They do take the xray, dr comes out sees me for 2 min. says cannot glue it back on, and I don't understand what she is saying anyway. Speaks too fast and too technical for me. I have such mix feelings about All Smiles…read more First of all, I love the dentist. Dr. Furman is awesome... makes me feel comfortable and seems well trained as a dentist. I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I probably would not recommend, but if you're from an eastern block country, they would probably be quite lovely to you.

At Doctor Pacey's, it was easy, nearly pain free and because I have the utmost of confidence in him, it went very well. I was eating semi-soft foods the same night and driving around 30 minutes after! Dr, Pacey - you Rock!! And you wonderful, knowledgible staff are just as amazing.
