A great small business with a great selection of various sandwiches. The DC Pastrami Melt was so flavorful and the Slamming Sausage with the has brown was great as well, and with hot sauce was amazing. Friendly staff and calm atmosphere. Exceeded my expectations!

More to be desired. Came in today for lunch after working in the area and ordered the chicken pesto melt. They were out of the bread it normally comes on (no big deal) so I got the Dutch crunch. The sandwich was definitely on the slimmer side. I feel like I needed 2 of these sandwiches to be full. But he chicken inside was fine but definitely felt like it was pre cooked, grilled chicken strips just reheated. Like the kind you would get in a fettuccine Alfredo from Costco. This sandwich with a chips and drink ran $20 with tip. The only reason it isn't getting 2 stars is because the woman at the front was really nice.

While shopping in the area, and in need of coffee and a quick breakfast, Yelp came to the rescue again. Drip & Melt is a newly opened deli in Daly City serving Peet's coffee (delicious!) and various freshly made toasted sandwiches/wraps/bagels for breakfast & lunch. My beef chorizo breakfast wrap (eggs, chorizo, jalapeno pepper jack, hash browns, salsa and avocado) was outstanding, as was my hubby's sausage egg bagel! Service was very friendly and fast. Sandwiches are very reasonably priced and if we lived in the area, this would be a fantastic place to have on our takeout rotation! The deli adjoins a laundromat - would be great for grabbing a bite while waiting for your dryer! There is some seating and a self-service kiosk which is nice. Ambiance was comfortable, albeit a bit stark - I could envision a cool mural on the long wall!

This little spot just opened up in Daly City and while it seems a bit unassuming, the flavor was a blast! Service was great and your sandwiches are made to order. There's seating inside and they are connected to a laundromat. Drippy Roast Beef - sooo flavorful! It reminded me of a Philly cheesesteak almost with the beef, melty cheese and peppers. The bread is a bit soft but I don't mind that. Rich Reuben Melt - pastrami goodness. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Also special shout out to their coffee! I got a hazelnut latte and it was delicious. I definitely would come back here to try their other sandwiches.

Dropped by for a quick avocado toast on wheat w/tomatoes, cucumber & the right amount of red onions. Counter person was nice and helpful. Sandwich maker was quick to let me know what breads were available the minute I stepped foot into the cafe. Didn't realize it was a hour until their closing. So appreciated that. Light, airy cafe with some seating, looks like a lot of takeout, with a self-service order kiosk. The Avocado toast was bright, fresh & tasty. Because it was sliced wheat bread maybe a double toast would be great and a bit more avocado. But who knows I ate it all up in less than 5 minutes! Will be back for their signature sandwiches like the Drippy Roast Beef and the Olympic. Their specialty are the melts. See you soon!

I'm a fan! Needed a quick and filling breakfast before heading out to a book fest in Millbrae so we decided to stop by Drip & Melt. The shop is easy to find - right on the corner across the street from 7-11. It was a Saturday morning and we found parking on the street right away. After perusing the menu, we were also able to order pretty quickly, no line. The shop itself isn't too huge but they've got plenty of indoor seating if you're looking to dine in for a quick bite. They've also got an outdoor patio which could be nice for the sunnier days. I opted for an iced latte and the sausage breakfast burrito. Great portion size for $9! It was a solid burrito and adding hot sauce gives it a good kick. Also, you could get a drip coffee for just $2 with the purchase of a breakfast burrito. Latte was good too, nothing too crazy but then again, the focus here seems to be sandwiches. Overall, a solid stop of quick budget friendly lunch/breakfast. I'll def have to return again during lunch time to try their melts.

I stopped here for a quick breakfast after doing laundry next door, and decided on a bacon breakfast burrito and iced mocha. Both were solid and filling. I would definitely go back to try other options. It's a cute and clean space. I went around 7:25 am and the chairs were still on the tables, so I wasn't sure if they were just opening, but the hours said they open at 7. So, not sure about the opening time. But, great breakfast option for this area.

Nice little spot next to the laundromat. Open Mon-Fri 6:30AM-3:00PM and Sat-Sun 8:00AM-2PM so it's good when you're doing laundry in the morning and need a snack. Service was great, no complaints. It was pretty empty on a Monday morning so they started making my order right away. I ordered the beef chorizo breakfast burrito for myself and the chicken pesto melt for my girlfriend. The beef chorizo burrito seemed a bit skinny compared to other breakfast burritos, especially in comparison to Guerrero's down the block but I was hopeful it could still do the job. First couple bites and the burrito was mostly tortilla rather than filling. I'd recommend stuffing it more to make it hefty, especially if we're paying $12 for this. The actual filling once you get to it is flavorful though with beef, salsa, guacamole, and some hash browns. The chicken pesto melt was okay. My girlfriend mentioned the top "sear" on the bread is probably from mayo rather than butter. The melt itself was a little too greasy. Chicken was tender, cheese was melty, and you can't go wrong with pesto, but it definitely needs some freshness to balance it out. Maybe add some tomatoes to the melt and it'd be a hit for us! Overall, Drip N Melt could use some fine tuning, but it's something worth checking out if you're hungry and in the area.

I decided to order the Drippy Roast Beef Melt. Bread was nicely toasted without being burnt. A good amount of beef on it and the sauce gave it a great taste. Chai tea was pretty good too and glad I ordered it together with the sandwich. The menu had lots of other interesting sandwich options which I'll be back to check out in the future.

Fast service. Ordered via Door Dash. On the hunt for a good tuna melt in the area. Cute message and included free lollipop. But tuna was a bit dry. It was okay but nothing to rave about. Maybe a bit more Mayo or sauce but the bread and cheese was a good combo. Will give them a try again since we like supporting local business.

