Stay away from this company- they are not worth your time- here's my story- I had a toilet back up…read morelast month- my wife calls a hydrojetting company (roto rooter?) anyway we paid them $500 for the hydrojetting - we still had the issue 3 weeks later and then we called the pump company to get the septic tanks empty- they did it and we still had a blockage- they sent their partner company Art Hydrojetting and the guy just came and said he was here to hydrojet and has no info - calls his office multiple times- makes some videos to show how clean it is now ( btw it was clean before he even got there) anyway he leaves and acknowledges that he was not able to fix the issues- and can't do anything inside the toilet as it was some procedural and insurance issue- I told him that as he's not done anything I should be paying them minimum visit fee and nothing more- I received a text and bill for $550 - so thinking it's an error I text the owner stating the issue of inaccuracy and then the owner called me today and after threatening me and abusing me - I decided to just pay him as he wanted to see me as he knew where I lived- I was initially infuriated and then realized it's a toilet flush company- it is what it is- by the way- Kurt Kohler fixed it in 10 mins and no stress even helped me out with the mess they had created at a fraction of the cost- you should always research lessons learned- just not a happy experience.
