I left my fendis glasses unattended for 5 minutes and they were stolen. I called and asked if any glasses have been turned in and i was told no. I went to go check the bay I was at and asked the people there and around us if they have seen anyone at this table or if they have taken the glasses. everyone said they just saw the waiter and bus boy there. These are 500$ glasses and i was denied access of cameras multiple times. they said there wasn't a manager there to check the cameras. when i spoke to a manager earlier when i was playing. One of there employees had to of stolen them. all they did was tell me sorry and walk away. read more

What a disappointment. Like many other reviews on here, we were told that the wait would be under an hour upon arriving. After sitting by the bar, (ordering food and drink of course) watching 15 bays sit open for 2.5 hours, we had to break the news to my 4 year old son that we wouldn't be able to "play the golf" because we realized that the staff was either completely full of shit, or had no idea what they were doing. Upon arriving at 5:30 on a Friday, we were told we'd have a bay by 6:30. Understanding it was a Friday, we decided to wait. I went back to the front desk at 6:45 where the woman assured me it would be no more than another 15 minutes. At 7:15 I went back down and informed the staff that I couldn't understand why we couldn't get a bay when we had been watching 15 bays or so sit open for the last two hours. She told us they were prepping for an "event" but a large event was leaving and that we were 7th on the list. We hung around until 8 and decided to leave because there was no end in sight. They very easily could have put us in a bay at 5:30, with the understanding that we would have to be finished by a certain time, but I imagine that's not good for their business model of getting you to sit at the bar and pay for food and drinks for 3 hours. Again, this is either a racket where they just want people to eat & drink for as long as possible, or the management is completely incompetent. Thanks for wasting what should have been a nice evening with my family. My friends (without kids who stayed) finally got a bay at 8:45. We won't be going back. read more

Food was very mediocre as well as cocktails. But our waitress was the sweetest person ever and definitely made up for it! It was a fun night. The golf part allows you to pick between different types of games. Blackjack, darts, monsters, or just points. The closest thing to golfing I had ever done was mini golf so it was tough at first but enjoyed learning, playing and will definitely go back. Just not eat there. read more

Extremely Disappointed at the complete lack of communication and basic technology. I was very excited when I heard that Drive Shack would open in WPB. I have been a big fan of TopGolf for years and I was tired of driving to Miami. I thought that my GF's birthday would be a perfect time to try them out. I went on their website but there is no way to make a reservation online. This is crazy to me in today's day and age. I appreciate being able to go on see what is available and with a few clicks know my time is booked. Since we will have 16 people I reached out through their email asking for a 9pm reservation for two lanes. I received an email back from Candace asking about Food, Drinks, Number of People, etc. I responded almost immediately, but I never heard back from her. I then received an email from Connor with basically the same questions. I responded again with all the information, but never heard back. I emailed the following day as the day was approaching just asking for a simple Yes or No if they will be able to confirm the reservation, but never heard back. I called their main number and tried a number of the extensions. But never got anyone on the phone. I left two voice mails one in the general mail box and one for the private party's extension. I again left the answers to all the emailed questions on the VM but never received a phone call back. I have read some of the other reviews about bugs that need to be worked out, and I would say this Is highly likely. All my excitement about having a local spot to go has dried up at this moment due to a complete lack of communication and basic technology for online booking and reservations. If they do not want to take reservations this should be front and center on their website. If they are not going to communicate back quickly or at all they should not offer the emails for private parties. read more

We will definitely be back here but the bay service is lacking! We arrived around 10 on a Saturday night and were given an estimated 3 hr wait (there was a corporate event going on), we knew there would be some wait and already anticipated hanging out at the bar. The bar service was great on the 3rd floor, Lance was our bartender and was very attentive. All of the bartenders seemed to have a great vibe amongst each other. The seating areas on the 3rd floor are comfortable and offer a nice ambiance while waiting for a bay. We ended up only waiting about an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours for the bay. They use a texting system to notify you which bay to go to. If you're waiting, you can text them to check your bay ETA instead of going downstairs which I thought was a great service. Service at the bay is really where the ball dropped. After asking 3 different people who our server was and for someone to come over, 20+ minutes later someone finally arrived. Our drink order was fairly quick to arrive, the food took quite a bit to arrive. When the food did come the runner apologized and said the cook took too long and burnt some of our food, the overcooked food was actually brought out which I thought was weird but what ever we still ate it. We had burgers, boneless wings and the pretzels (the pretzels with the spicy cheese dip were my favorite!!!). The burgers and wings were super dry, probably a result of being overcooked. Someone did come over and give us an additional 45 minutes of play for free due to having to wait so long for a server. This is a new place, I've worked openings of restaurants before and I know in the beginning there is kinks to work out. Pricing though is set very reasonable; $35-45 for the bay per hour and includes up to 8 people, the food prices were mostly $9-15, drinks were $9-13. read more

