After a delightful afternoon of apple picking and wandering through a pumpkin patch, it was time for an early dinner. We arrived during a quiet moment and found ourselves seated on an outdoor covered patio. The band was getting ready for what looked like a fun evening. They had an Octoberfest menu, which you absolutely have to try! That night, it seemed to attract an older crowd, but anyone would enjoy the friendly vibe. The schnitzel was excellent, especially when paired with red cabbage and spätzle. My grand daughter absolutely loved the spätzle. The bratwurst was good on a nice thick roll. We visited The Dragonfly for lunch with friends earlier this week. The outdoor seating is lovely! The food was delicious, and served quickly. 3 of us had sangria, which was delicious, and the fourth had Guinness. The salmon BLT was perfect, as were the the chicken sliders that two others ordered. We walked in a little after 8 PM on a Saturday night and we're able to get seating inside! Very friendly staff, especially Cameron, who took care of us for the evening. to start, we got the jalapeño crabcake which were delicious! for entrees we got the Cajun salmon and the red snapper handheld, both were delicious and filling The atmosphere inside is super cozy and the art indoors follows their eclectic theme. When they first opened there were no sandwiches and just higher priced entrees and expensive cocktails. They added some lighter fare and okay tap beers. It can get loud outside with a bunch of corporate after work drinkers. Not a lot changed from previous incarnation as a tequila bar as far as seating and decoration goes. read more

With the name, for some reason I had expected a more Asian menu and there were a few items, but it was mostly pub fare. The apps were good. My burger that I settled on was good. Our waiter, a budding teacher earning money to pay off his loans, was excellent. Attentive and funny. We had a nice gelato to cap off our meals. We sat at a table in the bar, which was comfortable at first but by 7 the little bar was packed. Suddenly it got very loud and although I'm not claustrophobic I felt uncomfortable. It is a intimate structure, the whole place, so it's good to know going in. I'd like to return in the warmer months, when you can be outside and perhaps the summer menu will be more intriguing. read more

Table of six please!! All food came out perfectly prepared, perfect temp and incredibly delicious. We had pierogies, bacon shrimp and crab cakes to start the night. Entrees included salmon, short ribs and mahi mahi. For a table of six, all the food came together and we never felt rushed even though they were busy. I had high hopes because of all the stellar reviews. Well apparently people like mediocre food. Very small place to eat and sad plastic chairs. If you are looking for a place to drink and hang out, this may be your place. If you are looking for Mrs. T's Pirogies and chicken meatballs with celery (chicken pops, lol) then this is your place. The cook may be stuck serving cheap food but at least they can make it taste decent. The brisket was underwhelming as well since it was a cheap piece of sirloin. The service was stellar as long as you order a bunch of drinks. Great place to get a drink and have decent frozen food. 5 star Michelin it is not. read more

Food price/quality (value) rating 8.5. The atmosphere is eclectic, with very low ceilings (making it noisy), with a cute fireplace and a large bar. I had the filet mignon which was prepared and presented wonderfully. A delicious gorgonzola crust, along with some grilled asparagus and risotto. Excellent! My wife had the Dragonfly Pasta, which was a varied mix of vegetables and pasta, with a coconut curry sauce. Very unique flavors. We also split the sauteed artichoke hearts which were fantastic. They offer a limited but well chosen list of draught beer, and have a full bar. The service was very good. This place is small, so you probably should make reservations. They probably should include bread or a salad with some entrees, as the place is fairly expensive, but that also means you probably won't have to deal with noisy children often. I haven't been surprised by a restaurant in a long time but I am very satisfied with my visit to dragonfly. I went with my mom, sister and out of town aunt for my mom's birthday and we all got different meals. We were ALL very impressed by the flavor and quality of our food - and the quantity of the amount of food we all got. The service was also very good. No weird waiting around or bad vibes. I drive by here often when I go to Target. From the road it looked like a cute, quaint little place. Some friends and I went for girls night a few weeks ago. 3 of us got the Caribbean Jerk Scallops. Lord have mercy!!! It was amazing. Scallops were perfectly cooked, as well as, the risotto. So flavorful! Drinks were also perfectly mixed and delicious. We loved sitting outside. All 5 of us enjoyed it so much. Staff was accommodating and so friendly. Definitely a new place to eat at often. I can't wait to bring my husband. read more

Hmmm... difficult review. The food is quite good! Unfortunately the wait staff is NOT TRAINED and therefore the service is lacking. I have never order a bottle of wine without being asked to taste it and then had the entire bottle of wine poured at once. The drinks were poorly made. We wish the staff was trained and the service was better because the food was quite tasty. Addendum: the bill was wrong the same bottle of wine was charged at 2 different rates the waiter claimed he'd fix it but didn't. This is inexcusable, the rating drops to a 3 from a 4 amd we won't come back! ( and if you do try it don't sit in the small back room near the patio, the acoustics are terrible and it's very difficult to carry on a conversation) read more

The food was OK. We had the Pierogies and he bufallo chicken pops as appetizer, that was nice. My husband took the vegetarian plate it was odd, with some cactus leaves, and other grilled vegetables. it was blend and he didn't like it. His daughter took the salmon and she wasn't too keen on it - but she would have preferred a burger they didn't have one (she is a teenager...) . I took he bleu cheese Chicken which was ok, food was tasty if a little too salty and one draw back, too much blue cheese which over powered the rest of the dish. But we were served promptly, we were only 2 tables. The décor is nice, although doesn't fit the food served. It seems like an Irish pub. Driving by and decided to try this new iteration of a very old German restaurant. Pleasant day-approaching hot-but we sat outside near the garden. Plenty of great seating, as there is in the restaurant with many small rooms and a decent sized bar. Our server/bartender Samantha was beyond friendly, courteous, and helpful.
