick.It was busy this morning with a lot of take out orders. This is authentic Mexican food! The place is what you call a hole in the wall, which to my experience always means great food, definitely small to eat in. I have come here more than once and always get food to go because it's really hot inside since the food is being made fresh and on the spot. The service is quick, you don't have to wait long for your food to be ready and it is always pretty full so that's a plus. It's a hidden gem ! Ordered huaraches they were stuffed with black beans salsa and cheese. I was there on a Friday afternoon they have certain items for weekends only like garnachas! They are like empanadas canes with potato, shredded beef, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and cheese. As well as other items. They have aguas frescas made daily. Price wise it it affordable it kind of remind me of restaurant in Mexico that they have "comida corrida" I will definitely pay second visit and let you guys know how their garnachas taste. read more

They have certain food during weekdays and weekends have an added menu with yummier food like pozole and menudo. Food here taste just like home. The restaurant is a little hidden but don't let that scare you off, it's worth coming in and trying food. Our family was famished after my son's soccer game; and we found this place. We ordered Menudo, 2 burritos (1 Asada & 1 Chicken) and a asada taco.
