    Nutella latte

We were staying right by this place and walked in blind. Cute little shop and really friendly service. We ordered their specialty Nutella oat milk latte and a classic latte. They came in this cute little Short fat cups. Coffee flavor was delicious. Looks like they also had some tasty pastries, but we were on our way to get bagels. Would recommend!

I had a lovely experience here! My friend and I came on a rainy and gray day. This place is tiny and tight. There is barstool seating meant for those who order drip coffee. There is a bigger 4 person table by the front. Then there are three ~3 person tables. I say "~3" because there are 4 chairs but the space is small that that's just not realistic. There's a single stall bathroom in the back. There's a big TV and they were playing a latte art making competition. We were chatting with Meeze (I hope I spelled that right) and she was fun to talk to. She was explaining the latte art competition and how it works. She actually competed and judged before - very cool to learn about. She also said that there will be latte making art classes in the future! It felt like a homey and chill vibe being in this coffee shop. It's no frills and nothing fancy but quality coffee. We got: - iced americano - dulce de leche latte: it wasn't too sweet and hit the spot on a cold rainy day! I love the presentation and trays everything comes in.

This is a very chill new coffee shop in the area. Wonderful baristas work here. They have a little coffee bar to sit at along with some other tables to enjoy your coffee or matcha at. The little bar area looks like they may hold small classes to learn about coffee. They have pictures on the wall of Angel numbers so it makes it feel like a good vibes only coffee shop too. I ordered a cappuccino and added lavender. One of the best cappuccinos I have had. This is a must check out coffee shop!

    Iced coffee to go!

Moon Coffee Lab is a delight. the people here are serious about coffee but totally friendly. been here several times. cozy coffee shop with a few tables and some bar seats. super clean & bright, casual vibes, and with small eclectic touches like a small coin-operated coffee bean vending machine. the space is relatively small, so either grab a seat or take your coffee to go as there is not much standing room. the coffees i've enjoyed here have been excellent. have had a few Americanos here as well as an iced coffee. i believe they were all made with Driftaway Nicaragua Sacacli coffee beans which makes a really smooth dark roast coffee with a rich coffee flavor with chocolatey nutty tones. the staff here don't rush making drinks. the process takes a little time but is worth the wait. the coffee here is not a product but more a fruition of craft and labor. Moon Coffee also serves signature coffee drinks as well as small baked eats. there is also a few pour over coffee choices if you have the time. the service and vibe has been pleasant and friendly each time that i have stopped by. Moon Coffee Lab has very abridged hours versus your typical coffee shop (closes at 2 pm on weekdays and 3 pm on weekends), so plan accordingly. overall, if you're in the East Village and Lower East Side areas and you enjoy coffee, then a stop at Moon Coffee Lab is a must.

The matcha flavor came through nicely, while the green tangerine added a bright, citrusy flavor that made the drink incredibly refreshing. It was lightly sweet with a little fizz, and the dried citrus garnish was a nice touch. The customer service was also great. I had a few questions about the drinks, and they were enthusiastically answered, which I really appreciated. I'm always happy when a coffee shop has interesting options for us non-coffee drinkers, and this one definitely delivered. I'll be back and would absolutely order the Green Tangerine Matcha Ade again.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

I probably never leave reviews in general, especially negative ones, but this experience was so…read moreegregious that I honestly felt like I had to say something. I've worked in restaurants and bars long enough to understand that staff drinking happens, but this was on another level entirely. I came in with a group of friends and one of the bartenders, Will, was so visibly drunk that it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Slurred speech, wobbling behind the bar, taking orders while chewing food with his mouth open -- it was honestly embarrassing to watch. He looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. At one point, my group had been trying to get his attention for another round for quite a while while he stood around talking with coworkers. We then watched staff take a shot together, and when he finally came over he burped mid-conversation and literally had whatever he had just been drinking dribbling down his neckbeard. That was the moment where the whole thing went from unprofessional to just gross. What made it worse was that it didn't seem isolated to one employee. Throughout the night we watched staff openly taking shots and drinking behind the bar like it was a house party instead of a business. There's a difference between bar culture and complete lack of professionalism, and this crossed that line hard. One of the friends I was with actually frequents the DUMBO location and said that the last time she was there, the same bartender also seemed intoxicated, which makes this feel less like a bad night and more like an ongoing issue. The DUMBO location itself is in an amazing spot, which makes it even more disappointing. But ownership seriously needs to get control of what's going on there before someone gets hurt or the place develops a reputation for having drunk staff on the clock. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable enough that my girlfriends and I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope the employee mentioned gets help if this is a regular thing, because nobody should be working service in that condition.

I normally get another local brand of coffee beans (in BK), however, my husband decided to try this…read morebrand and bought two bags for $40 (mind you it's smaller and more expensive than the one I normally buy). One flavor smelled really good, and the one in this image smelled pretty light. I'm not sure what type of roast this is, I prefer medium roast coffee bean. Long story short, expresso shots are almost flavorless. the creme breaks apart each time and when I make a latte it just taste like milk with a splash of coffee. Super disappointed! I truly tried to like these coffee beans but I can't. I think it might be better for making an Americano...straight up coffee and skip the expresso shot. I have to give that a try

There are two floors of seats and they have chairs and tables outdoors a little too. This location is by a subway station, bus station and by the ferry stop. Easy to get to by all modes of transportation. I got the deconstructed latte. Which is what it sounds like. They give you three glasses one is the espresso and one is the steamed milk and the third glass is the finish product. There is also a glass of water that comes with this to clean your palette I am sure, though I did not use it. There is also a small cookie that comes with it. I did not consume the cookie. My friend had a latte or a cappuccino could not tell what it was but it looked super good too. Their coffee here is just soo tasty and smooth it seems like.
