Always yummy! I don't recommend getting the rice noodle with the tonkotso broth, because the it gets creamy but it was still good! The service is always on point and fast. Dragon Tiger Noodle Co always hits the spot when it comes to portion size and the money it cost for each bowl. This time the service was a bit off even though they weren't busy they forgot my wings that I ordered and I also felt rushed through the process of ordering my ramen. I would like to advise anyone that likes their soup with a bit more flavor to add some salt which they only have with the take out packets of silverware. Amazing food! We had the ramen noodles with tonkotsu broth. We added the Wagyu with multiple toppings. As a side we had the chicken gyoza and shrimp tempura. The broth was delicious and the side dishes were tasty. The service was exceptional and will gladly go back just on the hospitality alone. The ambiance went perfect for the vibe. 5 stars in my book! read more

Our favorite ramen spot in town! We watched Chef Jet Tila's food shows and had to try it. Since we first went we've been back many times! The service is amazing, and Desaliyah was so helpful with food allergies and food requests. She is our favorite! A great spot for takeout (or you can use the app and have it delivered) or a fun place to dine in with heated tables and a great ambience. They have protein noodles and many different options and styles (which are all hand made!) and many kinds of broth ON TAP, with everything listed (including for allergies!) so it's easy to pick your perfect ramen bowl. The young lady said she would get it ready in two minutes. When I got home it was missing the pork meat and the boiled egg. The main ingredient of the order! Not coming back. Just yummy! We were at Tropical and figured why not see what was going on here. Having food at home and just wanting to try it we did the pork belly bao and mild chicken wings. We had to wait about 10-15 mins, so I got to look at the menu and read about the business via the videos. Neat business model and the shop is cute. Food smelled SO good! The baos were absolutely amazing. The flavors popped and they gave healthy portions of meat in each one. Despite 4 stars, I wouldn't order the wings again. The mild was too hot for me. The sauce was also a lot. I feel like there might've been msg or something as I didn't feel great and didn't want anymore after 2. This only impacted me so I only took away one star as the bao was so good I already want to go back, just writing this. I like how they do the ramen taps and want to try that next. As a huge Jet Tila fan and supporter, I came in excited to try this place out. To be completely honest, there were positive and negative points. Place is very quiet. Noodles were great, bao buns were pretty good and Gyoza was perfect. Now some things I was not a fan of: We got charged double for the protein even tho my wife said she only wanted one. The guy's response was "it is a sumo portion so you get two." Nobody mentioned it in the beginning and honestly the meat was overwhelming. We definitely didn't want need a double portion. We ordered other side plates which came out one at a time, and they forgot about chicken wings which literally just came out right now, 45 minutes since we ordered. Was it good? Yea, was it great? Definitely not. 7/10 if I'm being generous. read more

We've been wanting to try here for a while and it did not disappoint! The house made noodles were SO good, you could eat them by themselves lol I got the Thai yum broth and it was vibrant and flavorful. Sometimes veggie broth can be lacking but not this one. Couple of things to speak about. First the service, when it comes to being informative the gentleman who created us gave us all necessary information that we needed. He let us know that due to popularity item that we had come for was unfortunately something that we had to wait for. But man that leads me to the second thing. Second thing was is the food was amazing. My girlfriend is now completely in love with this place as her favorite Ramen place. We had the Birria Ramen. I had mine with udon she had hers with Ramen and the portion size was perfect big for me enough food for her and we both left very satisfied and very happy. Sadly, I'm having to downgrade my review and it's based mostly on the prices and service. The food was still great last I ate it. I went in today to place my usual order and somehow the price had gone up massively. I'll accept reasonable price increases based on actual economic factors but when the cost of getting extra noodles hops up to $6.50, I'm out. The service has been rough enough at this location that my wife hates going there, even though she likes the food. I was overly generous about that in my initial review but they've been open for a while now and it hasn't improved so I'll go ahead and factor that into my new rating as well. I'm bummed because I really liked their food. Maybe I'll try one of their other locations and see if the experience and price are better read more

Our hopes were set a little high for this place from the raving review from my sister. Sadly, we weren't impressed. We went in on a Saturday afternoon, and no one else was there. We were in and out in about 8ish minutes or so. The restaurant was pretty cool because they had little hot plate tops on the tables for when you are dining in. The employees made us feel pretty awkward as we were ordering, like half of that team absolutely did not want us to be there. It seemed like one was training the other, and only the trainee spoke to us even though the other worker was taking my order while the trainee was helping my husband. It was just a super weird vibe from the moment we walked through the door and we could not leave fast enough. We ordered the noodle bowl that you build and the chicken chinese teriyaki rice bowl. The noodle bowl was ok. It was pretty bland for being fire noodles and spicy broth. The rice bowl was good to a point. The sauce to rice ratio is way off. The rice bowl is pretty big for the smaller drizzle of the 2 sauces and they give over top. The meal was really nothing to write home about and I doubt we will go back. read more

