Quick and fast. I called early in the morning to come in for an oil change and I went there after work. I probably waited about 45 minutes to an hour. The reason for the four stars is because I feel like the prices are consistently changing. I've been coming here for the last three years and my oil change prices have only gone up. I just wish they would stay consistent. I was told that my oil change will be the same price I paid the last two times and it was actually $15 more. But other than that they are very quick but I do recommend that she make an appointment. read more

I came to this establishment because I got a nail on my back tire. I arrived at 6:05 pm and when I walk in they told me that they could not assist me since closing time was 7 pm . Mind you it's just a simple patch and there was someone already been assisted but they left within 5 to 10 minutes of me getting there . I had to basically beg them to assist me since I live about 10-15 miles away from this location and it's crazy and unsafe to drive with a nail on your tire . This place is so corrupt it is not funny, before I begin I found out after calling the corporate office and lodging an official complaint, that the sales people and mechanics work on commission at tire kingdom. So that alone should tell you everything. I just wanted a front wheel alignment and they try to keep telling me, they cannot do a front wheel alignment if you do not replace this ball joint or replace that tie-rod end or control arm etc or whatever else they fancy. I overheard them quoting a woman a $1500 bill, when she only came in for a brake job and alignment. They use all these scare tactics on the ignorant trying to coerce you into paying for unnecessary service and/or parts for your vehicle. I noticed while I was there a mechanic putting on the same rear brake drums on a car after changing the brake shoes. While telling the customer on the phone they had installed new brake drums. Personally I would not go to any tire kingdom after learning about the commission crap. In the end I walked out with my front wheel alignment and my car drove fine without a new unnecessary ball joint or tie-rod end etc. read more

Been going here for years, on my 5th car (because I like changing cars) and I only go to TK for oils changes and tires ... Last oil change was 9/30/23 done by TK ... While there that Saturday they told me I would be able to leave with car because the valve on oil pan broke form whoever last did oil change and there was a red sealant around it ... I immediately called valvoline because they did it last ... TK got in contact with them and valvoline explained to them that the red mark was only a tape so they can identify on vehicle if they last touched it, TK thought it was glue and broke it off cracking my pan ... They won't admit to it but I know it was them because they made me leave that day with oil change done and no charge, the manager said they were going to glue it back because the pan was out of stock everywhere but he sees this a lot with the nissan 2022-2023 pans because it's plastic and valve is chrome. Push forward this past weekend I take it back to them because I knew the circumstances that took place last time for them to tell me they not touching it because it's broken and they just had to dish money out for last vehicle they did like this .. I told the guy yeah because u all broke it ! I am furious because the Manager knew me and knows what took place the last time but doesn't want to accept fault of them breaking the valve off last time and cracking pan.. Which is why they made me leave last time without payment, not fair ! They need to provide the money for me to replace my pan ! God doesn't like evil ! And I pray that such karma doesn't come in return ... I am a single mom of two young children and to be taken advantage of like this is disgusting ! Even both nissan and my moms mechanic said they have seen this many times with TK. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean this location is. It looks older from the outside but once you walk in you see that its all clean, new, and bright. The waiting area has to be the cleanest and roomiest I've ever seen. They have a tv, comfortable chairs, and even a Keurig to use while you wait. The service was very friendly and helpful. We came for the advertised $19.99 oil change on their website but part of the deal says you must make an online appointment. We didn't do that we just walked in but they happily honored the special regardless. For $19.99 we got an oil change including, filter, tire check and rotation, they also dolled the windshield wiper fluid and something else I can't remember regardless a bargain in my book. My tire pressure light came on randomly on a Hot Sunday afternoon. I walked into the very clean venue with a slight mood because I had just taken my car for service not even 24 hours ago. I was finally next to be taken as a customer. My frustration was written all over my face because I was already anticipating to be waiting 5 hrs for them just to check my car. I explained to Mary my situation and she was so pleasant and so nice. She took the initiative to go outside in the heat with me to check my tires. I was amazed that she even double checked my spare and was able to discover that the tire pressure in the donut was very low. She told me to bring my car around and went ahead and added more air to all the tires and did a reset and her magic worked! But she told me to drive around and if the light comes back to bring it back in. I was so grateful. I was able to make an appointment easy by phone where they made sure they had the tires I needed in stock. If you want to get told that you need repairs that you don't need then this is the place to go. That is what happened to us back in January or so. We needed tires and they did do a good job on that but then they gave my wife a list of repairs that needed to be done. Some time later we went back for some other stuff and TK did it again but now we were told we needed other repairs but not the same repairs the said we needed months before. Just to make sure we had our SUV inspected at another shop and not one of the repairs that TK said we needed was actually needed at all. After this I complained to TK Corporate and it took awhile but Tire Kingdom Corporate did refund our entire purchase so we would quietly go away. read more

