I hired Dreamer Cleaner for what I was told would be a steam clean, and it was a disappointment from start to finish. The technician spent maybe 10 minutes per room, was on his phone half the time, and missed almost every single spot. I had to contact them that night, and they sent him back the next morning. But even after a second visit, not one spot came up 100%. I ended up spending hours finishing the job myself, which is exactly what I paid them to do. I was also told this was a steam clean, but it was really just a carpet extractor run with cold water, not the steam clean I specifically asked about beforehand and was promised. The professionalism was just as bad. The technician was rude and barely said a word to us. He showed up in a vehicle that was trashed inside and out and looked unfit for a professional service call, there was even a slim jim (a tool used to pry open car windows) sticking out of the door. To top it off, he dumped his dirty wastewater in our yard. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the support team was very nice and attempted to remedy the situation. But unfortunately they stated their policy is to send the same person out to fix the problem, even though I begged for a different person to come. Save your money and your time. The staff on the phone was very courteous and polite. I appreciated all the confirmation for our appt. For a professional look, maybe not use a small white sedan and teach them to use Google Translate better. I get that the cleaner is smaller but just doesn't give a good professional look by having the equipment in the trunk and backseat. Not impressed with the service. I was told that the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours, it's been 24 hours and some areas are extremely wet. The cleaner should have used better judgement and gone over the wettest areas more. I understand the stains may not all come out but I would say only 30% came out. The high wear areas look the same. And we don't even wear shoes in our house. alex did a wonderful job my kids are accustomed to defecating and urinating on their carpet and Alex got almost all of the there was squished fruit in the stairs. There was cat poo residue in the carpet in my 's and Alex went over and beyond and got all of the spots up that he could possibly get up my house no longer The carpet smell great and in a couple I'll be able to breathe normal again he also told me it will take approximately six hours to read more

From start to finish, a great experience. When I called for an appointment, the phone was answered immediately and an appointment scheduled that fit my needs. The tech was a delight -- on time, courteous and very professional. Our job was challenging (very dirty stairs) and he worked diligently with an outstanding result. I really thought we'd have to replace the carpet but he restored it! We were happy to pay the $75 deep clean charge -- fully reasonable/warranted and MUCH cheaper than replacing the carpet! Had my carpets cleaned over a week ago, I was very disappointed, they got zero stains out when they told me they could get 50% out. I contact the company via message because the cleaner did not speak any English. I was told they would make a correction and let me know asap when someone can return. I have not heard back from anyone. Horrible customer service if you ask me. As soon as the carpets dried they looked exactly the same. I had them out to clean our carpets. Of course they had a "basic clean" and upgrade, upgrade + $$$$ right. Seems to be the thing with carpet cleaners. Anyway. I had the tech start on the worst of the 3 rooms. He was unable to clean it... heavy traffic areas.. no "stains" he pre-sprayed. Did a couple of runs with the steam cleaner. I couldn't see any difference.. I asked what he could do to improve the cleaning.. he said nothing.. so I politely asked him to finish the 1room & leave. Ended up renting equipment from Home Depot & doing it myself, racing the clock since the carpet was wet & furniture was moved already.. staying in the 4 hour minimum from HD. Ugh anyway.. my main gripe is the "upgrade+" blah blah blah... just have a set price, no one likes surprise costs. Major turn off. The tech & the guy on the phone were nice & professional... These people not only did an unsatisfactory job first time around but when they came back to do better , they permanently damaged my rug. The manager handled it very badly and said tough luck being as he had given me a discount he felt it was okay to damage my personal property. I'm taking them to court because they refuse to make any efforts whatsoever to make it right. Wanted me to produce a receipt on a rug that was 4 years old. My friend doesn't want me to sue them so I stalled but in reality they're going to do this to somebody else. Do not use these people. read more
