When I first moved to Chico my older black cat was dealing with a skin condition that made her lose her fur in chunks (now finally, after five years, healed.) They treated this beat up looking sweetheart with all the care and regard of the beautiful healthy animals and it meant a great deal to our family to see her being cherished. But what I want to share most is that during the Camp Fire, All Cats and Dogs have taken in pets of fire evacuees and groomed them for free. Owner Alex says "In many cases, the fire evacuees left with only their pets and lost everything. I figure that giving them back a clean fluffy dog to hold is the least I can do."

Come on, how many groomers will go the extra mile like that? Though I think she would prefer to give him a beautiful "style" I always ask her to trim him close and she does what I ask. Last year I adopted a new dog and I was told he would always soil himself at the groomers because he was so afraid. I took him to Stephanie and he had no problem. She gave him lots of love and he was a happy dog. I highly recommend Stephanie. Her prices are in line with other groomers and she truly cares for the dogs while they're with her.

I told her someone told me over the phone that they had live fuzzy mice and she said "No I have to keep my mothers going" to which she said the shipment would be coming in later that day within the next hour. I told her that was inconvenient for me as I was told there was mice there I could pick up and I am a full time mom commuting from Paradise and I had already driven down there twice. She said to come back later when the shipment arrived and that she would give me a discount on live hopper mice. I called later that day before making the drive down and they told me that no live hopper mice were in the shipment. So I've driven down there twice and wasted my time and gas all because they said they had live mice for me to pick up only for them to not. The lack of communication and honesty is very poor. I will only get mice from them now if I absolutely have to. It's very frustrating to tell someone over the phone that what they're looking for is available only for it to not be when going in the store.
