This is my new favorite restaurant i just moved to the East east side and decided to try the Chinese restaurant across the street i noticed right away that the service was very good I i used to be a waiter so that's important to me the next thing I noticed was that the dining room seemed very comfortable and relaxing the soft Chinese music adds to the tranquility the staff was very friendly and seemed to treat their customers like friends I ordered the sweet and sour chicken combination plate the food was just as amazing as the service and the atmosphere I will definitely be eating here often i just wanted to share this little hidden gem with with the community read more

Awesome Chinese food! Unfortunately, they were on the pricier side. I was sick when I ordered, so I was quite happy when they gave me my food. I had never order from this place before. I looked at the reviews and found them either very good or very bad. I had seen some food some friends ordered and decided to try it. I was not disappointed the food came hot and delicious in about 30 minutes. I got house lo mein and a chicken dish I also got egg rolls. The cost was reasonable especially for that much food since I will get at least 2 more meals out of it. I will definitely order from here again. read more

This place is yummy and one of the 1st Asian places to eat with good service and prices. I love the BBQ pork slices on the appetizers and they deliver! It's a good place if your craving some good chinese food of course does not match up to PF Changs but it's good for the price read more

We had the lunch buffet at 12:00, there were about 4 other groups of people eating there at that time. The buffet was fairly small, maybe 10 hot dishes, 6 small salad/dessert dishes. Everything was bland and salty, except the sesame chicken had a weird sour taste. Broccoli beef was gristly. There was a celery-like vegetable that was completely white, like it had been grown in a cave. Food was all cold or tepid at best. We thought that maybe fresh food would taste better, but when they replenished the food, it didn't taste any better... Same bland taste, just warmer. Even the won ton chips tasted stale & weren't crunchy. The waitress also brought us the wrong drinks & blamed it on someone telling her the wrong order, when she was the one that took our drink order in the first place. It wasn't the worst Chinese buffet I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't good. read more

Best Chinese food we've had in Tucson, and such friendly people! He had the sweet and sour combination and I had the General Tsao's chicken. The breading on each of these dishes was light and crispy, and the meat was moist and not dried out or rubbery like it is at some places. Love this place! We will be back! read more

I was really disappointed in this restaturant! I usually order mogonlian beef with white rice. I ate more oil then food...the rice was crunchy, I'm not sure if it was old or what but my lunch wasn't that great. I most likely will not go there again. We ordered a combo meal and instead of charging for the combo, they charged for everything separate. Of course this means it cost an extra $10! When we called them out on it they said that they would refund the $10 difference or offered 20% off of the next order. We opted for the refund. A few days later when looking at my bank account, I noticed that they charged me twice for the same order on two different days! No, these were not pre-authorizations. There was nothing pending in my hold account and they both have different order numbers attached. When calling to speak with a manager the manager refused to speak over the phone so my husband had to go down there and talk to them face to face. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Buyer beware! Ordered food for delivery, as we've done before, order placed 7:05, said be an hour for delivery, no problem, called 8:30 to see status of order, said on its way, 8:55 food delivered, lukewarm! I don't understand why this place has such negative reviews. The food tastes great. I love their broccoli beef and their sweet and sour pork. I didn't like their sweet and sour but that's probably just personal preference and their egg flower is pretty good! You receive free items when you order over a certain amount via yelp(eat24). Customer service on the phone very professional, lo mein very good. Rice was mediocre and egg rolls disgusting and burnt. Driver was new and got lost as well as forgot my 2L soda. It will be a while before I give this place a second chance. read more

We called for delivery. They were very friendly and after I gave them my cross streets said they would deliver to my house. We placed our order and they said it would take an hour which was a long wait but okay, gave them our payment information and got off the phone. 30 minutes passed and the guy called us back and said that they won't deliver to our house and that they will cancel the order. I was very confused and explained to them that they originally said we were in their delivery radius. He said it would take an hour to get to our home. I told him that's impossible and he must have the address wrong. He rechecked and said it was still around 15-20 minutes and because they only have one delivery person they are canceling the order and hung up on me. I want to mention that it's only 10 minutes away from our house!!!! It was terrible customer service. If he wouldn't of hung up I would've driven there to pick it up! Highly disappointed. I ordered online for delivery. The food came 15 minutes late and was cold. The egg flower soup was mediocre at best, my sweet and sour chicken was greasy and was this tough dark meat and the egg rolls had no flavor. I had the duck it was really good, service was good and friendly, just had a one bad thing my wife had a hair in her food.

Just looking for a snack while we waited on our tire being fixed at Discount Tires we decided to try this place and were glad we did. We had the crab puff and a couple of drinks then decided to get duck mu shu to go which isn't on the menu but they made it for us specially. It was the best duck I think I have had in AZ. Lots of meat, really crispy and tasty sauce. The crab puffs were freshly cooked, very hot and crispy. Loved them. They also served good wines and beer. The service was very helpful and friendly. We will be back to pick up another duck mu shu next week I think. read more

