Wow, this place is doing everything right-- the biscuits are each a MEAL. I had already set out the salt shaker and pepper grinder for the gravy, but not necessary! Seasoning in the gravy is spot on, the sausage is sweet and salty and perfect. Biscuits are fluffy, ha-yuge and crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside.
