When I asked her why my dress was on display, she said that she put it there while she waited for me to pick it up. I needed the dress ASAP so I paid the other half of the cost and said I wanted to take it. Instead of putting it in a garment bag she covered it in a green trash bag. This was a very disappointing experience for me.
