It's a shame this place has gone down hill. This used to be my go to place for my daughter and I. The last two times I have gone they are very overwhelmed because they don't know how to time manage their salon. Upon my arrival, I filled out my form and said I needed a manicure and dip. The manager said it would take 30 mins before they could get started, but she sat me down on a pedicure chair and wrapped my nails to remove what i had. She kept walking by saying she would be right with me, but others would walk in and get serviced on the manicure side. I sat in my chair for over an hour and a half with my nails wrapped waiting to be serviced. After that time, i unwrapped them, got up and asked if I could pay. She didn't charge me and apologized, but I walked out with brittle and unfinished services, with no time to go elsewhere. A manager or business owner should know when to say no or give an full expectation upfront. I would not have been upset had that happened. I KNOW they are busy and that's great for them, but it's unfair to those expecting a service and willing to pay for it. I saw many clients walk out and upset. I do hope they start using the wonderful management software they used to use on their computer back again. It will help tremendously and bring back the repeat business they used to have. read more

This used to be my go to spot. Everyone was nice and did such a wonderful job. (That was before.) Unfortunately, the owners changed and the staff is completely different. Usually nail techs shake hot towels before wrapping it around your leg. Didn't happen for me and another lady across from me. Ouch!! TOO HOT!! I like the towel hot, but not scorching hot. I will NEVERRRR come here again. I've been coming here for a while, and thought it'd be a really good place to go to, to get my nails done for my wedding in a couple of days. Like I said I've been coming here for a while and no issues....until today. In all the years I've been getting my nails done I have NEVER received such mistreatment. I showed the girl a picture, my nails looked absolutely nothing like the picture, not the shape, color, anything. Not only did the colors not match, the nails in general were AWFUL, and they wouldn't fix them and they let me leave with my nails looking like a 5 year old did them. And when I told her I didn't like them the lady started yelling at me and telling me that nothing could be done. Absolutely terrible customer service. The first picture you'll see is the picture I showed her from Pinterest, the second awful looking picture is what I left the nail salon with. We went in on a Saturday, a total of 4 of us, one of which is only 8yrs old. We all went in for manis and pedis. We were greeted right away and it was only a few minutes before we all got seated. I really enjoyed my pedicure because it was not rushed at all considering just as we sat in our chairs it started to get packed. I feel like I could've skipped the manicure though. That was a little rushed and something I could've done at home. Just for the experience I decided to get my 8yr old the kids mani/pedi and as an added bonus they did a paraffin wax on her. Went for a pedicure. It was 32 degrees outside and the water was less than room temperature. Also when she rinsed my legs off the water was freezing cold. She left nail polish all over my toes. I asked for them to be cut short short, as short as they can go and she barely, and I mean barely clipped them. There was no cuticle care or anything to make the nail beds look nice. Didn't clean under the nails or anything. To clarify there was no language barrier, she spoke clear English. The massage chair didn't even work. When she went to scrub my feet she made me hold my leg up real high. I get having to hold it up, but this was not normal. Not to mention the effort was so poor while scrubbing my feet. I could have done a better job at home with my own pumice stone. The paraffin wax was not left on long enough to solidify. I paid extra for it to not be beneficial. I would have much rather gone another half mile down the road to Modern Nail Lounge. I wish I hadn't spent my money on this pedicure. I still tipped her but I really wish I hadn't. I left extremely unsatisfied and upset with the service I received. I honesty could have done a better job myself. read more

I don't live in the area so relied on reviews and I never really complain but I feel the need to in the quality. 1. I felt like I was very rushed. It wasn't busy at all and the nail tech went very fast. 2. I got a basic gel manicure. When I told the nail tech that my nails were still rough at the tips and asked him to buff them out he said he would after he did the gel which I thought was odd, but hey, I am from out of town--this may be the way to do it out here. But like my nails were catching on the towel when I tested it out. 3. Cut me several times when doing my cuticles. I bled multiple times and ask him to go a little slower. He didn't. 4. You know when your nails start to grow and you still have gel on and you see your nails? Yeah well that's how my nails look and I just walked out. 5. MY NAILS ARE STILL ROUGH--after painting I told him they were still rough. I felt them and could feel the nail still breaking as if he never buffed. He "buffed" them again but nothing. He just kept saying they feel smooth. Needless to say I will never return. If you want decent quality on gel manicure, don't go here. Maybe it was just my tech but I'm not happy. read more

Well I've been coming here for well over a year now and it either they hired new people or switched over owners but to my surprise I was very let down at their techniques. I had asked for just two rhinestones on my ring and middle fingers on both hands. It didn't even stayed on for the rest day -.- I watched as they only put a drop of clear nail polish underneath the stones to try to make it stay on, not even a top coat on it or at least try nail glue to secure the rhinestones. But all in all the dip nails look good, just my advice is avoid the extra charge of getting the rhinestones at all it's not worth it. read more
