Big mistake. 1) it's in the basement of an old folk's home and so it felt odd like we didn't belong, 2) it took over a half an hour to get our food, 3) some of our food was hot, some of it was warm, and some of it was cold. We were afraid to send any of it back because it could take another half hour, 4) the taste of the food ranged from mediocre at best to downright bland and awful, 5) the system for putting away your plates and trays is odd. When we had looked at photos of the menu beforehand, we thought this place would be like Kneaders. This is nothing like Kneaders. Stay far away from this place.

If you're a group of 4 maybe consider getting the fresh press coffee, which our server recommended we do. Perfect serving size for us, but if your group drinks a lot of coffee just get the drip. Chalee was our server, and she was wonderful and kind. AC was BLASTING, if you run cold bring a sweater.

The Elk Tartare was a new dish for me and I don't have any complaints about it, very well made. But the Cured Duck Breast is what I came for, and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly and complimented well with the green pico. If you have a chance to try Bin 707, I recommend you do it! Very well worth.

I came here a month ago and was disheartened with my experience. From other reviewers it seems that it is very hit and miss here. I came in with my fiancee as we wanted to enjoy some brunch and saw the ratings and thought it had to be good. We were seated near immediately though they were busy but that was the only expedient part of the experience. We sat for 20 minutes before we were greeted by a server that didn't seem like she even wanted to be there nor did she even smile once throughout the experience. We then waited another 15 minutes for our coffee and another 40 minutes for my poinsettia which was terribly prepared by someone with obviously no bar experience. When our meal finally came (aggravatingly 2 hours after arrival, only staying because we were dead set on trying the food) we were fairly displeased. My partner's cinnamon roll french toast was burnt and had barely any noticeable flavor, though I was impressed by the hollandaise sauce on the Dream Bene though the eggs weren't prepared correctly and the english muffin was hard as a rock. During this entire experience, our server maybe came by twice (having other people drop our drinks off since she couldn't be bothered) and didn't even ask how things were at all. I used to serve and manage restaurants (working every position from line cook to busser to server) years ago in much more busy locals and I've never allowed service like this or ever been as appalled by a restaurant as I'm easy to please. I left a note for the server explaining everything wrong with the experience and (for the first time ever) left without tipping as I couldn't bring myself to pay someone for not doing anything. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone as if they allow this one time, they will allow it everytime. read more

Was understaffed for the crowd. Food was mediocre. I had the California Beni asked for it to have bacon on it they gave me a side of overcooked bacon so hard I could barley get my teeth through if. The hollandaise was very thick and flavorless, the hash browns were disgusting served in a hockey puck shape and overcooked crispy, hard and dry. Would have liked to have another drink but the waitress never asked us if we needed anything after she left the food. Won't be going back. read more

Excellent service and great food. The cinnamon rolls are to DIE FOR! Seriously sinful and best I've ever had! We stayed 2 nights in Grand Junction during a road trip across Colorado and Utah. We went back for another cinnamon roll on our second morning before leaving Grand Junction. Also, excellent coffee. The avocado toast was just okay but the daily quiche was delicious. Seriously get the cinnamon roll. It's big enough for 4 people to share and worth every calorie! read more

It's kind of a sad environment. Alot of old smells and bad memories pasted together with eggs and regret. My reflection in the spoon even spoke to me and said, "Why are we putting this spoon in our mouth?" I thought about this for some time. And then responded "I really don't know. It's just customary I guess. What else should I do?" I asked my reflection while smelling old tabasco. "Just leave." The reflection suggested. And I can only reflect his sentiment. read more
