After my husband left, she realized she had given him the wrong order and called me while speaking to another customer. The call went to my voicemail. She told them, "I'm so sorry, that guy stole your food. I'm trying to see if they will bring it back." This was extremely upsetting and unprofessional, especially since the mistake was entirely on their end. The whole experience was disorganized, stressful, and handled very poorly. I would not recommend this place based on the lack of communication and professionalism.
