Fancy Nails and Spa is definitely the nail salon you want to go to! The staff is really friendly and you can be sure that you're going to leave the salon with your nails looking good and like the inspo pic! I am writing this review after giving them an opportunity to fix this problem and they did not. I had a simple fill and pedicure. Once I got out in the light it looks like I need a fill all over again. I went back in to show the issues and the lady said, "Oh it's ok." So there you are... they can care less about customer satisfaction. The shop is not up to date. It's in a bad location. They do not offer any additional amenities like the other Nail Salons so the quality of their work is the ONLY asset they have. They showed me today that they do not have that. I have referred several people there I will make sure to share my experience today. Also the lady that did my pedicure snipped me twice caused my toe to bleed.

Ive been coming to Brian consistently for a year now and can't say enough how happy I am to have found him. I usually book a few days in advance, but when I've needed last minute appointments I've been lucky enough to snag them. He's done complete overhauls /shape changes on sets I wasn't ready to take off and is so quick while still being thorough. Shop is mellow and clean.

I loveeee this nail shop! Everyone here does an amazing job, and it's always a great experience from start to finish. This is hands down my go-to spot. My favorite nail tech is Brian -- he always satisfies my designs and gets my nail shape exactly how I want it every single time. He really listens and never disappoints. If Brian happens to be busy, I can easily go to Julie or the owner, and I'm still 100% happy with the results That's how consistent and talented the whole team is. DO NOT come here if you're looking for great customer service. Throughout the appointment, Brian was annoyed and made me feel rushed. As a customer, I expect to be welcomed and valued but instead I felt like I was an inconvenience. Best nail salon in town! I've been coming here for over a year and they never fail to deliver a beautiful set. The entire staff, Kelly, Julie, and Brian, are all very talented when it comes to the shape, nail direction growth correction, and the artistic design. They are very detail oriented with their art and do not rush the designs. My mom enjoys when I bring her as well, as Maria and Julie are very patient and gentle with her feet. The salon is very peaceful and quiet with occasional music and movies playing in the background. Definitely recommend! read more

Fancy Nails is such a hidden gem! I get so many compliments on my nails no matter what color or design I get. My 13 year old daughter and I have made Fancy Nails the ONLY salon we go to after searching for months. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional, which is why we keep coming back. The salon is clean, comfortable, and has such a relaxing atmosphere every time we visit. I've lived in Elsinore 8 years I've been all over the place on both sides of the lake even other cities close by and have not ever found a nail company that I was totally comfortable with always satisfied with my artwork they do for me on my toes and my nails their patient with my schedule and always trying to fit me in. They're great I recommend them 300%, they're local right off the freeway off the 15 and diamonds they're off casino drive their pedicures will put you to sleep and their nail artists are wonderful it's the only place I've gone for the last 7 years happy holidays read more

I went in for a gel manicure today. First off I was charged $15 more than I was told at the beginning of my appointment. Second I was cut multiple times during the service. Although I understand that accidents happen, I was bleeding throughout my entire appointment and there is now blood in my manicure; the gel polish is lifting due to the blood residue on my finger. The woman told me I would receive a small discount for the inconvenience, but when I was charged, I got charged extra instead. I explained to the man that I was okay paying full price, but that I was told there would be a small discount. Unfortunately he wasn't the nicest. Will not be returning. read more

Loooove this place! After looking for a new nail tech in this area for about 6 months I finally stopped in and met Brian. I like my nails really long and it's hard to find someone who does long nails really well and me, being very picky about my nails came in almost 2 years ago and have been here since!! I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and when she started, I pointed out that the color was too dark. She said no it's not, so asked if she could switch to a different color and we tried it on my pinky. I asked if we could do two coats of that one instead, she said no it would be too thick. I didnt really feel like she gave any other choice than to continue. Important to note, she painted over the test pinky with original color. Not too thick? She then proceeded to rush through the designs and only did about half of each nail. She was so pushy I decided to just keep the peace and let her finish so I could go down the street and have someone else redo the polish. The actual acrylics were done nicely, which is a shame because I wont be back. read more

I got a pedicure with acrylic toes yesterday and today, my toe is hurting really bad and it's infected I asked the lady to make my big toe a little bit longer, and she got angry and was quiet the rest of the pedicure. Overall, they did come out good, but I will have to be taking them off because of my infected toe. I will not be going back . read more

I found this Gem of a place last time I was here on vacation. The man(didn't get his name) remembered me from over a year ago when I was visiting last time! These are some of the best quality nails I have EVER gotten. The atmosphere is awesome, and legitimately some of the best/most creative nails I've ever had. I legit will fly out to get my nails done here for my baby shower/maternity pictures! And one day my wedding lol - that's how great this place is. I've had my nails done many different times and many different places and this place stands out among the rest. The pink nails are from last year (I legit had them on for over a month!) and the French tip is from today. I highly recommend this nail salon ! They last forever, the art & expertise is there x38766864 and he was so sweet and we talked the whole time - the vibe is just amazing. I'm from Seattle, and there's a reason this is my second year in a row coming back! read more

Best nail salon ever! They always do amazing art that other places can't do. I always love my nails and get tons of compliments. They can do anything I show them or do their own designs when I have no ideas. They're definitely fancy. They even shape my nails so well, pay attention to so much detail, yet are still quick. Brian, Kelly, and Julie are all top notch. I always get pedicures as well, love getting pampered every few weeks. And it's affordable for how much they do! $25 for basic pedicure. My full sets/fills depend on how crazy my designs get. My sets always last! I can't go elsewhere. #3 read more

