She found a second car and was denied being told she needed to find a car under $18k by the manager. She did but was denied again. She found a third car for $13k and denied again. The whole experience for her was a heartbreaking one. Even worse, the manager was misleading about what she could buy while a high pressure salesman wouldn't stop pushing more cars. I would never recommend this experience to anyone, especially a first time buyer.

I was desperate to have it fixed and did not want to wait weeks to get an appointment at the dealership! So I took a chance and called Dobbs. When I called they said I could just drop my car off and they would be able to get to it either same day or next day...so that's exactly what I did. Last week, after work on a Friday, I drove to Dobbs. I walked inside to talk with the guys behind the counter and Christian helped me. He was quick to get the paperwork started and even offered to drive me back to my house so that I didn't have to request an Uber! I really didn't know they had shuttle service, but I am glad they do. Christian took down all the information for my car and then went outside to check the plates before he came back inside. Once we had the paperwork filled out, he told me that they would have it ready as soon as Saturday morning! Then he went to get the keys to the shuttle and drove me home. What a friendly dude! Thanks. Saturday morning I received a phone call to let me know my car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the guys behind the counter were chatting and having a good time and even included me in on the joke they were laughing at. I needed that energy-it was great! When I asked if they accepted the Yelp 15% discount, they informed me they did not which is not a big deal because a lot of places don't always offer that. They even told me that they did not know how to take it off, so here is my request for Yelp (Jason?) can you all remove that Yelp "check in" discount? Thanks! I would have liked an offer to test drive the car I saw, but I acknowledge I arrived here about fifteen minutes before the place closed, which is a little late perhaps. Raphael is a great conversationalist, and after the we met he followed up with me and even let me know when the other car I was interested in was available for viewing/test driving. I will say that he's not the best at remembering our conversations since he called me back more than once after I told him I would need a while before I got back to him, but he's overall friendly and professional. At this point though I had already seen another car in the area that was more competitively priced than Enterprise's, but I'll definitely keep Enterprise in mind for future business.

The service advisor told me I was in for a wheel rotation despite what the dashboard message said - "Oil maintenance required" . Despite what I set the appointment for and what the vehicle said - he insisted on making his point and ignoring the fact I wanted and need an oil change. Said I was early - never acknowledged that the Toyota dash could be wrong or misleading. Several other employees watched this including other advisers and no one stepped in. This turned into an escalation where he ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere. I did - within 30 minutes I got a call from the manager wanting to make things right because "we got off on the wrong foot" I didn't get off on the wrong foot - the advisor was a condescending jerk who made it all about him being right and proving himself right despite me being there for a simple oil change because the vehicle said I needed oil service. Jay Wolfe service is a miserable outfit and I cannot recommend them at all - especially if you know what you think you want or your car tells you what you want.
