Beware of this company! I made contact last week with a company on Yelp called Progressive Home Remodeling. Bahador came out and scoped out my project and gave me a business card....see photo. Subsequent to the visit, I received emails and estimates from Dream Renovations, with a different contractor license #. After doing some research on the CSLB site, I contacted Bahador to ask for clarification on the license discrepancies. 5 mins later, he called me back and said I was asking too many questions for such a small project and then said he no longer wanted to do my project. I have subsequently learned from the owner of Progressive Home Renovation that Bahador is no longer employed by them although he seems to have phone number and address control over their Yelp Site??? Definitely something suspicious going on, glad I did some double checking before signing anything. Please take note the positive reviews posted under Dream Innovations are for a different company name. My review is regarding Dream Innovation who provided an absolutely horrible experience for us during our reconstruction of a water damage project. Promises were made on timeline completion that were off. We too were ghosted and had to contact the owner which did not make much of a difference. They would refer to their crew but in reality they were subs of subs who did the work. We paid Dream Innovation for the job in phases according to the contract. We had subs come to our door asking where there money was. My husband finished and fixed some of the work covered in the contract. There were no consistent workers thus conversions we had didn't get past on to the next which required constantly repeating ourselves. Our recommendation would be to steer clear. read more

A well-oiled machine, they have a process that has been refined over many years to approach each new project in a highly organized workflow. They assign your project with a dedicated project coordinator so you only have one point person to work with who communicates and coordinates all activities. We never had to worry about anything - it was simply taken care of; any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. We lived in our home while our kitchen was being remodeled - start to finish it was an 8 month process, but time flies and they made the process as comfortable and pain-free as they humanly could. Before we moved in, they sent a cleaning crew in to clean our new kitchen to a shiny sparkle, so all we had to do was unbox and move back in. Our project coordinator, Adina, is fastidious in getting things to look right and work right; she is our advocate at all times. She checks in many times a week, checks on progress and communicates issues with detailed notes, pics and videos that she sends to trades. Anna, our designer extraordinaire; is highly capable and asks the right questions to better understand your vision and will gently walk you through other (better) options you might not have considered, from a cost standpoint. Dream Innovation Group is not out to price gouge - they will work to save you as much money as they can without compromising quality. Fit and finish is always top notch. They clean up after they work, employ tarps for dust control; they are immensely professional and considerate. They anticipate every problem that might arise so you never notice that there was even a problem in the first place. You can expect daily updates on what has been accomplished every day, and what will be done tomorrow, and whom to expect at the house, and at what time. Do yourself a favor, call them - you will not be disappointed, especially if quality and a pain-free experience without hassle or headache is what you're looking for. Integrity wise, there simply is no competition and they will go so far as to eat costs to ensure you have the absolute best experience ever. Very poor experience, would not recommend. All work is done through sub-contractors who often didn't show up when promised. Main contact regularly ghosted me, til I contacted the owner who communicated more regularly, but still promised folks showing up who never showed up. Originally scoped as 5 weeks, teh project took more than two months. Finished product is good, but not great. There are paint spots, stains, and scuffs left on the floor. If I could go back in time, I'd go with Lowe's. read more

I was referred to Dream to Reality through a friend. I had to renovate my condo and it was a big renovation, adding skylight, adding a second bathroom, redo kitchen, new plumbing work and electrical work. Adrian made it very simple for me and this was my first time renovating my condo. Great team, always available when I had any questions. Helped me with all my questions. I highly recommend this team. Overall a great experience. I needed all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen and storage! These guys helped to bring costs within range with minor adjustments in the layout but respected the concept of an elegant kitchen so you can entertain while you cook. The estimate and cabinet sample were presented within a few days. Despite my shrewd shopping and researching other cabinet companies, I came back to these guys mainly because of the quality of the cabinet finish & construction. The installer was experienced and a good problem solver. He often consulted for choices in detailing and was incredibly patient at dealing with us. Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment is stressful at the best times, but these guys were service-minded and a pleasure to work with. read more

The installer, Jeff, is professional, on time, and did excellent work with the installation. Dream to reality Home Remodel just completed our Master Bathroom remodel, and we could not be happier with everything they did and how they do it. They have a setup process, so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the remodel until all components are ordered and received, making for a smooth and quick remodel once they start. Bobby was our designer and was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Amir and bob were our project managers and were always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing, and kept the project running smoothly. Lupe did a great job on the tile work, and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Jeff did a great job installing the shiplap. And Roy did a great job with the cabinets. I would highly recommend dream to reality Remodeling and look forward to using them again when we do our guest bathroom. read more