I been wanting to try this place for so long and finally I got the chance. I tried the tonkatsu broth, shirataki noodles, pork belly, green onion, red onions, nori, chili paste. The broth was good. I already love shirataki noodles so I knew I would love em. Pork belly was soft and melted like butter after each bite. Service was good and friendly. Loved the bowl warmers on every table. Amazing. I had a regular bowl with protein noodles, tonkatsu broth, and thin sliced meat. I recommend all three. The noodles are so good and most toppings tasted great (would not recommend the rice cakes, they weren't very chewy). The egg could have also been more gooey, still good though. read more

This was our first visit and we loved it. My only complaint is the price, the $12 bowl of ramen ended up being $25. It was all delicious, the price just went up quickly. The service was fast, it did seem like they were training someone on our order. The place is cute and clean, but if you look close at the brick wall, the chopstick holders are left in there. We saw it on a Shark Tank episode, so we thought we'd give it a try. The bathroom needed attention. It was out of toilet seat covers. They had trash all over the bathroom floor. I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew! There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing. Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall? Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard. The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur. In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil. I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better!

I must have missed it since I tried Top Sushi & Oyster 2 next door a few months before then. That helped me find this spot pretty easily, and fortunately there was plenty of parking in the off-peak mid-afternoon. This is a sit-down establishment unless you're ordering takeout, so sit down, relax, and enjoy the music which I almost didn't recognize at all but is probably some sort of 2010s-present American since I finally heard a Panic at the Disco track near meal's end. I went with the Original Banban Chicken ($31.00), which is only available as the whole chicken size. But with a Banban order, you can get half not sauced and half tossed in your sauce of choice. I chose Signature per my friend's recommendation and enjoyed it a lot. It's sweet, mildly spicy (basically not at all for me, and I'm sensitive), and garlicky, and they coat the chicken in enough of it that you can dip the exposed surfaces post-bite to get consistent sauce flavor. The chicken itself is great. The skin is crispy and stays so on the regular pieces - better observed on the non-sauced pieces, but still present on sauced - and they intentionally cut and prep a separate piece of skin separately to give you one bite of the optimal texture. The meat is mostly juicy, especially that drumstick, although I may have had a slightly dry chicken oyster either due to overcooking or waiting. Oh, and the pickled radish cubes are really great for cleansing your palate between bites without using a beverage. I started off using them only after multiple bites, then wound up using the rest every other bite, and I still had several left over. If you do opt for a beverage though, the Mango Sparkling-Ade ($5.50) is a solid choice. It definitely tastes like mango and has some carbonation, and it isn't too sweet. I wish that the Hallabong wasn't out of stock though, as I really like citrus. They also offer complimentary iced water. Pelicana Chicken is a great choice for Korean fried chicken in a town where those kinds of places seem to vanish for some reason. I'll have to come back to try more sauces and maybe check out some of the other miscellaneous food options.

We decided to try Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. for dinner, but unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the service--or lack thereof--was appalling. The employee at the front, whose job it was to take our order, blatantly ignored us despite seeing us standing there for seven minutes. Instead of doing his job, he busied himself with everything except helping us, even grabbing a piece of meat from the back and disappearing to snack on it. When he finally returned, we let him know we were ready to order, only to be met with an attitude as if we were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, the other employees were visibly swamped with online orders, leaving one person (wish I caught his name!) trying to keep the place running. He was the only redeeming part of the staff, actually hustling and doing his job. Adding to the frustration, another customer had been waiting over 45 minutes for their pork belly bao. We'd ordered the same thing and eventually found out they'd run out of pork and were cooking more. No one bothered to give any kind of heads-up, and when asked, the excuse was that online orders took priority over walk-ins. Food was decent and there was a good variety, but unfortunately the service really ruined our experience. The staff member who took our order forgot the side of tofu we ordered. When I mentioned it, she said she would bring it out, but it never arrived. Later, the shift leader told me they had forgotten to charge us for one of our dessert orders. He said I could either pay for it immediately or leave a good review instead. I agreed to write a review after we finished eating, thinking the issue was resolved. However, when my husband went back to order an additional dessert, the same leader asked again for payment for the previous item, even though the mistake was not ours to begin with. While I understand that errors happen, the way it was handled felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, as if we were being pressured to make up for staff mistakes. Despite the poor experience, we still left an 18% tip, but the leader's attitude left a very negative impression. First of all if you don't speak Spanish they won't understand you. I do speak Spanish but they still didn't know what a plate was, even in Spanish. There is no service, you order at the counter and they don't take cash so bring your credit cards with you. If you like good food, then this may be the place for you. Dragon Tiger Noodle has become one of our go-to spots. The udon is always a standout--perfectly cooked with great flavor every time we visit. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the staff. They're consistently friendly, welcoming, and make the whole experience enjoyable. It's also a great place for families. Located somewhere in a sprawling Stephanie plaza between Ross and Hobby Lobby, it's somehow managed to survive despite being on hardly anyone's radar. Initially, I had eyes on a salmon app, but I eventually read enough of the menu to notice the Orange Salmon ($13.99), apparently classified as a no-rice roll or something. This is indeed a rendition of a certain famous "new" sashimi-style dish with salmon slices paired with orange slices and an umami dressing. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.

