I've seen great reviews on this place and thought I would give it a try. It's in a very busy mini mall complex so lots of traffic and not a lot of parking. I dropped off my dry cleaning yesterday and offered to pay for it on the spot with my credit card (pulled out and shown to them). I was told no you can pay when you pick up your dry cleaning the next day. I showed up today to get my dry cleaning and offered my Credit Card only to be told "We don't accept Credit Cards. Only Cash or Venmo. Frustrated by this I asked why I wasn't told when I dropped off and offered to pay with my card at that time. I looked around and saw no signs that indicated CASH only. So asked if they had an ATM near by. The closet one was past the light down the street at the bank. So I could drive (lots of traffic and little parking) or walk, waste my time and blow any convenience for using this place. I walked, the employee saw me walk away toward the bank. When I returned, clearly upset and frustrated with the situation the employee quoted the price, took my money and wished me a good day. WTF!!! Not a single clue about how shitty that experience was. No offer of a discount, no offer for credit on my next visit, not even an apology for the hassle. They may clean clothes well but their service and decency is way below what I would expect of a business that has been around for 20+ years. Not sure if I'll go back considering how little they care about their customers experience. I can only imagine if they ruined something valuable. Edited today 1/9/2021 I thought I would give this place one more try. Maybe I was in the wrong. So I went in today and asked for the next day service (same thing I got just two weeks prior. The male who helped me last time, looked at me and without missing a beat, told me my things would not be done for 4 days. When I asked about next day service he told me they did not do that and hadn't done next day service ever. Straight lied to my face. Don't take your things here. If they are willing to lie to you before getting you garments, just imagine what more they would do once they have them. Go elsewhere. read more

I got my pants hemmed and it was not done correctly. The hem line was not straight and there are divots around the pants leg every time the thread went through the pants leg to attach the hem line. I expressed my dissatisfaction and ask them to fix it. They told me it was done correctly and was supposed to look like that. Everyone knows if the hem line was done correctly there should not be a ring of divots around the pants leg. Without fixing it, they covered the pants up, said they were done, and asked me to leave. It is obvious that they are not concern about doing things right nor are they concern about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place at all! read more

My husband and I live in Irvine and we drove all the way over here to drop off my wedding dress to be cleaned and to have some alterations done on some pants. The prices here are really competitive, so we thought we'd try it out to save some money. They did a good job cleaning my dress. The corset had a big stain on it that they were able to get out. My husband didn't bring dress shoes when they were measuring his pants, so they recommended he come back the next day so that the hems were measured accurately, which we appreciated. Three pants were ready in two days. I think they have great customer service. They close at 7pm and we didn't think we were going to make it on time on a Friday nite to pick up our stuff, but we called in and they said they would wait an extra 10 minutes for us, which was sooo nice. Let's start with this: This is my first Yelp review; I am a person who do not voice his opinion unless things are outright broken and need to be rectified. And Dragon Cleaners managed to make me post this review! After my wedding, I brought my Hugo Boss suit and my Burberry white dress shirt here to be dry cleaned; both of them were wore just once. When I dropped them off, they looked sharp and expensive. When I picked them up, they looked 10 years old and horrendous; they could have done nothing to them and they would look a thousand times better. Why? For the suit, the lapels and pocket flaps are severely wrinkled. The flaps themselves even look "deformed". For the Burberry shirt, they could not figure out how to iron the collars and must have tried to iron it a bunch of times and you all know what happens when you try to iron the collars like that -- iron marks all over the place. Other than that, the shirt looks like it was ironed by a 5 years old; sand patterns ALL OVER THE SHIRT. I would not recommend this place. Do not be fooled by the price as you will spend a shit load of time fixing their mistakes while cussing at yourself for picking it in the first place. read more

I just started going to this dry cleaners because my last one didn't really properly clean my garments. The service is good, prices are reasonable, and garments come back clean. My only issue and the reason why I'm still looking for another dry cleaners is because I HATE that they staple tags onto the garment labels!! It ruins the labels and sometimes when I try to pull them off it damages the labels. Very annoying. I asked if they could not staple the tags directly onto the labels but they said "no, it's the only way we can sort customers garments". Sigh, I'll have to keep looking for another dry cleaners. read more

This is the best and cheapest dry cleaning and alterations shop I have ever found. They are prompt in having your clothes ready when they say they will, respond to special requests (I needed my dry cleaning within 24 hours; they said they would do their best comply and called me the following morning to let me know it was ready for pickup) and are incredibly accurate and detail-oriented in their alterations. The place is family run, so the kids at the front desk are all fluent in English, which helps since Vietnamese is my second language. read more

This place is a no frills, strictly business, get in and get out kinda spot! When it comes to dry cleaning that's pretty much all you really need! I've taken suits, dress shirts, jeans for hemming and zipper repair and have never had a bad experience. Sure the customer service might be lacking, but who cares? I've always had everything done within 48 hours! They've earned a loyal customer in me! read more

This place is family owned and operated. The prices are unbeatable and the service is very prompt - I took in 3 or 4 pairs of jeans for hem and alterations on a Thursday afternoon & was notified that they were ready Saturday at 8am. Quick, affordable, and friendly. read more

Other customers might have gotten their clothes done right. But I didn't. I ask them to tape the stain spot on my jacket and it was still there when I received it back. The dress for my spouse was not even ironed as it was still wrinkle. I brought in two identical pairs of pants for alteration. The lady did one right and one wrong. I asked her to check. She blamed on the manufacture and stated that sometimes manufacture did not make them exactly the same. She wouldn't fix it. read more

I used to get all my dry cleaning done here. The service here has always been friendly, the prices are decent and the service is prompt. My only complaints are that a lot of times I noticed that stained shirts would come back with the same stains on them. I've only experienced this here. Also, the reason I stopped going here was that I had dropped off at least 10 dress shirts to be cleaned. When I picked them up a few weeks later, about half of them were "missing". I was told that they probably were accidentally given or thrown away because of how long I left them there. If that was the case, why weren't ALL of them given or thrown away and why were some still kept in the plastic cover with order receipt attached??!! I was so angry because these were very expensive dress shirts (Express, Kenneth Cole, etc.). They waived my dry cleaning fee and gave me $20 and sent me on my way. The $20 doesn't even cover 1 shirt let alone the 5 or 6 shirts that were lost. Oh and lastly, parking here is HORRIBLE! It's always hard to find a spot. read more

i was going here for years because it was a cheap alternative. However, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. They're okay with shirts, but when i took my favorite tie to be cleaned, they destroyed the silk and now it's unwearable. I brought that to their attention and all i got were blank stares. Instead of giving me a refund they tried to press the tie again, which did nothing but annoy me. I decided not to bother and will take my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. They destroyed my favorite coat ( that I bought from France, that I can't buy another one, no more even online)! Now there are grey spots and white spots ( like it was bleached!) and grey lines too , now it's worst than when I brought in. read more
