I have been coming here for several months and the experience has been consistently excellent. The office is aesthetically beautiful--very contemporary with state-of-the-art equipment and meticulously maintained. What truly stands out (in addition to the doctor) are the people. The staff is a very warm, professional group who genuinely care about making you feel good about being there. Dr. Johnson is terrific with a delightful personality. The doc is a super guy. His staff are amazing and the customer service, impeccable. His desire to make the best fit for my mother's dentures has been over and above. After coming up with a solution and implementing his plan over a course of a handful of visits to fit and then readjust until they got it right. BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!! AND HE ANSWER'S HIS PHONE ON THE WEEKEND Our family was attending a softball tournament in San Clemente and one of our players got hit in the face with a ball and knocked her "adult" front tooth out! I called 15 different dentists after searching via google for an emergency pediatric dentist in the local surrounding area that claim to have emergency services, "if you have an emergency please call this number..." Not one dentist answered my call other than DR. ERIC JOHNSON. I even left messages and no-one called me back. Dr. Johnson gave us very calm and immediate advice and recommendations as to what to do and not to do. He was AMAZING!!!!!!! And was willing to go to his office to care for our injured player. DR. I was not prepared to transfer trust of my hygienist easily to a new person, so I surprised myself when I immediately felt comfortable with Emily. Really, really comfortable! She turned my expectations topsy-turvy when she polished my teeth before she cleaned them, explaining it made the process more comfortable, and indeed it was. Dr.Eric has been my dentist for 3 years. I went in with corrective work needed from poor dentistry, everything from root canals to bonded teeth. It took many, many hours over a good year and a half before everything was corrected. All this to say I've gotten to know Dr.Eric's team well and they are quite stunning. There is a synchronicity in the office that I am guessing began with Dr. Eric directing his love for people not only into his dentistry, but also into the kind of team he wanted to create. Dr. Johnson is awesome! Dr. Johnson re-did a crown for me, and it is truly the best crown I have ever had. He spends a lot of time making sure the bite/fit is perfect. I have been really impressed with his skill and attention to detail. The office is very professionally run. You can tell they try really hard to stay on schedule. I believe they are closed on Fridays, but they also have one or two days where you can get an early appointment (like 7:30-ish), which is helpful. I have had a couple of cleanings done with Marlena. She is also fantastic. She does a really good job explaning what she's doing during the cleaning, and it didn't hurt AT ALL. She's really sweet. read more

The office has state of the art equipment unlike my former dentist. 5 years ago my mother in law went to some "One day" denture place to get a new set of dentures and instead she got an awful set of dentures. They never fit her right, made it hard for her to eat and talk, they even fell out quite often. so we finally decided that she needed a new pair. I found Dr. Eric Johnson online and after reading great reviews, I decided to give him a try. Boy am I Over Joyed I chose him!!!! First of all, the Whole office treated us Wonderful!! Dr. Johnson is so sweet, kind and caring. My mother in law has had dentures since her mid 30's, so now at 89, she has a lot of Bone loss. So getting a good fitting pair of dentures was going to be a challenge. Dr. Johnson is Very Meticulous, so there were several appointments we went to until my Mother in law got her final set of dentures. They Fit Perfect!!! We could not be happier with our whole experience with Dr. Johnsons office. AND On our visit for the Final Pair, it happened to be her 89th Birthday!!! What a wonderful birthday gift that was for her to get her beautiful new teeth!!! And too top it all off, the whole office came back to her room and sang Happy Birthday to her!!! My dentist retired and I was a transfer to Doctor Johnson. I had my first appointment with Dr. Johnson today due to a pain/pressure in my lower teeth, his staff fit me me, thankfully. The doctor has all the new equipment so he was able to find the probable problem, and he gave me a temporary oral splint, to take pressure off my bite, and the infected tooth below. I have been to dentist offices and the doctor and staff didn't care about me or really didn't want to be in their own office. I didn't go back. Paying customers deserve excellent service. That is what you always receive with Dr. Johnson. "Professional, talented and great people". When I walk in to Dr. Eric Johnson's office, everyone knows my name and wants to know how I am doing. They actually care. The staff's behavior is a direct reflection of how Dr. Johnson operates as a human, a doctor and a professional business man. Dr. Johnson is constantly working to be a better doctor, person, father and leader. I learn something amazing each time I go to his office. It is interesting to me that he works at making sure his staff is well taken care of and together they work on being better with their customers and processes and education.
