Came here for the chicken pot pie! It's so expensive at $20 for a personal sized pot pie. I shared it with a friend but we definitely would have finished one on our own each. This pot pie was SO good. The creamy white gravy inside was heavy on rosemary and thyme, and also reminiscent of mushrooms due to how savory it was. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! One of the best chicken pot pies I've ever had. The crust itself wasn't flaky BUT you could tell it was homemade dough due to how soft it was. The crust on the outside had a slight crunch, and when dipped in that gravy it was actually perfect. My only gripe is that there was only one tiny piece of shredded chicken inside. I thought this was chicken pot pie? Skimpy on the protein! Definitely come here as your last stop on Apple Hill, but buy a take home frozen chicken pot pie and heat at home. The price is almost the same but for a bigger portion. The area itself is pretty for photos, both indoor and outdoor and they have a bunch of different ciders and IPAs. No actual bathrooms here, just porta potties that were actually pretty clean and a real sink with running water.

Went with my friends to round off a day at Apple Hill. The parking lot attendants were great and got us to a space with no fuss! We went to order food. My stomach wasn't feeling great, so I asked the staff if I could order mac and cheese as a side and a cookie. Unfortunately, the staff informed me they could not do that and required me to order the kids meal. I asked for it to come with apple slices. Interestingly, one of my friends had been able to order the mac and cheese as a side with a different staff member. This was upsetting since it was about half the price for the same amount of mac. When my food arrived after around a 45 minute wait, I found that they had given me chips instead of apples. I also found that the interior of the cookie I had ordered was totally uncooked. It was genuinely raw and was a noticeably different color than the exterior of it. However, the staff were not available to us despite the restaurant not being very crowded, so I couldn't say anything.

First time checking them out and they didn't disappoint. Cute little establishment surrounded by tables and a couple of fire pits. We snagged a pit and opted for some beer and a slice of the apple raspberry pie. They give you a number and bring your food out! Winning! We didn't get a chance to try the food but it smelled amazing.

Quaint and cozy!! If you're looking for a warm, welcoming spot that truly feels like home, this family farm is an absolute treasure. The moment you arrive, you're greeted with kind, welcoming service and a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time. With both indoor and outdoor dining areas, fire pits crackling in the background, and a beautiful vineyard just steps away, the setting couldn't be more inviting. The food is nothing short of delicious. Their crème brûlée French toast is a must-try--rich, gooey, and perfectly caramelized. From hearty savory dishes like the tender pulled pork and comforting chicken pot pie to sweet indulgences like homemade cookies and an impressive array of fruit pies, every bite tastes fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and deeply satisfying. As a bonus, the farm is conveniently located near Grandpa's Cellar and Apple Ridge Farm, making it the perfect stop during a day of local exploring. Whether you're visiting with family, meeting friends, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible food, this farm delivers a unique experience. Other: -$$$$ -available bathrooms out back -Plenty of parking, but one of the smaller lots -tap pay available -neighbors to grandpa cellar and apple ridge farms -not to busy the week of Thanksgiving

Went on a Sunday at 11AM and it was already packed! They have a bunch of seats indoor and outdoor with fire pits to keep you warm during the cold season! Ordered a couple things, one being their most infamous chicken pot pie, creme brulee french toast, and the pulled pork! Everything came out fresh and the staff were extremely nice and helpful! Great first stop in Apple Hill!

This is always a favorite spot when I visit Apple Hill. We grab lunch, a drink, and some sweets to go. I had the ham & cheese panini. Omg. So delicious and the cheese pull was epic! My mom had the chili and my dad had the tuna sandwich. Both were also yummy. They had a great pineapple cider that we loved. I always take frozen chicken pot pies to go to have for meals during the week. A lot of outdoor seating with picnic tables, patio spots but also indoor seating I'd the weather is dicy. A must visit for apple hill

Came here for the first time last fall and was pleasantly surprised. From the moment we drove in and saw the banner we knew this was a place for likeminded people such as us. The service was great. Staff were super friendly and very helpful in helping decide on menu. There was plenty of seating available outside and inside. All the apple trees outside gave a great atmosphere. Even the owner was out there helping and talking patrons. There were so many food options but I chose Mac chess e pulled pork.

If you would like a quick getaway from The City, Drew Bean Farms is the place. Done to earth place with a great staff! The food is great, but the pies are amazing! We are taking a few home for the holidays! Great relaxing getaway!

