The Biscoff ice cream is Absolutely amazing! The service is fast, friendly and fun! We love the walk up store front and the weekly specials.

They refused to put my ice cream in a to go cup... how insane is that? When ordering I asked if they could make the sundaes togo. They told me they don't do that... I said so everyone who orders has to eat it here? No one can take it to go? I asked if they could just put the ice cream in a cup, or add a lid to avoid melt spillage. They told me no that they would have to charge me for a medium since it's in a medium cup (even though the amount is still that of a small) or offered a flat top lid that clearly does not fit over the ice cream container... I asked if they couldn't just put the same amount of a small in a medium cup - and again they said no. I was so shocked at the lack of ability to do the most simple, and what should be common, of asks. I would had just not ordered and went to Whitts Creamery instead, but I was with my niece who really wanted ice cream. So with no lids, the Ice cream proceeded to melt everywhere on the drive home. The customer service was awful and I would not recommend Dreamette or any of their locations that abide but this extremely silly rule. read more

The young man serving us was super kind and actually gave my husband the suggestion to try the Affogado, which he did. He loved it. I had the vegan vanilla ice cream cone. Not the most vibey location, you sort of have to eat in a parking lot. They also completely forgot to make my girlfriend's ice cream so I was done before she even got hers, I did have to eat fast because it was very hot out and melting, but I did not appreciate them lying and saying "Oh yeah we were making yours next" when they clearly served 5+ people after us and they clearly just forgot. Dreamette, right down Atlantic from our house- welp! John is an ice cream addict, especially for soft serve ice cream! His go to is a dipped cone, but with the summer heat he actually diverted from his swirled soft serve cone and got a butterscotch milkshake instead! This was a shocker. Just like any Dreamette location- they were busy, had a good size line, but moved right through it like pros! I foresee many, many more visits and more than likely- in the near future. Finally had the chance to take my girls here for a treat. Cute little ice cream shop with a walk up window in a little shopping plaza. Has a totally relaxed/casual/beach vibe. The ladies who worked there were super sweet, friendly, and patient as they waited for us to check out their menu. My daughters went with a strawberry ice cream dipped in cotton candy in a cone, strawberry shortcake waffle with vanilla ice cream, and my friends went with a chocolate shake, banana split, salted caramel dipped cone, and a creamsicle cone. The "small" cones were huge! Everyone was happy and on a sugar high after. They have so many options. So many more times we will have to go back to try everything. Lol This is definitely a sweet place to stop for an after meal dessert or sweet treat. We also ran into so many friends there. Heads up - Ordered 2 vanilla kids cups with gummy bears - kids cup $3.30 12 gummy's bears $3 - each kids sized cup cost $6.30 . Ridiculous when a small sundae with double the amt of ice cream and a SCOOP of gummy candy also costs $ 6.30 . My fave dipped cone flavors are chocolate w toasted coconut or strawberry with chocolate. But tonight, I had serious dipped cone envy---others chose chocolate dipped in peanut butter, coffee dipped in chocolate, and vanilla dipped in birthday cake. Yummmmm! A Jacksonville favorite is finally in Atlantic Beach! The location of this Dreamette is fantastic! It's right off Atlantic blvd in a little plaza with plenty of parking. There's a walk up counter for ordering with a large menu outside. The staff working this location were extremely friendly to my toddler and I. We were signing "I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!" They dipped his kiddie vanilla cone in chocolate and put it in a cup for us. I decided to get a small serving of the flavor of the week (salted caramel) in a cup. First things first - the portions are very generous for "kiddie" and "small"! Such a great value. The vanilla flavor was wonderful and I really loved the salted caramel! Highly recommend trying out their flavor of the week. They also offer DF options like a rotating dole whip flavor. Went there around 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night with a friend. There was quite a crowd enjoying soft serve ice cream. The seating is outside on park benches. We ordered small chocolate and vanilla swirl in home made waffle cones. They were very large servings, and so delicious. Nothing fake about this ice cream at all! Military Family/First Responders Review. Our family of 5 had just finished a day at the beach and we loved the location in Murray Hill, so decided to give this one a try. I'm pregnant and had been craving the blueberry dipped chocolate I'd had prior in Murray Hill. The woman who was there (red hair, freckles and black reading glasses) proceeded to tell me aggressively they "DO NOT DIP CUPS", I looked at my husband, then responded that I didn't want the cup dipped- I wanted a chocolate ice cream dipped in blueberry in a cup and she stuck her head out the window, clapped her hands once and said more loudly, "WE DO NOT DIP CUPS, WE CAN DIP A CONE IN A CUP BUT WE DO NOT DIP CUPS". I had no clue why this women felt the need to yell at me, I was extremely nice and kind. I've never had service like this at any establishment and I asked for a business card, she said we don't have any so then I asked if she had a manager and she says I'm the manager and my family owns this. I said, well that explains the personality and my advice stands what I told her prior: "Some constructive criticism for you and your business, reel back that personality, it is rude, aggressive and too much and comes across as being disrespectful to the customer". She apologized. There was a misunderstanding on my behalf about what flavors they had, so after they informed me they didn't have blueberry, I asked for cotton candy instead. What I received: chocolate ice cream dipped in strawberry on a cone melting down my hand... We left and will never come back. It was the most pretentious, hostile and rudest behavior I've ever encounter- and especially coming from someone who is a manager. That is unacceptable behavior. read more
