This place is great!! First time here tonight with friends who have been here many times and…read moreintroduced us to it. They don't take reservations and it's just walk ins so it can be a wait. Even though we were there by 6pm and put names down for a table the wait was like 45 minutes! Clearly they are very popular and for good reason - it's an ayce buffet with hot pot! So to pass the time, we went next door to Petco and wandered around looking at the animals, fish in aquariums and birds/ parrots. We were seated in a corner table in the back and it was completely packed - it's quite a large space and looks recently renovated good lighting and modern decor. The buffet itself is huge quite extensive with all kinds of veggies, greens, starchy vegetables, tofu, fish cakes, imitation crab, noodles, and also a sauce bar with a very large variety of sauces. I filled my plate up and got a couple bowls of sauces. I got the kimchi broth while the hubs got the pork bone broth. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! I ordered the chicken off the menu which was only $3 and the price of the buffet per person was $25 which is not bad at all for all the food there is. Oh and there is also a soft serve station with cones and vanilla and matcha flavors - hubs got a cone each! I tried the vanilla one it was great!! Best part there is free parking as it's a shopping complex. It was a bit tricky today as there a mountains of snow covering spaces, but we were able to find a spot! Overall a really great experience!! Will definitely be back!! Already looking forward to it!

One of my go to spots for hot pot buffet plus they have a dedicated parking lot. They have so many…read moreveggie and frozen fish ball ingredients available that a lot of times I don't feel the need to order additional items. You can also order meat and seafood à la carte. The price has gone up to $24/person before tax and tip since before the pandemic but it's still a solid spot. The only downside is the wait especially during the colder months. I am not sure if it's easier to go with 2 or larger group since there was no wait for our large group of 10 back in September during prime lunch hour. Then 30 minute wait at 2pm on a Sunday. I always go for adding an egg. I enjoy the kimchi broth and have tried a few of the other ones. They also have an extensive sauce bar so you can really customize it to your liking. Their house made combos are also super tasty. The perfect way to end flavorful hot pot is with their soft serve ice cream flavor. To be honest for a better overall experience rather than overstuffing I would say Qiao Lin is best with a larger group of 6 to try more and options.

The hotpot was okay! the curry broth gets a 10/10 for me, but the Spicy Broth gets a 4.5/5 for me. there's something about it that didn't settle in my tastebuds well, i'd personally go without, but my other two friends I went with loved it, so take that as you will. The selection of additives, corn, greens, sauces, fish, noodles, etc was clean and well stocked. the fish fresh, as well as all of the meat we ordered for our hotpot. I personally recommend their Mango milk slush if available during your visit, it was very good, 10/10 There was plenty of seating, and the food smelled pretty amazing walking in. Pretty view to the streets outside, well lit, but the women's bathroom was a bit creepy, dark, and not well maintained at the time of my visit . 2/3 stalls were fully out of order and 1/2 sinks was clogged with some sort of liquid? I can say the ONE open stall was clean at least.

One dish I would recommend is Xi'an Cold Rice noodles, it's an appetizer but was on par for a dish. The proportion was on the larger side and it had a perfect spice, all I have to say was it was delicious and for $9.95 you cannot go wrong. The dan dan noodles were good, but I would say the cold noodles were better. The golden buns were also great, a classic dish that is always loved with a great crisp. We did get the wrong sushi roll, unsure if they misheard us or if they thought we pointed to a different one but I'm glad they did because the Thunder Roll was delicious. I think it was the yellowtail that was on top that tied everything together, it was just really good. Overall a great place for dishes if you haven't tried it before you won't be disappointed.

We had a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon for less than $40 b As an operations guy, my suggestion to management would be to suggest two things: 1. The salmon sashimi I had was a bit cold. It may be because I was at the 5:30 seating, but it taste better cool, but not cold. 2. Not sure where the bottles of wine are stored, but our cab was warm. Analogous to the sushi, red wine is better cool to room temperature vs warm. Again, I am a big fan of this place. Just want to provide balanced feedback to make an awesome place even more ...awesome?

This might be my new go to spot for AYCE hotpot during lunch hours…read more My two reasons are, their mala broth is amazing and is actually spicy. Second reason is, the quality of their meat selection is excellent. Literally tastes so fresh and clean. I love that it's thinly sliced, too. Maybe I have a third reason too lol their dumplings, their dumplings (chives or cabbage), are so tasty. It comes out steaming hot in a whole order. Please try! We came here Monday for lunch. The waitress that was there and served us, she is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. We opted for the VIP selection because why not. For $40 a person, it's still not bad for the quality of food you get. I highly recommend it. Just check out my shortrib picture, you'll drool! The only reason I gave this review 4 out of 5 is because, there were not much seafood selection.

My favorite hot pot spot that has ruined me to everywhere else!…read more If you love that mala numbing spice you HAVE to try La Mei! They do AYCE From 11-4pm every day which is SO worth it for like $32! You can choose your broth (and you can do split broths)-- we always do the vegetable oil and the mushroom broth which are both sooo yummy (if they ask you how spicy say mild!! I can handle lots of spice and trust me you don't need more). Then you can order meats, veg, tofu, seafood, mushrooms, and noodles. Definitely get the hand pulled noodles! They "pull" the noodles right in front of you which is so fun. They also have a really nice sauce bar with tons of dipping options and also a few fruits and snacks. Overall, you must try this place! So delicious and affordable, make it your regular like I have
