I went to this spa for a much needed facial and was so disgusted with how I was treated. I arrived 15 mins prior like I was asked. I changed and sat upstairs to wait for my technician as I was told. The technician was a half hour late and only came to get me after I asked someone the time and told them my apt was a half hour prior. She came out and didn't even apologize for me sitting there for a half hour. She wore rubber gloves the entire facial and treated me as if I had a disease because I wasn't wearing a mask (I was there for a facial) and barely touched me. It was the absolute worst facial I have ever had. I understand taking precautions due to times we are in but I am a nurse and I know which precautions are necessary and which are not. I will not be recommending this spa to anyone and I'm very disappointed because I'm new to the area and would have been a loyal customer. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This spa was very nice to say the least. My friend set up an appointment for me for my birthday and I was amazed by the level of service that they provide. Everything was organized and clean. The workers were super friendly. I had a massage that left me sore the next day but it was well worth it. If the masseuse goes too hard just ask her to ease up and go a little lighter. Genuinely not all that it is hyped up to be. Don't get me wrong the spa itself is beautiful. The services and amenities are where they fall short. Especially at their high-end, luxe spa price point. I have had two facial treatments and one massage at Drew Patrick and it has sadly led me to this opinion on the spa and their services. I left my massage immensely underwhelmed. For $115 and not even a full hour my masseuse was extremely lazy and did not work at removing the knots I had informed her about prior. She basically ignored what I said and gave me a half-fast full body massage. I was even more frustrated when I tried explaining how I wasn't 100% satisfied with my experience to the girl at the front desk and she made it seem like it was my fault my massage wasn't what I wanted. It really bothered me... I know what a good massage feels like. I left really disappointed and frustrated at their level of customer service. :( Don't think I'll be returning to Drew Patrick. read more

i was gifted a warm embrace massage it was wonderful Lisa was great i slipped into what i call LaLa land . Totally relaxed i truly needed that . This was my first time and definitely not my last going to drew Patrick for a facial. My aesthetician Millie was very educated, and walked me through every step of the facial. I've seen some negative reviews about the pricing but from my standpoint this is the best price you can pay for a luxurious facial and leave feeling like a million bucks. Not only is the customer service outstanding but the atmosphere is calming, elegant, and enjoyable. Drew Patrick is something that no one should sleep on!!! It's amazing. read more

The coffee shop is quite wonderful, reasonable, great coffee and baked goods and a wonderful Meditation class on Sundays at 11:30am need no reservation for class or to relax at coffee shop. A great massage spa also. read more

Worst massage! I spent $165 plus tip for someone to rub my back with scented lavender oil. When I asked to put more kneading and really get into the muscles it started to feel like she was pinching me. I could have spent $50 for a 90 min massage at one of the strip mall massages with much better results!! read more

I love this Spa. I go here Monthly for Eyebrow Waxing and love the atmosphere. They take such care and pride in themselves and their clients. They have a nice hot yoga class, though it has more of a gym feel rather than a meditative yoga practice. The little coffee shop where they bake the pastries fresh is nice. I had an acai bowl that was refreshing. Kinda expensive though. Next time I would get it without the honey since it was very sweet. read more

I searched very hard for a place for a couples massage - just somewhere clean and with two beds. Massage was pretty good, but the atmosphere was awesome. My one complaint - I made the appointment over the phone. When I made the appointment I asked if I could pay for it in full because it was a gift and a surprise. They said no problem, took my card information and charged me. A few weeks later when my appointment was approaching, I called to confirm the appointment a day before. They told me I would have to pay when I got there, I explained that it was a gift so I wanted to pay for it in advance. They claimed that they only took my card number to hold the reservation. After arguing, I decided to just print my bank statement and bring it with me the next day. Once I got there they didn't give me a problem after I showed them my banks statement. It was annoying they should be more organized. Now, they actually experience. My boyfriend and I got there about an hour early, they told us we can come early and relax. When we got there they gave us robes and slippers and told us where the locker rooms were. The locker rooms/bathroom were beautiful and clean. We changed and went upstairs, there we waiting and drank tea. We were called in a little bit after. (A little annoyed that our massage therapists were 5 minutes late...especially since I paid A LOT for a 50 minute massage) The massage was good,my first one so I can't compare it to anything else. Afterwards I took a shower in the locker room, it was the best shower I ever took. Waterfall faucet and steam room. They also had everything thing - shampoo, conditioner, combs, blow dryer, deodorant, hair gel, mouth wash, etc. In the end, all that mattered was the smile on my boyfriend's face. read more

a member of the staff had to be the most condescending, insulting person i've ever had to deal with..emergencys happen, that's why they are called that...but not for this manager at drew patrick..she seemed to enjoy the "power" she had over the cancellation policy as, mind you i was standing there not cancelling, just late bc of an unforeseen circumstance. when someone is hit by a fire truck and you are blocked off...think that's an emergency circumstance ...this visit was a fail and the time she spend trying to drive her point home that i had to compromise on my service in front of everyone working/ other customers, was the opposite of good costumer service. hope she never experiences the behavior she portrayed to me..i hope she receives some sensitivity training sometime soon. read more

I was extremely disappointed when I recently went to Drew Patrick Spa. The Bayshore Parade was going on the day my friend and I had an appointment for an hour massage. They called us both to confirm our appointments the day before, and they informed us that the parade will be going on as well. They never once mentioned that being late due to this crazy parade that it will cut into our massage time. They should have given us the option to switch appointment times, or to reschedule the date. We left our house a HALF HOUR before our appointment time so we could find parking and take the back roads to ignore the parade, and we live 10 minutes away from the Spa. So, we get there about 15 minutes late, and they made my friend fill out half the paperwork, then the whole process of getting changed into robes and going up the second floor took out even more time of our massage. I get into the room with the masseuse, and she tells me "I am going to spend as much time as I can on you, since I have another appointment right after you. Sorry" So she was basically rushing the whole time; they start off with putting a hot towel on your hands and feet, she forgot one of my hands. The massage went so quick, it was like 25 minutes instead of an hour. My friend felt the exact same way after it was over, we felt so ripped off. I wonder if her client after me got her full devoted attention? It was so rude. Oh but we had the option to help ourselves to their lounge area to relax, have some snacks and enjoy tea for as long we want. Well, let me tell you, for a place with such luxury and beauty and the amount of money they charge, they should serve ORGANIC FRUIT and a cheese/olive/ mediterranean spread instead of trail mix and M & M's! They are extremely overpriced, it is ridiculous. We won't ever come back. read more
