I've tried them several times and their 5 gallon, bottled water always tastes like a somewhat filtered down version of the city water that I'm trying to replace: water that has a background taste of calcium carbonate and iron (mineral taste). Their staff has explained it as " perhaps you just got a bad batch; the filters may not have been as clean as they should have been for the water I received, but it's been resolved." Okay, understandably, things happen, but when I tried again, the taste remained, unchanged. This is similar to my experience using the 'filtered' water that you get for refilling at Walmart; the taste depends on how long ago the filters have been cleaned-anotherwards hit or miss. I'm going back to the 'name brand' 5 gallon water bottles; always great tasting water and never a problem...

Jim from Culligan came by on a Saturday afternoon and convinced us that we would be satisfied with their water filtration system. A week later it was installed and I've been drinking more water than ever since it tastes so good! Even my just as picky daughter agrees this water is good. There was a slight issue that our ice machine was hardly producing ice after they left, but they came back to check it out after a quick phone call...and now we have plenty of perfect tasting ice and water. Highly recommend! It's a bit costly, but no more than you'll spend on bottled water for your home if your family consumes as much water as mine does.

He demanded another $1200 to order parts which he says will possibly take more than a week for the parts to come before he can fix the low pressure shower have in my master's bathroom. The Titan plumber was not able to identify a clean out belonging to an upstairs occupant. When he cleaned out said clean out he affixed the cap incorrectly. My subsequent plumber simply had the upstairs neighbor flush to identify the clean out in the 2 story unit. Pamela was wonder, efficient, and honest. The Titan plumber was arrogant, with an agenda in mind and contrived a story.
