Came here for the chicken pot pie! It's so expensive at $20 for a personal sized pot pie. I shared it with a friend but we definitely would have finished one on our own each. This pot pie was SO good. The creamy white gravy inside was heavy on rosemary and thyme, and also reminiscent of mushrooms due to how savory it was. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! One of the best chicken pot pies I've ever had. The crust itself wasn't flaky BUT you could tell it was homemade dough due to how soft it was. The crust on the outside had a slight crunch, and when dipped in that gravy it was actually perfect. My only gripe is that there was only one tiny piece of shredded chicken inside. I thought this was chicken pot pie? Skimpy on the protein! Definitely come here as your last stop on Apple Hill, but buy a take home frozen chicken pot pie and heat at home. The price is almost the same but for a bigger portion. The area itself is pretty for photos, both indoor and outdoor and they have a bunch of different ciders and IPAs. Went with my friends to round off a day at Apple Hill. The parking lot attendants were great and got us to a space with no fuss! We went to order food. My stomach wasn't feeling great, so I asked the staff if I could order mac and cheese as a side and a cookie. Unfortunately, the staff informed me they could not do that and required me to order the kids meal. I asked for it to come with apple slices. Interestingly, one of my friends had been able to order the mac and cheese as a side with a different staff member. This was upsetting since it was about half the price for the same amount of mac. When my food arrived after around a 45 minute wait, I found that they had given me chips instead of apples. I also found that the interior of the cookie I had ordered was totally uncooked. It was genuinely raw and was a noticeably different color than the exterior of it. However, the staff were not available to us despite the restaurant not being very crowded, so I couldn't say anything. read more

This place was busy on a Saturday afternoon! We couldn't find parking at another farm so we pulled into the next farm available which was Drew Beans Farms. If we had read reviews first we probably would have skipped this one and went to a different farm. The line was long but it gave us time to review the menu and decide what we wanted. We got a hot link, pie slices, and cider. It was busy that day so the food did take a while to come out. $13 for a hot link is a little pricey but at least it tasted good! The cold cider was a bottle from a different brand that probably makes it from all the apple farms in the area - it makes sense but I was just surprised it wasn't fresh / their own recipe. The blackberry and raspberry apple pies were good, very apple forward which wasn't surprising. I definitely felt like we were on a nice farm - they had a fire pit going, country music playing, and lots of families out. I will say that there is a lot of religious decor and American flags, which isn't bad or good but just a heads up for a future visitor. We pretty much came to eat and then dipped. One thing that is disappointing but seems to be true of all the small farms out here: you can't keep your car parked there if you want to visit additional farms. I understand that the farms want to have parking for their own visitors, but if I'm spending money and time at their farm, I would have appreciated also getting to walk to another farm nearby especially since there seems to be no place to park besides the private farm lots! read more

This is such a cute spot to stop by and see! They opened up right after the pandemic (in 2021) and offer great comfort food and drinks. In their award-winning pies, there's a caramel-like substance in there that just takes that pie into another level. I've confirmed with the chef that it's all of the apple juices mixed together, it's not actually caramel, but the consistency is so similar! Oh, and don't forget to grab a pot pie, you won't regret it! There's ample seating outdoors as well as indoors, it all depends on what tickles your fancy. Ive gotten the frozen raspberry apple cheese pie from here 2-3 times now and it's still coming out watery. I'm not a big fan of watery pies. I always follow the cooking directions and did the same while it was under their previous ownership. The staff was super nice, whether it's the ladies at the cashier taking orders, the young boy walking around asking how the food is and offering to go boxes etc. We ordered the chicken pot pie, mac and cheese (with apples), and the Lebanese meatballs. All three items were very yummy. The crust of the pot pie was our tables favorite and the filling was hearty. It was a great balance. The meatballs were served in a pair on a pita, and they were super flavorful and not boring/dry at all. The Mac and cheese was one of my favorites because it wasn't the fake cheese and it had a nice baked layer of cheese on top. Good vibes all around. My family and I were visiting apple hill for the first time over the weekend, and sad it might be our last due to the TERRIBLE experience we had at Drew Bean Farms. If you search online, this business has had several experiences in which they are shouting at customers due to their parking. Many have recorded these incidents and have reported them on Yelp and social media. I am sad, to say we were also victim to their parking enforcement and were verbally harassed at this establishment. We ate lunch here, we patronized their business as well as other businesses of apple hill. And what do we get in return? The parking enforcement yelling at us and being very DISRESPECTFUL. They followed us to our car and continued to "prove" he was in the right and we were in the wrong, not allowing us to even speak. We are visitors at your establishment. There is NO clear signage of how parking works nor did your employees mention any regulations except to "not cause traffic". We honestly thought that we could park at this farm if we were to eat lunch here. We wanted to "avoid causing traffic" and be environmentally friendly, by walking to the next farm to just pick up a pie on the way out of apple hill. If this was against the "so-called" rules, we apologize. But being very disrespectful, rude, and not letting us have a conversation to speak about this incident is WRONG and not welcomed. Their actions and behavior to customers especially those who do not frequent apple hill is absolutely ALARMING and tarnishes the name of a traditional fall activity. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT VISITORS AND CUSTOMERS. There is no reason for you to go on a power trip regarding your parking. If we weren't allowed to walk across the street, you should have clear signage sharing that. We do not know the rules of the parking lot and thought we were avoiding traffic if we didn't move the car across the street to the other farm. When we walked across the street, no employee approached us to tell us if it wasn't allowed. WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED HERE AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BUSINESS AND WILL ADVISE OTHER APPLE HILL VISITORS TO NOT STOP HERE. We honestly felt targeted and unsafe at one point which is unfortunate because I considered apple hill as the pride of my hometown. This farm ruined that for me. I urge everyone reading to also read their 1 star reviews and see how they treat other customers as well as how they respond to reviews. I hope no one has to experience what we experienced and I'm glad if you are confident in putting a 5 star review on this place of business.
