Scheduling an appointment was simple, and communication and was given a number for a tow which was needed. Throughout the repairs, the shop (Steve) remained in touch and kept me updated on progress of works, and expected finish. It's so nice to speak to someone who is so nice and professional and they do not rip you off. I am happy with the total cost along with quality of work by their mechanics compared to dealers and other shops. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I'd like them to do a tire rotation she said "it's recommended when doing an oil change, but it's up to you" I didn't feel pressured to add services I didn't come for. Amanda was able to get the car taken care of right away I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, the wait was a breeze. The service tech wasn't condescending when he spoke with me, which if you've ever taking your car to a dealership you know what I'm talking about. I took my vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a whole list of issues with it. I don't necessarily trust a dealership, so I brought it to Joe. I never actually met with Joe. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.
