The apartment complex I live at recently got work done from Drain Runners Plumbing. The owner Scott does more talking than working. It's an all day thing. There were long delays in our apartment getting done because of this and poor delegation/management. Also, the way he talks down to his employees on site is crazy considering his experience and the problems his company caused for the complex by his own hand. When mentioning issues we were having with water being nearly too hot to shower in, Scott shrugged off our issue and blamed the sun for heating our underground piping. We did not have this same issue with our past underground plumbing. He is not receptive to the feedback his customers give him. They are still fixing up after Drain Runners Plumbing to this day. We had Drain Runner come out to assess what has been an ongoing problem at our home. Aaron (supervisor) was extremely professional. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine what our problem actually was since the camera showed no blockage in the piping. It was due to the brand of toilet (Kohlar), which he shared is notorious for low pressure. My water heater decided to take a dump on me and half my garage was covered in water. I called Drain Runner they can right out and had me set up in no time. Due to the damages they had to do a temporary water heater set because my water heater stand was soaking wet. Had a restoration company came out called Super Dry. The HOA contracted this company to repair a "minor leak." The minor leak was next door at my neighbor's house. The plumber stated that it would be easier for him to go through my wall. They gave me 12 hours to be out of my home and initially refused to tell me when my child and I could return. None of this is legal of course. The plumber refused to provide an explanation as to why I could not be there when he was in my home. He refused to tell me when I could return. He smirked throughout this ordeal and has since called me "difficult." "Difficult" for objecting to being told, at 9:00 at night, that I had to be out by 9:00am the next morning. "Difficult" to not want a complete stranger in our home when we were not there. "Difficult" for insisting that I know when we could return and what wall would be cut. Ultimately, he had two holes cut in my wall because he did not have or know how to use a measuring tape. He smirks every time he sees me and has made additional comments about how "difficult" I was. I am quite uncertain as to what makes him so smug as he is so incompetent at his job. Call someone more professional. read more

I had an obnoxious drip in my bath tub faucet for a long time. I did a lot of research on how to fix it. However, my condo is on a main water line which means when the water is shut off, every one is shut off. When my neighbor was having scheduled plumbing done on a Saturday, I took my own plumbing matters into my own hands... I went to Lowes and got all the materials necessary to fix that drip! I purchased every thing that I thought would fix the problem. Well, let me tell you from my experience... I got it all fixed... and everything was looking good... even with the water going on! I was so proud of my work as I admired it... AND THEN.... "PSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH" the water pressure exploded my work.... OH I Guess the pin that was needed to go into the part was really necessary!
