My friend and I both got a small cup of gelato. I sampled the cookie butter flavor and it was amazing! I opted for two flavors in my bowl so I ended up with cookie butter and cake batter and it was soooo good! I was surprised they had been open for 16 years when I inquired. Before leaving I decided I could get a few cookies to go to bring home for my parents. The woman who served us was very personable and i learned she loved in Rocky Mount NC for 18 years! We bonded over the fact there is no good, authentic Italian food in the south. It was a cute atmosphere with amazing prices! The staff suggested we try it with the vanilla ice cream and I'm very glad we listen to them! We also added strawberries to the Nutella bubble waffle and there was a pretty significant pile of strawberries on top of it! All in all a nice little spot for something different and delicious and we ended up spending $25 for the three of us If we had gone it on ice cream it probably would have been about 20 for three ice cream cones nowadays so pretty comparable!