It's quite fun watching them prepare the noodles that eventually end up in your food, like those satisfying food videos you watch online... the restaurant itself has a very zen feel to it despite being in a strip mall, so it's a great place to relax, too. Noodle soups and noodle dishes are the name of the game here, but they also serve wok-fried dishes, various street foods, and different kinds of fried rice if you're craving it. Their noodles are among the best I've had, only matched by the noodles I've eaten at Shang -- soft, yet still having a chew to them as they do an amazing job of soaking up the flavor from the soup or sauce that they're cooked in. The fact that I come here repeatedly is a testament to how delicious their food is -- and how cheap, too! A bowl of noodles with appetizers will only run you $20 at most, and considering the quality, it's well worth it! My go-to is the beef brisket noodle, and I order a side of wonton soup from the appetizers to add to the soup. Other standouts include their seafood delight, kung pao chicken, their beef chow mein, and their shrimp tempura and potstickers! It'd be much easier to list the food I've ordered here that I didn't like, which is... nothing, lol. The best part is, the service here is pretty quick, so you're not having to wait long for your food or drinks. Needless to say, I consider this place one of Henderson's best-kept secrets, which is why I'm willing to spill this particular secret since you really can't go wrong with delicious noodles, whatever form they come in. I ordered to go and got the pad Thai. This place was close to me. Prices are reasonable. They gave a pretty big portion in which I could not finish. It was delish! Tofu was lacking. I got like 3-4 big pieces. I like my tofu more fried too. But it all turned out okay. Too much bean sprouts for me too! Their lunch prices are very affordable. I think the combo of covid and moving to a larger space put undue pressure on the business because the prices keep going up and the food quality is going way down. I went on Friday for the first time in many months. They had an entirely new menu, with a lot of new items and higher prices. I ordered my favorite, the soft shell crab fried rice. Normally this is amazing but this time it was very bland and the crab was not fresh, at all. This is a shareable item, but $55. Crazy! We also ordered a new duck item. Half duck served crispy. This was a more expensive version of the same exact dish I got there before. Nothing new and nothing fresh as this just tasted bad. I love duck and I had to smother it in sauce to get it down. The only thing that saved the meal was the panang. They always make this well and this time we sprung for the upgraded rib option, which was very good and the only thing that didn't taste in the verge of expiration. The menu is nice and creative but it seems like the same items just not fresh and more expensive. I'm wondering if they just aren't busy enough and holding food longer than they should or using frozen items that you can't get away with passing off as fresh. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. At these pricea and declining quality, there are much better options, which is sad because I really liked this place and have gone so many times over the years.

My friend had a few preferences for the fried rice; no tomato or onion and a substitution for bean sprouts and the staff made it so easy to accommodate the request. I really appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were without making it feel like a hassle. The flavors in both dishes were fantastic, and everything was fresh and delicious. However I wasn't a fan of the veggie eggroll. Pad Thai 9/10: this was prob the best dish that was in the lunch special menu. Size wise and taste wise it was great! Super flavorful and it came with more than the other lunch specials. Pepper beef 5/10: the flavor was really good! However I counted and there was only 5 pieces of meat and the rest was bell pepper and onions. This dish def would not get anyone full. Basil beef Kaprow 7/10 this dish was a bit too salty but the portion was okay. You definely need the rice to balance out the saltiness. Overall it's great to support this mom and pop shop and their food is not bad. However just some kinks here and there can be fixed with maybe less salt and bigger portions.
