I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Baghdasaryan and his staff. My teeth were in poor shape due to myriad reasons but the compassion shown to me here was overwhelming. They not only took the time to explain all of my issues but they worked with me to make sure everything was properly corrected (through fillings, root canals, crowns) and even worked with me on the cost. I have had bad experiences with Dentists all of my life, including improper treatment (which may have led to some of my dental issues) but since I have been seeing Dr. B I can happily say that I have not had additional problems. I just had a check up and cleaning and am cavity free! Huge victory. I have never had to wait long for treatment, schedule an appointment and they even treated my friend in an emergency situation that required Dr. B and Harry to stay late (which they did without complaint and with total professionalism). I just want to say thank you to Dr. Karen and Dr. Arthur for being such amazing dentists. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. I had my FOUR wisdom teeth extraction, one root canal, and one crown done here at Cyber Dent at different times and the results were so fantastic. I had no pain during the procedures and minimal pain during the recovery periods. I was so scared of seeing the dentist so I let my wisdom teeth bothered me for years and finally I came in for Dr. Karen to remove them. I read online and also my coworkers told me all the horrific stories about wisdom teeth extraction but Dr. Karen proved them all wrong :). My appointment was for 11:30am and came in at 11:10 to fill out new patient paperwork. I filled it out a total of 3 times but they were nice enough to give me a gift card for the inconvenience. I ended up going in at 11:55 but not too bad over all. So why the two star review? The assistant was rude overall. The main dentist that works on Saturdays was out apparently well he took it upon himself to grind down my bridge a little bit to make it look flush which was cool. Well somewhere in the process he straight wrecked my gums. It's been a week and it's super tender. He offered to pull my wisdom teeth but in gonna pass. The office is overall old and a little dirty, I couldn't care less for this place. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I just had 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Baghdassaryan, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went the IV route, had very mild pain/discomfort for about 2 hours after surgery, and no issues afterward! Zero swelling, zero pain, and now, exactly a week later, it's as if I never had the surgery! Granted, my teeth weren't impacted nor complicated, but it was a great experience nonetheless. I have always feared and hated the dentist, from a bad childhood experience where student dentists filled 2 teeth and dos not use any numbing agent. I've never been to a dentist that made me feel as comfortable. I'm also one of the MOST NERVOUS patients out there. I too had all my wisdom teeth removed at one time! The procedure went incredibly well though! I was so pleased with the outcome. NO pain at all after! My brother has had a complicated procedure here too, and he was highly impressed. We see Dr. Baghdasaryan. This man is an AMAZING dentist, and he is HIGHLY experienced. He takes the time to explain everything to you, he helps nervous patients like me feel calm. Not very sensitive. Will try to sell you restoration not covered by insurance that you'll have to pay out-of-pocket for. Then, cancelled my insurance plan without telling me. I don't mind that they dropped my insurance--gave me a good reason to drop them--but by not bothering to inform me, I was left without a dentist I could go to for a month because it took time to sign up for a new dentist with the insurance. read more

Got my crowns and veneers done at Cyberdent earlier this year.... Absolutely amazing, and at a fraction of the cost than what other dentists charge (Trust me, I did my fair share of comparison shopping and research!). Dr. Karen Baghdasaryan has the best eye for aesthetically beautiful teeth and gave me a "Hollywood" smile I still can't believe is mine. I've been going to this dentistry for about 12 years since I discovered it, and wouldn't go anywhere else although I now live a good 70 miles away. It's worth the drive, anytime. Just got my fourth and final wisdom tooth extracted and it was awesome!! The pep talk prior to surgery ( since my tooth was impacted ) was helpful, easy, and quite entertaining. Dr. B is a true professional along with his staff. I love how accommodating and thoughtful they are. They had my prescription ready at my pharmacy by the time I was done. No complaints what so ever. It has been 5 months and I still have a pain on the toot that had a filling done by this dentist. After visiting him twice for the same problem with no outcome, Dr. Baghdasaryan got very frustrated that I am probably wasting his time and he cannot bill the insurance except for numerous consultation fees. He stated that he did an excellent job on this filling and if I am not happy, I should go to another dentist. He already billed my insurance for filling and I have to pay out of my pocket to have the filling done again. I wouldn't recommend this dentist. read more

I liked this dental practice fairly well. The front staff were very nice and Dr. Baghdasaryan was nice as well. I did end up switching to another dentist because I was looking for someone to give me more education about my particular dental situation, which is very hard to find in a dentist in general. On one visit while replacing a crown, I was told about having decay on that tooth, but I did not recall him removing the decay or saying much about it. Perhaps he said it was nothing to worry about. I did have some shocks in my gum after this and they did address this by applying a numbing agent, but then I got a little concerned that something deeper could be going on. So, just in case, I decided to seek a consult with a prosthodontist. This dentist had been doing prosthodontics for many years and he told me about some of the problems that can occur with having crowns in more detail. And I guess getting the education put my mind more at ease. Again, it's just my preference to get the extra education so I worry less and I have more crowns then the average person I assume. read more

I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out on the same day 4/3/2015, by Dr. Baghdasaryan. Everything went so smoothly. From my consultation one week prior, to the actual procedure, Dr. Baghdasaryan was very friendly, professional, and extremely caring. This was my first time ever visiting this office because my regular dentist could not do the procedure, I needed an oral surgeon, and I am extremely happy for choosing Dr. Baghdasaryan. Obviously there was pain and swelling after the procedure, but him and his entire staff prepared me for before and after the surgery very thoroughly and went through the pain of getting all my insurance information themselves so I wouldn't have to deal with the trouble. If I wasn't so loyal to my current dentist, I would switch to Dr. Baghdasaryan in a heartbeat. Thank you CyberDent staff for taking care of me and thank you Dr. Baghdasaryan! When I first met the Dr. he seemed to be a great guy and also seemed to actually care and wasn't out there for your money. When my wife went there a second time they screwed up. Stay away from these guys unless you want to pay dearly down the road later. My wife went to these guys and screwed up her booking saying that she had to book at this time and we missed our appointment. I confronted the guy who I talked to on the phone (spoke some Armenian to receptionist) and finally accepted my wife. He then told me that they were just going to do a cleaning and not a full check up and which doesn't make sense. They took about 10 minutes and she was finished. All they did was a "cleaning" that was half a-- job. My wife told me they didn't floss her teeth just scale them and I asked why. She responded, she doesn't need her teeth flossed they are fine. I said, a cleaning usually involves flossing someones teeth correct? I've never been to a dentist who has never cleaned my teeth. They paused and were like umm ahh. Then the front office manager had the guts to say that because my insurance in an HMO you can only come on the weekdays as they save the weekends for cash paying people. They gave some lame excuse that they can't contact insurance companies on the weekend and that is another reason. Just Stay away!! These guys are not in it for care of the patients but for the money and that is it. Get this, my wife went to another dentist when she went back to her home country a month later and what did they find, a cavity. The dentist said that the previous dentist (Cyberdent) didn't do a good job cleaning, SO STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A ROOT CANAL LATER ON. read more