This is such a cute spot to stop by and see! They opened up right after the pandemic (in 2021) and offer great comfort food and drinks. In their award-winning pies, there's a caramel-like substance in there that just takes that pie into another level. I've confirmed with the chef that it's all of the apple juices mixed together, it's not actually caramel, but the consistency is so similar! Oh, and don't forget to grab a pot pie, you won't regret it! There's ample seating outdoors as well as indoors, it all depends on what tickles your fancy. There are a few servers (I didn't get their names) that shine in their ability to personalize their service and give you that homey feeling. There aren't any tours nor activities to partake in per se, just a good wholesome place to grab food and drinks!

Staff at the farm were helpful with suggestions, placing our orders, even delivering our food to our chosen cozy table by the cute stage for live music. Friendly staff even checked on us during our meal and cleared it when we finished ~ from start to finish our experience was top notch andd we highly recommend. Be sure to stop by, checkout their yummyy menu and listen to live music by a firepit && enjoy!! ~ everything is on their website: https://drewbeanfarms.com/

The only photo I was able to take before chowing down because we were so hungry! Loved this place: - the chicken pot pie was amazing and that crust was mwuah. I wanted to buy some frozen chicken pot pies to take home bc they were so good, but they said it was busy season and needed the pies for the restaurant :/. - Mac n cheese was also really flavorful and yummy. Would definitely come back here when I get the chance!

Came here for lunch on a Saturday before hitting a few of the apple orchards and pumpkin patches around Apple Hill. I loved the vibe of this place. A nice amount of seating throughout the property, plus an indoor seating area for eating. There were tons of people there to grab a meal and to just hang and sip on some wine/cider. Great place to people watch! We ordered two chicken pot pies, a ham and cheese panini with chips, pulled pork with mac & cheese. Everything was delicious! Nice comfort food, but definitely not too heavy that would leave you in a slump during all of your exploring around the area. The employee who serviced us while we ordered food was personable, super kind and helpful! We also had someone come around to check on us while we had our meal, and offering to clean up for us as needed. Most definitely would recommend coming here when you're needing a break from all the sweet treats, and ready to eat something nice and comforting! Side note: if you're needing to use the bathroom, just beware that there are only a few porta-potties behind the restaurant area.

Came here the last day they were open and finally got to try the famous chicken pot pie! It was worth the wait, the crust was perfectly flaky. This is one of the best farms to visit if you're taking a trip to apple hill, the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. The owners are always there and will stop by your table for a conversation and to make sure everything is to your liking.

We also got their corn dog and hot link corn dog to try, as well as their hot apple cider. I don't even like cake donuts, but something about a freshly made HOT donut will do something to you!! It was SO soft, hot, and had a good amount of cinnamon to it which I really appreciated. Get your own and don't share, you've been warned! The corn dog batter is delicious! Crispy on the outside and ever so slightly doughy on the inside while still being chewy and soft--it was so good! Not to mention the actual hot dog tasted like it was all beef, not sure if it was, but it definitely wasn't a Bar-S hot dog if you know what I mean! The hot link corn dog was my FAVORITE. Had a GREAT snap when bitten into and had a very small kick to it. I wish it was spicier but that's okay! I love a good corn dog. My 11 year old daughter and I came to the Ferry Building for a fun Mom and daughter morning. We hit the Rainbow Orchards stand first, for what was my first and sure to be last visit. We waited to the side while a customer who was there before us was helped, chatting about how much to get. That customer left, and he took the elderly guy who came after us first - no big deal. Then it was our turn and I asked him for 5 dollars worth and handed him a 20. I had 4 singles and a 20, and the choices were either 5 dollars worth, 8 dollars worth, or another amount I can't recall. He told my shy daughter snakily "Don't grow up to be a person who comes to the Farmer's Market and doesn't have exact change." It felt out of line for him to address her in that way. And, he's already complained about me not having exact change. Hey, either sell us the blueberries or don't, but were not here to be a sponge for your anger. So, I observed flatly, well, we don't have to buy anything. And he said, "yes, you do, because I already have your money." Okay, so another aggressive and weird response. I reached out to get the bag of blueberries, since evidently he was giving me no choice other than to buy them, and he backed up so they would be out of my reach. It was like the 4th rude thing he did that was unprovoked. I managed to get the bag and walk away, but he did ruin a chunk of our sweet trip to the Farmer's Market. I wonder how many shoppers had to deal with absorbing his hostility that day.
