They offered to have me come in a third time I said I no longer trust you I want my money back. Verbally said they would never did I then showed up to their office three times they were never in sent me up to a different location. Spoke to a manager who said oh we certainly don't want small claims or a Yelp or Better Business Bureau and we will get back to you as soon as possible and no one ever did. Really uncool that they charge you 50% if you cancel in less than 48 hours, but then they can cancel with you less than 24 hours with no compensation to make up for it. Wasting peoples time. They have like 1-2 people that do well. They will sell you 1700$ package and can't get a refund if unsatisfied. They make me feel like a parrot repeating the same thing every single month and they keep saying yes yes yes and never follow through. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a med spa…read more I originally came in through a Groupon promotion and was immediately subjected to aggressive upselling for additional services. The staff turnover seemed constant, and the level of professionalism was consistently lacking. Employees often appeared distracted, disorganized, and chronically late. During my first visit, I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. To make matters worse, they forgot to return my ID, forcing me to make a separate trip the next day to retrieve it. Record-keeping was another recurring issue. Notes in my chart were often incomplete or unclear, leading to confusion during multiple appointments. The quality of care also varied dramatically depending on who was treating me. Some nurses barely seemed engaged during treatments, while others were much more competent and attentive. Privacy standards were equally inconsistent. While some staff understood the importance of patient confidentiality, others would casually invite people into treatment rooms in the middle of procedures to observe what they were doing--including, on one occasion, a former employee. The business later relocated from one subpar office to another, much farther from my home, and provided only minimal notice of the move. They also repeatedly mishandled scheduling, booking me for the wrong day on more than one occasion. After dealing with all of these issues, the most disappointing part was that the treatments themselves produced no noticeable results. Overall, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and ultimately a complete waste of time and money.