Def check this place out if you're in the area or visiting Thornton State Beach. Their breakfast burritos are really good and a perfect breakfast after a run or hike down to the beach. We were heading out on a road trip and wanting something really good and filling and we got that here at Dripping Melt! We had two croissant sandwiches, a breakfast burrito and two coffees. The croissant sandwich and breakfast burrito was stuffed and tasted so good! Our caramel macchiato and hazelnut lattes were made to perfection with Peet's coffee. I was getting a car wash nearby and decided to checkout what replaced Sam's. Got the meat supreme and beef chorizo breakfast burritos. Both were delicious and toasted. I personally liked the chorizo more because the avocado gave it more balance. The workers were nice and the order came out quick. I'd definitely come back! read more

I would say the help listings for food quality or spot on. Breakfast bagel with sausage and cheddar was hot, tasty and fresh. Also happy to see the yelp URL links to their website with high quality pictures and current pricing of all menu items. That helped me select them in the first place. At the restaurant it's clear they take pride in keeping everything clean. That goes a long way with our family. The two guys running the store this morning on Labor Day were kind and friendly. There are extras at a grab and go table like hot sauce...nice & orderly and well stocked. We'll definitely be back soon to try more items beyond the breakfast menu! read more

Just tried this on the basis of the name alone! Sandwiches were great, brioche bread a standout, nicely appointed with good ingredients. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star review was the time of prep. Came in after lunch rush (no other customers!) and 3 sandwiches took 15+ min. Wanted to order ahead and that wasn't an option. Hope they get that sorted. read more

This is our 2nd time to have lunch here since their grand opening 2 weeks ago. The friendly staff makes us feel right at home. We were dining-in again. Very clean and inviting. We ordered 2 sandwiches. The pepper chicken melt comes with chipotle chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, red pepper aioli on Texas toast. It has just the right spiciness. It's now my go-to sandwich (only had 2 sandwiches so far!!) Very delicious and freshly made to order. My bro loved his tuna melt with cheddar cheese on Texas toast. Their menu has a great variety of melts, paninis and sandwiches for lunch. Can't wait to try a different one on each visit. Then I will rank my favorites! It's always great to find a new restaurant that serves a quality meal for a reasonable price. We will be back soon!! read more

I purchased four sandwiches from Drip and Melt last Sunday, March 9th, 2025. I had not previously bought anything from this establishment. I ordered what I thought would be a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with bacon on Sour Dough bread and also a Grilled Cheese on Sour Dough without bacon. My sandwich was just two slices of sourdough with cream cheese in it and my husband's sandwich had egg instead of bacon. Both sandwiches had absolutely no taste. The other two sandwiches, an Olympic and a Vegetarian were very poor. I will not be going back there again. I paid $55.00 for those four sandwiches. The cashier was very kind, but in my opinion they need to fire the sandwich maker! read more

Placed an order today using their website for pickup of two sandwiches, one build your own and one West Coast Roast and put in the notes that I want it like the description, "Roasted Turkey, Roast beef, Swiss, Drippy Suace, Caramelized Onions on Dutch Crunch," and none of the additional produce but mayo and mustard. The note was ignored and the sandwich came with all the produce. The sandwich was okay and seemed decently portioned but was pretty bland compared to the description. The build your own was fine except the bread came toasted and the person didn't know and there was no option to choose hot or cold. May try again in the future, but will not be using their website to order. read more

I love the chicken melt they offer! After opening the box, I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, but I'm so glad I did! You must eat the sandwich while it's still hot or at least warm it up if you can't consume it right away! The turkey pesto panini was yummy as well! saw this place on maps and I was like huh I'll give it try. walked in and they were very welcoming. I was shocked to see that they also offer coffee. I went and got the west cost roast. it was pretty good definitely some of the better roast beef I've had in while. in my opinion a little more sauce and onions this would have been perfect. over all this place was a quick and easy grab... will be here again. went there on 05/16/23 read more

Though I loved Sam's Sandwiches, drip & melt is a good replacement. Sandwiches are great (could maybe use a little more meat for the price). They have specialty sandwiches and you can build your own. Haven't tried their coffees yet but this new business seems promising. read more

My first time coming to this spot and I was highly impressed. I ordered the Olympic club just because I felt like it was a safe route and it seemed really tasty for what I was looking for. It was really good and the bread was pretty soft. I also ordered the plain grill cheese and the bread was buttery and savory as well as the cheese was very cheesy which for myself was a plus. Overall it was a great first time experience but I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more of the other options they have. They have a ton that looks great. The service was good and they had a good amount of seats to sit down and enjoy your food. Great spot. read more

The Deli is nice and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered a Roast Beef on Dutch Crunch toasted, it was very good and I was happy, will come again. I would be interested in what bread it was, might be Raymonds, was good, not too hard like some dutch crunch, will have to come get a breakfast burrito and coffee soon. read more

The staff are all super kind and considerate, they do not just feel like they are just working the job for a pay, but feel like they care that you walk out happy with your drink and that your money was worth it. Why they just called the number order or the person name if they done to make the drinks so not all the customers are waiting for their order drinks. I hope they improve their service more in the future or else their customers become less.

I got a cup of coffee which kept me awake for the balance of our ride to Monterey -- a much needed thing given the heavy traffic that day. From the moment I walked in, the staff was like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day - super nice and accommodating. And the restaurant itself was very nice and clean giving the perfect place to enjoy your food. Everything on the menu looked so tasty. But after some contemplation, I decided to go for the Turkado sandwich. And let me tell you, it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth! They have a real espresso machine (not one of those press a button to get a premeasured, terrible tasting drink). Carols made a fantasic latte. I also had a bagel with cream cheese.