Went there today as a walk-in. I wanted to take my daughter as she likes pretty things and I thought it would be a nice thing for her. The guy there seemed annoyed at the start and clearly was by the end. So we left without getting everything I'd planned to do. My kid is 8. She's excited for these types of things, shes gonna ask questions and be interested in what's going on, she's also special needs and has fears and anxiety that are better dealt with by someone with more compassion than your regular customer. I didn't care what they looked like, I just wanted my kid to enjoy the experience. I'm certain they do good work, but stay away if you're anything out of their norm. read more

I told her, "I don't like long and skinny, I like wide at the bottom and pointed on top". Right away I was informed I had to get a new full set if I wanted to do ombré'. I agreed even though I only needed a fill. She began the 1st set. They were thin, skinny, and narrow. She had to take them off and start all over. Second set wasn't much of a difference. I showed her the 1st picture again. She couldn't file the shape. Christy the manager had to come and take over. I was trying to make small talk with Christy, but it was apparent that she was bothered as she ignored me. She was rushing and was rough. Meanwhile, her client patiently waited and was friendly. Christy got closer than Vee, but the encounter was uncomfortable Christy asked if I liked them and I responded replied "it's better". I told her I liked her clients shape. Some of my nails came out close to what I wanted .The 3rd picture is what I ended up with. As I paid, the receptionist Candace who approachable and welcoming asked if I liked them and I said I wasn't happy but they tried. I was honest and thought they would make it right being it was my 1st visit. I responded to everyone asking how they did. I was advised to call and talk to Christy. They saw what I saw. I called back today and Christy declined to fix them. She said I told her I loved them. I never said I loved them. Anyone who knows me know I am honest about what I like. Color was off, nails are different shapes and sizes, and the professionalism/quality was not there. I really wanted to support a business in Lake Elsinore, but this is not the place. UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER I called you prior to posting a review. I gave you the opportunity to hear my concerns. You said you would not make any changes to my nails. I had to pay another salon to get them fixed after asking you if you could fix them. Not the way to treat a new local customer.

What should have been a simple gel pedicure ended with me being cut. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never been injured like this before. To make matters worse, the technician who started my pedicure didn't even finish it. Halfway through, I was handed off to another person to complete the service, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. The overall atmosphere could also use some improvement. I love kids, and I completely understand that life happens, but when I go to get a pedicure, manicure, or any other relaxing service, I expect a calm and professional environment. During my visit, children were in the salon opening and spilling nail supplies, which made the experience feel chaotic rather than relaxing. In my opinion, that isn't the level of professionalism I was expecting. I was really hoping to find a salon close to home that provided quality service, but this experience was very disappointing. Sadly, I'll have to continue my search elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We dropped our daughter off at this salon to get her nails done and while she was getting them done my 16 year old daughter was sexually assaulted by a a creepy pervert nail technician named Tony. He knew how old she was (16) and told her he wanted to make her feel good, showed her pornographic photos on his phone and told her to call him later tonight so he could show her how he can make her feel good!!! This creep also caressed her hands/fingers in a sexually explicit way to "show" her how it's done!! When we picked her up she said "I am NEVER going here again!!" we asked what happened and after a few minutes of driving she told us what happened... We immediately called the shop to speak to the "owner" to file a complaint, but the lady who answered said that she wasn't there, so we explained what happened and the lady said "oh they were just having fun". Wtf?!?! We IMMEDIATLEY contacted the police... Unfortunately no arrest was made due to lack of evidence (photos shown to my daughter didn't show any actual "innapropriate" body parts aka:nipples or genitals). This guy is a super creep who took full advantage of a young lady who just wanted to get her nails done, who was alone for 30 minutes at the shop without her parents. She is traumatized, humiliated and disgusted. This man deserves to be in jail!! BEWARE!! read more

Ridiculous place. My daughter was going to get a spa pedicure and I asked if instead of painter her toe nails if they could paint her finger nails instead (any difference between fingers painted and toes painted I could pay). Spa pedicure with the works but fingers painted, not toes. Really not rocket science. Guy at front desk said he would have to ask and the woman had a disgusting look on her face the entire time while sitting reclined on her phone. Clearly not wanting to be bothered by working. Said no they would not being doing that and were extremely unfriendly. I've come here countless times before and never saw him or her before. We decided to leave. Missed out on 3 spa pedicures with the works, full set of nails, and eye brow waxing. We both get designs on our nails too. I always believe in tipping well. If this is the new staff we won't be returning. Oh well. On to the next. I would have been accepting of a "no, sorry." Their attitude about it was what made me walk. read more

This is the greatest salon all the way around. They are super friendly, greet all their customers by name, and will go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I've been going to Brian and Julie for about two years now, and they truly don't compare to other nail salons! They're both so talented, detail-oriented, and always make me feel comfortable. My nails come out perfect every time -- the shape and design are exactly what I want (even better, honestly!). If you want great nails yet bad customer service then come here. Kelly is the best nail tech and the owner but don't expect them to make you feel welcomed. Front desk guy has no patience and is not friendly. While getting a pedicure, 3 nail techs will take turns with your feet because they get fustrated. They are only nice after you tip at the end. Do yourself a favor and go to LA Nails across the street. They make you feel super welcomed and make you want to come back! read more

I love my nails! I had Brian who was very quick, efficient, and fair price. I got the cutest nails and my friend (Cynthia) and I love to get cute designs, which I'm so glad they do because it's so hard to find nail salons that can do them well.