One of my warning lights came on, and so I had to take my car in somewhere. I chose Tire Kingdom because my company has a discount program with them. I received honest service here and appreciated them keeping me in-the-know of what was going on with the car. I wasn't charged the diagnostic test because the problem was actually more simple. I needed new tire pressure sensors. He gave me more than my company discount plus a discount on the parts. Sadly, it was still an arm & a leg, but that's most likely the same anywhere. They do have free coffee and tea while you wait, but I think that needs to be cleaned more often. There were a few ants crawling around the counter. read more

The prices are fair and the service is good, but communication is seriously lacking. After three visits (this will be the last), they habitually forget to call you when the work is done. If you ask them for a time estimate, they will always miss the mark by 2 hours (and not call you). If you're desperate go for it, but there are other competitors within range. Had to update to drop a star. Aside from getting a part replaced I also asked for a regular oil change. They put synthetic in my car, told me for 5 minutes that I said synthetic (none of these guys were here when I dropped off), and gave me a mere 10% off of the oil to compensate. read more

Super disappointed. Used to bring my car for little things like oil and filters change and it was ok until today. My car showed Auxiliary battery malfunction so I called them and told exactly that. And asked if they fix it and how much it will cost. The person on the phone said yes, and told me the price $200 for a battery plus work. I agreed and went there. While waiting for them to complete the replacement I received a work authorization link and opened it and saw that the cost went up to more than $400. I went to front desk to ask how come and the same guy I spoke on the phone told me that he made a mistake and I needed another battery which was more expensive and in that moment I saw then bringing the main battery. I asked him what battery they are replacing and found out they they are trying to replace my recently replaced main battery instead of auxiliary. When I asked why they are trying to do so he couldn't answer and only said that they don't do auxiliary and I need to go to the dealership. Why would you try to replace a new battery instead of the one that need the replacement?? Shady behavior. Got my car and left. Wasted more than an hour on this scam. Will not go there again. I'm a former Automotive Mechanic, now Aviation Mechanic, and I've been searching for a place that I can trust with me and my family's vehicles when I don't have time to do my own repairs. I don't know a place I trust with my vehicle, and after coming here - I still don't. I had them mount 2 Michellin Defenders and specifically asked the sales associate to make a note on my work order to please have the mechanic do the following: 1. Please correctly torque my lug nuts and do not blast them on with an impact gun. 2. Inspect my suspension so that I know if anything is worn and needs replacement. I was met with the reply "Oh, we always do that." Having worked in a shop, I know this is bullshit. Most people are too lazy to do things correctly and instead use the impact gun and pencil whip the inspection. Once I got home I grabbed my torque wrench and started at the specified torque for my wheels, 76 Ft-Lbs. No give, that's fine. I then went up in incriments of 20 Ft-Lbs until I maxed out my torque wrench at 150 Ft-Lbs, just under double the specified torque and still, no give. I don't know how tight they put my lug nuts on, but it's at least more than double the proper spec. "Oh, we always do that." Remember? I knew better, that's why I SPECIFICALLY asked. As for the suspension inspection, they failed to do that too. I know at the very least my control arm bushings are completely gone and have a ton of play. They failed to even mention that. Which means THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK. The vehicle is over 15 years old with all original parts. One tap of the brake pedal and you hear a thunk and the steering wheel moves slightly left. But no, the mechanic who supposedly inspected my suspension, after I SPECIFIALLY ASKED, didn't find anything wrong. My tire pressure, on the new tires, was also 10PSI higher than it should have been (it was 40, vehicle calls for 30). Great, let's start the life of the tire off right by causing uneven wear in the center of the tire. Thanks guys! To top it all off, they didn't bother calling me when my vehicle was finished. I had to call them. TL,DR: Long story short, not only is the service advisor full of it, so are the shoddy mechanics. Never going here again and making sure my family and friends don't either. read more

