Right as we were arriving my dog caught his nail in the seat of my car and tore it to the quick. He was bleeding and was really freaked out. I told her someone told me over the phone that they had live fuzzy mice and she said "No I have to keep my mothers going" to which she said the shipment would be coming in later that day within the next hour. I told her that was inconvenient for me as I was told there was mice there I could pick up and I am a full time mom commuting from Paradise and I had already driven down there twice. She said to come back later when the shipment arrived and that she would give me a discount on live hopper mice. I called later that day before making the drive down and they told me that no live hopper mice were in the shipment. So I've driven down there twice and wasted my time and gas all because they said they had live mice for me to pick up only for them to not. The lack of communication and honesty is very poor. I will only get mice from them now if I absolutely have to. It's very frustrating to tell someone over the phone that what they're looking for is available only for it to not be when going in the store.
