i have been a patient of Dr. Jon and Co for a long time - best dentist I have ever had. currently their office is fixing up my teeth from 10 years in Asia and subpar work. The technology, heart and even artistry of Dr. Jon's work is absolutely incredible. I've had 2 crowns put in that were scanned, prepped, 3D printed, baked in a kelm and fit perfectly in my mouth in 2 hours. one stop. and they are incredible crowns. The whole staff is another strong point of this shop. I love them all for being the best at what they do. Always with a smile and always delivering at the highest standard. It's a busy practice, so it took me 2 months to get in for my first appointment. It is definitely worth the wait! Calm office and modern medical equipments. Everyone that I met and interacted with are courteous, friendly, and professional. I had a very thorough first appointment with lots of imaging and a very thoughtful consultation. Called to schedule a routine cleaning. They gave me an "exam" first and then made me schedule another visit to do the actual cleaning. Never in my life have I had to waste two trips to the dentist to do this when usually it's all done in one. Did the same for my husband, except they didn't even clean his teeth. First of all I have to say that the staff is GREAT, unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dr. Jon.. I had an appointment yesterday, Dr. Jon was not very disposed to answer my questions during my oral exam, I could notice some unconformity while responding, he told me I have some cavities and that a deep cleaning was needed...we discussed about how my treatment will be going forward, and we decided we will do a regular cleaning (for financial reasons), even though we both knew that a deep cleaning was needed at this.... When I went to the front desk to schedule my next appointment, the lady provided me a sheet with the cost of my cavities, which was ok for me, since I will treat them at some point... Dr. went out of his office, with not a very nice voice, telling the lady that I will not treat my cavities at this point now and he went back inside...I was curious and asked the lady what the cost of a deep cleaning is (since I used to pay over $500usd on my previous dental office), he went out of his office again (with a rude voice) and said that I will not do a deep cleaning, I told him that I just wanted to know the numbers since I will need to do it in a near future and I would like to talk to my husband about my dental treatment and know what the cost will be... at this point I was shocked and I didn't understand what was going on and what was the reason of his irritation and been overreacting, he was rude so I decided to leave the office to take some fresh air... today morning I called the office to schedule an appointment, since I already spent 2 sessions for them doing the x-rays, oral exam and measuring my gums, the lady ( who was the same as yesterday) told me that Dr and manager decided that another dental office will be a best fit for me and I will not be allowed to go back, she mentioned the tension caused yesterday.... Really??? Just because I wanted to know the costs of my dental treatment?? ... She tried to smooth that decision saying that because of future insurance changes I will he happier in another office... I should be able to decide to which office I will attend, unless somebody is making racist and unfair decisions.. It is a shame to be treated like this by a Dr who is supposed to be professional and treat his patients with kindness and respect.. read more

#1 is for their staff. They treat you with respect and kindness. But also the expert care and very up to date procedures and equipment. They make you feel very comfortable and never rush you through a procedure. For me that's very important. Highly recommend Dr. Jon and his staff. read more

I'm a new patient. Dr Jon made a great first impression. Dr Jon is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job of analyzing my xrays and the detailed pictures of my teeth. He told me details about my teeth that I've never been aware of and that also made a lot of sense. He doesn't force treatment that's not necessary, but helps you to understand your options and equips you with the the knowledge of how to prevent more damage. I had my teeth cleaned by Katie and it was seriously the best cleaning I've ever had. She was very detail oriented and thorough. There was no pain during the cleaning. She is very experienced and it shows. I think I made the right choice switching to dr Jon's team. read more

No customer service! Cancels your 2 appointments because 1 is late. Then when you insist why they would cancel both when we arrived 10 minutes early for the other one, the front desk just tells you just because. What a Joke! Then asks you after " DO YOU STILL WANT TO SCHEDULE WITH US??? because we are frustrated. Wow! read more

Go Elsewhere unless you want to be charged $125 for not canceling an appointment 5 days in advance! I had an appointment on Tuesday but they wanted to know on the Thursday before if I needed to cancel. Their own paperwork says 48 hours but when i talked to her on the phone she said its two business days! Not worth it!! In hind sight there is a suspiciously high number if 5 star reviews. Dr. Jon and his amazing staff have been my main care for dentistry for over 7 years. They are so great that no matter where I have moved, I always have used them. I currently reside in Chico and make the trip for my appointments. So worth it!!! They are great with appointments and working around schedules as well as being there for an emergency. They do a great job with billing and working with insurance, always courteous and give excellent communication. Dr. Jon himself is professional and just a pleasure to be around.