It's all about management and this place is managed very well by Mary and her staff. They are busy here. Average wait time is about 1 hour without an appointment. Make an appointment and they will honor it. No same day appointments however. Excellent mechanics and work is always performed well with no disappointments. read more

He has shown great customer service and have made sure his team completing the tasks up to standards (some other shop only gave me a half done job , I didn't get the complete service I paid for). I have been here several times for oil changes and tire repairs but this Tire Kingdom location really shined for me today! I had a screw stuck in the wall of my tire and went to the Tire Kingdom on Taft, they said they would not even be able to touch my car for three hours! I called this Tire Kingdom in Pembroke Pines and they said I would have a 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait...that's much more doable. When I got there, Charlie, who I spoke to came right out and checked my tire, had the mechanic pull my car right in to further inspect it and just a few minutes ago Charlie walked me through my bill (thank God for road hazard insurance) and said he would have me out in another 30 minutes! If they remain true to their word I will be out in less than an hour! Also worth noting the lobby was clean and cool and there is a Starbucks in walking distance. If this Tire Kingdom keeps this up they will definitely be my Tire Kingdom of choice! read more

Don't take your vehicles here. I dropped my car off for 2 tires and an oil change, and ended up with a broken car key. I paid for services rendered and my key was returned as if all was well....upon putting trying to put the key in the ignition I realized my key was broken. I attempted to discussed it with the manager, but was told the key was broken when I dropped my car off, and they weren't replacing it. I stated when their sales associate check the mileage he had to insert the key into the ignition therefore the key wasn't broken. I complained enough that the manager finally agreed to pay the full cost of $220 for a replacement key. This was the worst experience ever, I've never felt so taken advantage of and disrespected. I originally went to Tire Kingdom as I found the price on the Tires to be fair. I have been going to get my free tire rotations that came along with the service and not having a problem until my last visit yesterday. After dropping off my car at noon on a Sunday I was told that it would be finished in a couple hours and they would call. The call came to me at eight minutes until 4 by the sales associate D'andre Diaz who proceeded to tell me they were closing at 4 and I needed to pick up my car. I told him that was in 8 minutes and I would try to get there but I didn't know if I could get there in 8 minutes that I lived farther than that. He just continued to reiterate they close at 4. When I explained that it might take me longer that I was told someone was going to call when it was finished around 3 but never heard from anyone and have been waiting. He just kept saying they close at 4. I handed the phone to my husband as I frantically run around the house to lock up since he seemed to be implying the doors were locking where we were there or not. We rushed that way and arrived at 4:05. The doors were luckily still open. I let him know that I was he made it seem like the doors were locking when he proceeded to be argumentative asking me if he actually said that and stating that he didn't actually say that and continually insisting to have the last word, not allowing me to speak. Just completely rude and no apologizes. His mother would be completely ashamed to be so disrespectful as such a young age to others especially in such a service industry. I let me know he was a prick as I walked out the door. As I got in the car, I noticed my service maintenance light was still on. So after rushing me to get there, they didn't even complete the job correctly. It took two mechanics to come out to try to figure out how to get it off, who couldn't figure it out and guess who had to come out... the prick. So he rushes me to get there by 4 for a job that they didn't even have completely correctly with all the attitude to go along with it. I am not going back even with free tire rotation at this point. I had a nail in my tire early on a Saturday morning. I took my car initially next door to Tires Plus (where I got the tires a couple months ago). I told them the issue and they emphasized how busy they were and how long I was going to have to wait, they basically didn't want my business (the tire job I had previously took 2 hours longer than they estimated).
