    Delicious Mai Tai here.

I really love this place. An easy off/on Rte 290. The food here is always fresh and perfectly seasoned. The Egg Rolls are the star of the show with the beef chow foon right behind it

This place is great!!! Mai-tais, pu-pu platters, pork fried rice!!! What else do you need! It's always the first stop when I'm in the area!

I love coming here. Jackie and Fu are great, the regulars are a lot of fun, and the drinks are strong. As far as the food goes, the Salt and Pepper Wings are great and the Philly Cheese Egg Rolls are also delicious.

Little surprise in a small town. Visited with family, Mai Tai was nice and strong on a cold night. Lo Mein was delicious, tried the pu pu platter as well. Did not let us down.

Jack, Miles and the entire staff are awesome. the food is great and the mai tais will cure your covid symptoms, and keep you feeling great. if you are in the area you should stop in and try the steak and cheese rolls as well as the rest of the Chinese food you like to eat. great atmosphere.

Disgusting food if they actually want to call it food. Like the cleaning people decided to cook for them. The worst excuse for Chinese food.

We took our two younger ones there for a quiet Easter Sunday dinner together. So many interesting things on the menu, we way over ordered. But everything was delicious. We had the pork belly confit, the cheese bread, the octopus, and the parm wings to start. They were all polished off quickly. Our pork belly did seem to have missed a sauce, but we just dipped them with the cheesy bread sauce and was very happy. My son ordered a few different skews and thoroughly enjoyed his Picanha, sausage and cheese and chicken heart. My youngest said the chicken hearts were the best she had ever tried. High praise from a kid loving chicken heart since just a tiny tod. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye over mushroom risotto. We order medium rare and both of ours came perfectly done. Both our kids thoroughly enjoyed trying our steak and risotto. My daughter and I both enjoyed mixing my son's Yucca mash with the risotto. She practically scrapped my plate clean. We all had our eyes on the pineapple, but all agreed we were overstuffed and will defer to next time. We even had leftovers to bring home to one happy Puppy. Will definitely return!

Always a warm welcome once you arrive, Ember & Alma is not only a place to get delicious food but a spot where you can feel connected and a sense of belonging. Whether you're settling in for a quiet date night or a leisurely dinner with loved ones, the cozy atmosphere wraps around you like a warm embrace. But it's the food and drink that truly steal the show. The menu is a love letter to Brazilian and South American cooking -- bold, soulful, and bursting with creativity. Every dish tells a story of a rich culinary tradition, taking you on a journey from bright, sweet notes all the way through to deep, satisfying umami. Both the cocktail menu and non-alcoholic offerings match this spirit, offering drinks that are every bit as thoughtfully crafted as the plates they accompany. If there's one dish that captures everything Ember & Alma stands for, it's the bananas bravas. Memorable in the truest sense of the word, they are the kind of thing you find yourself thinking about days later, and the reason you'll inevitably find yourself making a reservation to return.

You arrive through the ice cream shop (I've been to the ice cream shop before and I had no idea that this was here) and you go to the back to an unmarked door by the restrooms. You flip the switch and the doorkeeper checks your id and you wait until there is a table. Once you go in, it is a small restaurant/bar. The focus is definitely on the alcohol. There are several interesting cocktails to try. I had the martini. It was served in a flask on ice. It was strong. My friend tried the Manhattan and she was very pleased by the flavor. We had the burger and shared the fries. Those were good but not the best I've ever had. But the concept of the fries was very good. My friends got the salmon dip and that was exciting. The deserts are mostly spiked too. The service was very good and I will be excited to come back again next time I'm In the area.

Here is the letter I sent to the owners. Dear Owners, (anyone else, please forward to ownership)…read moreI'm writing because I wanted to share some honest feedback about my recent experiences at Less Than Greater Than. Over the past three visits, we've been made to feel like unwelcome guests. I was personally there for the first two visits. During one of them, the bartender and waitstaff made us feel so much like we were inconveniencing them that, after being served waters, we decided not to order anything else and simply left. The third experience involved my kids, who visited on Thursday, July 2, shortly after 5:00 p.m. They came away feeling exactly the same way I had. Three negative experiences in a row tells me this is more than just someone having a bad day. This is especially disappointing because I've always enjoyed Less Than Greater Than. I spend a lot of time in downtown Hudson, regularly visit the local restaurants and bars, and even organize pub crawls where large groups make their way through the downtown businesses. We've consistently had great experiences throughout Hudson, and Less Than Greater Than used to be one of our favorite stops. Unfortunately, that's no longer how I feel. Instead of looking forward to visiting, I now feel like I'm not welcome there. It's reached the point where I have little desire to come back, which is a shame because I genuinely love your food and cocktails. I'm not looking for anything in return. I simply wanted to let you know how your establishment has been making us feel. I hope you'll take this as constructive feedback because I'd much rather be writing to tell you how much I enjoy recommending Less Than Greater Than than to explain why I've stopped going. If possible, I hope you'll look into who was working that evening, as there may be an opportunity for coaching or feedback. If you'd like to discuss this further or hear more about our experiences, I'd be happy to speak with you. My intent isn't to complain for the sake of complaining--I wanted to make you aware of what has become a consistent pattern because I genuinely enjoyed Less Than Greater Than and would like to see it return to being one of my favorite places in Hudson. I can be reached at 978-337-8048. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Ed George

The spicy ramen was okay, I love spice but this one was a bit starchy as if too much starch was used to thicken the broth. The noodles were also way too soft; and there's very little protein. Our food arrived fairly quickly as well. All of the staff are very friendly & attentive. The space is cool, very relaxing & open. As for the food, it was very, very SALTY. The mussels were good but once you reach the bottom of the bowl it was salty. The flavor of the wings were good but also salty. The ramen was also extremely salty as well so it seems like everything they make here is just overall on the salty side. If they just lessened every dish on that part, it would be perfect. But especially the ramen was very hard to eat without drinking 5 cups of water. The shirley temple was delicious tho! Food is 3/5 but service is a 5/5. So I will say the service definitely saved the rating from 3 stars.

So, when a good friend called and told me that there was a new one that opened in Shrewsbury, it was off to the races. I had to experience this. Service: We got seated nearly instantaneously when we got in the door and the place was already quite busy by the time that we got there. My friend got a salad of some sort with a sandwich and I got one of their signature burgers. The waitress appeared in a timely fashion, took the orders, had drinks on the table in no time, and was very attentive to any and all needs. Ambiance: It was on a Saturday during sports season, so there was a lot of noise and chaos going on, but that is always how I remembered the Ground Round. It is NOT a restaurant that you are going to read a good book in. The fact that this restaurant also had high cathedral ceilings which increased the acoustics, made it a little more unbearable for people who like quieter spots. But to me and my friend, it was not a dealbreaker. Food: After all, what were we doing there for anyways, but the food? It was very good. She enjoyed her dish, and my burger was actually one of those "skyscraper" burgers that are impossible to grip with two hands or get into your mouth for a bite. After dining at the Ground Round again, I am moderately confident that I could take a bite out of the Prudential Center if the need arose. Don't get me wrong, the burger was tasty, juicy, and done to perfection, but it was yuuuuge. Overall, if I could give the Ground Round a 1/2 a star I would make my rating of them a 4 and a 1/2 stars venue. I will definitely be back and look forward to meeting my friend there again for lunch. :) -S
