We were told they'd be about a 50% markup from the lower end cabinets. we called back 3 times to inquire about the estimate and were given excuses as to why the company hadn't processed the estimate. We have a small kitchen, but they made us feel as if we were their biggest and most important customer, kind and super responsive. She wasn't very interested and in fact told me I should ask the woodworker I know to make a drawer box for me instead of her company -- A MEDALLION CABINETRY DEALER -- ordering one for me. Uh, no, YOU'RE the dealer of this brand of cabinetry, that's why I'm calling you. In my last email I asked her about ordering one. NEVER HEARD BACK. Her attitude was lackadaisical at best.
