As a DoorDash driver, this was absolutely the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. When I walked in, the manager (or owner) was on his phone and didn't even acknowledge me. After eventually handing me the order, he immediately started yelling at me to confirm the pickup. I was already in the process of confirming it, but I was also trying to get back to my car because I was illegally parked during a storm with a flood watch in effect. Before I could even explain, he started screaming profantity laced threats that he was going to block me from dashing here. There's no need to block me, I won't be accepting or delivering orders from a business that treats people that way. This was my first successful pickup at this location. The only previous times I'd attempted to pick up orders, the food wasn't even ready Or were already picked up. No employee, customer, or delivery driver deserves to be spoken to with profanity and hostility. The fact I haven't given this place a 5 star review yet is insane. Been ordering from this place for a little over a year and it hits different every single time. There is nothing better than getting absolutely belted on a Saturday night and then firing up a 4 for $20 family deal for the boys. We live in a college apartment like most of DP's loyal customers. We order DP time and time again and on this particular night the beer was absolutely flowing and the DP dough cravings were high. Out of all the calzones we've ever had (a lot) these were by far the best. The meat and vegetables were fresh with the bbq sauce smokey and tangy elevating everything. Went to Calio's on Gay St with my WCU daughter on her recommendation. At 5:30pm, she said this is the earliest she's ever been here, if she's ever been here physically at all. It seems as if late night deliveries are the norm, not walking into the store with your middle aged father. Anyhow, I had the Super and she had the Philly.