This one star is for the delivery driver who was a nice young man. Egg rolls tasted old and rotten. I asked them to make the kong pow chicken extra spicy it wasn't even spicy at all. The teriyaki chicken was by far the worst thing ever!! So hard to chew and the flavor was just off accompanied with old looking broccoli. The worst! We ordered delivery online, which indicated you could pay be either cash or credit card when your food is delivered. Wrong. Our food was delivered and the driver had to call the restaurant to have them run the card, which seemed to be a hassle to the driver. But the card was run and we did not get a receipt. Then I was handed a greasy bag. So I take it inside and open it up to find one container on its side, another container open, and everything covered in a greasy sauce. Which led me to discover that they got the order wrong and did not provide us with chopsticks as requested. So I called the restaurant to address the situation. What a disappointment! I got excuse after excuse! I told the guy I preferred not to deal with this mess and requested a refund. I was then asked to bring the food back to them. (I ordered delivery for a reason). After going back and forth, he finally agreed to have the delivery driver come back, when they can, to pick up the food. So I asked they provide a receipt showing the charge, along with a receipt showing the refund. The driver finally shows up and when I asked for the receipts, he tells me that the one with the refund flew out his window. When I asked how this was going to be resolved, he said he could go back and get one. I told him I would hold on to the food until his return. I then called the restaurant to inform them of the situation. They didn't seem too concerned. A few minutes later I get a call from the manager telling me that they could not reprint the receipts and to enjoy the "delicious" food. Um, hello! The order wasn't right! So I'm hoping to see the refund in my account in the next couple of days. But, my bank has been informed, just in case. read more

I was not impressed with the food. I ordered a few items, one of which being pork fried rice. The rice appeared to be burnt and smelled burnt. The pot stickers seemed to be from the freezer, and the chow mein had no noodles...just vegetables. The only good thing was that this establishment delivers, and in a timely manner. I'd didn't get a chance to eat lunch at noon, so I went to this place at 3:00 for a late lunch. The place was empty, not a single customer in site. The young man behind the cash register told me sit anywhere, but he didn't have to courtesy to get off the stool and hand me a menu. I sat down looking at the menu when the waitress offered me water. It took me a few minutes to decide what to order and I made my decision. I wanted something to read while I waited for the waitress to take my order. I got up and asked the young man for something to read. As I returned to my seat, I notice the waitress in the last seat stuffing her mouth with food. So she's to busy eating to take my order. I left never to return. I got one thing to same to the owner: Chinese food is the same no matter what restaurant you go to. Really, how many ways are there to make Kung Pao Chicken, Lo Mein noodles, etc. What sets a restaurant above the rest is the service. This place has absolutely none. read more

We were all in the mood for Chinese food and our go to place is no longer in business, Didn't want mall food (panda express) so we decided to try this place. The person on the phone was friendly, and very helpful. We were a little out of their delivery area but they said they would deliver to us for an extra 2 dollars. we were told it would be an hour that's not to bad for a Friday night so we went ahead and placed our order. The menu was varied with lots of interesting choices. We elected take out. They answered all our questions about descriptions we didn't understand. Unfortunately after waiting 45 minutes we found the egg flower soup to be tasteless, the sesame chicken and Northern style vegetable were both tasteless and very oily. All the food was oily. Except the soups.The hot & sour soup was sour, not so hot. Evidently the chief cooked in oil that was NOT hot enough, thus the food absorbed the oil. I called them to inform the staff of this. Suggested perhaps they get a new chief. Because it was delivery we couldn't send it back or get our money back. We couldn't even eat the "free egg rolls" as they too were too oily- gross! The crab puffs, were burnt in the oil. More like crap puffs. Nothing puffy about them. The "duck sauce" looked gelatinous and colored. No hot mustard sauce was included. You have been warned! We ordered 3 "Family Style Entrees" for me, my wife and son and 2 of the 3 entrees were inedible. The Mu Shu pork was so tough you could barely eat it and it smelled strange. My wife ate 2 bites and threw out the rest. My General Tsao's chicken was equally tough - I managed to eat 3 pieces before my jaw was too tired to continue. Needless to say, I threw out the rest. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because my son says his sweet and sour shrimp was actually good. We all had the Wonton soup. It was edible and tasted OK. I took one bite of an egg roll and had to spit it out it tasted so bad. The crab puffs were pretty good. So it seems it is hit or miss, depending on what you order, but the majority of items we had were definitely a "miss". In conclusion, I read the mixed reviews before trying this place, many reviews were good, a number were bad- when 2 out of 3 entrees are not edible and the egg rolls are disgusting, I would have to say the "bads" were right! read more

On Fe 9, 2011 I called an order to Dragon's Palace. We had ordered many times from them before. This time our order was $40. One item I ordered was Mu Shu Pork. When our order arrived I had to heat the hot and sour soup before I served it to my 88 yr old Father. They had not included an order of egg rolls. I called Dragon's Palace and they said they would send an order out. I started to eat the Mu Shu and I could not find any eggs in the order but there was many stringy deep fried ? I looked like over deep fried sea weed. I called the store and told them about how uneatable the Mu Shu was it tasted awful. The person on the phone was very rude. I asked for the owner to call me about getting my money back, When the missing egg rolls came I sent the Mu Shu back. A person called from the store and asked if I wanted another order of Mu Shu I told her no I wanted my money back by that time I had found something else to eat. She said that the owner would call me. After not hearing from the store for several days I called the store again and left another message about my problem with the store. I was told that the owner would get my message. It is now Feb 15. No one has called me back. I can not understand why they would ignore a good customer. This will be the last time I order from here. Usually, when I order from here my food is always good. However, this time was the complete opposite. I ordered a large fried rice with my order and when they delivered my food they instead gave me a large white rice. I wasn't upset when I first noticed the error. I called them back and told them and they delivered me the rice in a timely manner. However, when I served myself the fried rice I noticed it looked different. When I went to go eat it I was so grossed out. My fried rice was hard, sticky, and had no flavor. It was completely inedible. I don't know if the rice was old or under cooked. I've never eaten rice like that before. I was so mad! First they gave me the wrong rice, which I forgive because mistakes happen but then to receive it and have it be inedible was just unacceptable. I spent money on food and half of my dinner I wasn't able to eat. I'm sorry, but I will not be ordering from here again. read more
