We started with just a repipe and tankless water heater, and then shortly after our main line ruptured (no fault of Doggonit, just an 80 year-old pipe). Doggonit helped us identify the leak and called extra help in to replace it the next day as well as staying late on a Friday to get our old drains all replaced. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and they even made sure our dog didn't get out of the yard. We weren't planning to do as much work as we did, but Doggonit made it affordable and really helped us out, in what could have been a pretty bad situation. read more

I had a clogged toilet and he gave me the pricing upfront - $195 to clear the clog with a toilet auger and if that didn't clear it then he would have to remove the toilet and snake it more. Unfortunately the toilet had to be removed and James was able to clear the clog. James was great and he didn't try to nickel and dime me. I found his company on a whim while searching for a plumber on yelp and his company was the nearest to me. From the time I called to when he showed up was under 40 minutes. If you have any plumbing needs I would highly recommend this company. The only company to offer a free estimate versus charging $300 to just come out (or worse say my disposal was cooked and they can replace it for $700 LOL) When they arrived they put on shoe covers warmly introduced themselves and assessed the issue. It turns out the button on the bottom just needed to be pushed back in and that fixed my issue. They didnt charge me and explained if it happened again just try that again. We had a complete stoppage in the main line that drains both sides of an investment duplex. I was out of town and James was available to help after hours on Labor Day holiday. James responded to all my questions immediately. When he couldn't find a clean out, he suited up and crawled under the house to look for a solution. Doggonit Plumbing & Drain did a great job. My laundry room had previously flooded and I had the line cleaned a few years ago and the plumber said if I have anymore problems with it, I probably need a new drain line. Every time I did laundry I could hear water starting to come up in the sink in the laundry room. Then a toilet broke and I don't use the toilet in the laundry room out of fear of another flood, so it was time to call a plumber. I had one company come out and give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate of $25,000. They did not go under the house, they claimed to have used a camera from my roof but didn't show me anything from a camera. I got a second estimate from Doggonit Plumbing & Drain and they went under the house and took pictures of everything going on and showed me the pictures. They found some leaking drain pipes, water leaking under the house under one bedroom, they found the new pipes I had another company put in were not properly secured, some were lying over the air ducts. Doggonit Plumbing gave me an estimate of $13,175. They gave me a 15 percent senior discount. They did a really good job, had 3 guys working under the house for 3 days, replaced all of the drainpipes, secured all of the new plastic pipes, replaced the drainpipes that were leaking, and they had an inspection done. The company that put in the plastic pipes should have had an inspection done but they didn't and that's why they were able to leave the new pipes not properly secured. Doggonit Plumbing fixed the broken toilet the first few hours there were here whereas the other estimate I got, the company said it would take two days to get the needed part. Doggnoit Plumbing also replaced a shower head for me at no charge. It's a really honest company and they are all super nice guys. read more

My kitchen sink got clogged on Saturday and the water was just sitting there and wasn't draining out at all. When I ran the garbage disposal it would go from one side of the sink to another. My home warranty suggested that I needed to get my pipes cleaned, but they could not do it on the weekend, so I looked around on Yelp and found Doggonit Plumbing which was available on Sunday. James came out and fixed more than just clogged pipes. He fixed my under sink pipes because they were improperly installed and also fixed a leak. He made sure that the water was draining well before he left. He was very courteous, professional and explained what he was doing very well. I know it was not easy to fix the problem because the clean out wasn't accessible, and my kitchen is in a condo on the second floor. He had to push the line through the pipes all the way down and then up and clear a lot of gunk. I'm glad that he had all the right professional tools and equipment for it. It was a lot of work but he gave me a very reasonable price and a 30 day warranty. I'm happy to have my sink back in such a short period of time.