My husband brought me back as a surprise after coming for the yelp night and loving it. We sat on the 3rd floor bar with beautiful weather of 70 degrees having lunch. We decided to just have lunch and enjoy the perfect views not a cloud in the sky. I started with a peachy Palmer from the Yelp night with our starter of buffalo cauliflower. Next we had our main course of burgers and I had a Tito's and club soda. After seeing the bartender made delicious and fancy looking tiered mimosas I ordered one. We decided from Top to Bottom Lavender, White Peach, Caramel Apple, the Hawaiian Apple. Jade and Tina our wonderful bartenders on the 3rd floor and had many suggestions for our first time here on our own to order. They never let us down and we look forward to coming to see them again in the future. For great times great drinks. We wondered over to the Golfing area for another hand at golf. Myself and my Husband aren't good at it golf but we like to drink which both are very readily available. Why not hit a few rounds? Jay was our server who was friendly and enthusiastic about our visit to golf. We decided on the ShackJack it was a 50/50 win out of 4 games. I preferred it over the Monster Game we played before. Your chances of scoring higher are better, I seem to shoot in the same place every time, and the numbers flip! Give it a shot it's fun!! Wow!!! We had THE BEST wait staff ever. Jordan is awesome. His attention to detail was incredible! We had three bays, he cared for each of our friends as if each was his only customer. We had a fun night and enjoyed being together but it will be Jordan we will come back to be with. He should be promoted and there is no way he is being paid what he is worth! Jordan never seemed stressed or overwhelmed. He was knowledgeable of the menu and helpful with the equipment. If you are considering the Drive Shack ask for Jordan and it will be an epic experience. Bad. Terrible service on the phone. Terrible service at the front and terrible service at the bar. Bad all around. Didn't even get to hit a ball because the wait was over 4 hours. We tried to reserve a spot ahead of time, but their inefficient system doesn't allow reservations. Then no one got back to us when I tried to email since we had 12 people and they supposedly take reservations for 12 or more. I wouldn't know since getting someone to answer any questions regarding reservations was like pulling teeth. So if you choose to waste your time, you can drive out to the middle of no where for an over priced cocktail with a rude bartender who says they are out of basically every wine/beer on the menu. Then try to wait 4+ hours to maybe get a seat at a bay. After the rude service at the bar we decided to leave and not wait 4 hours to maybe get to hit a ball. The manager Kesha said it's the new hot spot so everyone had to wait because it's so popular. Then she gave me a card to speak to the person who handles private parties for the next time we want to book. Haha. We will never be back. Terrible experience from the moment we walked in the door with our family of 6. We were told it would be a 30-50 minute. We gave our name and bought sodas at the bar. We noticed so many empty stalls. We went back down to the desk and asked why. They said really where? Then said there were some out of order but did suddenly find us one we could go to right away. Our golf kept not registering. I wanted to take the time to hop on here and update this review, as Drive Shack deserves it. After having a rough experience our first time visiting, we were reached out to by Eli, a senior guest services manager. He read our review and knew it sounded nothing like what he wants his guests to experience. He apologized for the mishaps that occurred during our time, and offered to give us an experience that resembles the reality of Drive Shack. This time around, my wife and I had NO complaints at all. The team at Drive Shack went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night possible. Everything from the golf, to the food, and even the drinks were exceptional. The service? Unbelievable. There was never a moment where we sat there waiting or needing anything. Our waitress (unfortunately, blanking on her name at the moment) was one of the most attentive and intentional waitresses we've had anywhere in a long while. There was another gentleman, by the name of Daniel, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time as much as we did. We had the best Saturday night enjoying everything Drive Shack has to offer--if only my swing would figure itself out. TL;DR: We respect and appreciate the entire Drive Shack team for taking the time out of their schedules to reach out to us after seeing our review to show us how our initial experience should've gone. It's one thing to make mistakes and apologize, but to go out of their way to invite us back and give us one heck of a night is on a whole other level. Hats off to you, Drive Shack. NO , no one came over and give us any service at all, we wernt the only table having this problem.. My sister got the attention of what appeared to be a server, instead of asking what we needed he was like "yeah" she was like for service do we go to the bar or?? This time there was a new excuse-- apparently the net all the way in the back is "broken" so they don't want to run the risk of people hitting the net with drivers-- knowing well that less than 5% of the regular patrons are capable of going nearly that far. I've been here twice in 2 months. First time I was a guest of some friends and we had fun hitting range balls. The drink service then was sloooow and the food was okay (nachos). The burgers weren't worth the price. Went there again today with family visiting from out of state who wanted to see the place. Our bay computer wouldn't work. We paid for 2 hours. We had to wait 10 minutes for help getting the machine to work. We had 3 fun minutes before it stopped working again. Our waiter restarted it but only gave us 1 hour of play, not two hours like we reserved. Bar service was horrible. We waited 45 minutes for drinks to arrive. 45 minutes. Seriously? 1 beer and 2 mimosas? Jesus! There were 3 bays total being used on the 2nd landing. It wasn't busy. Our machine shut off after the 1st hour. We paid for 2. Our waiter said he would give us another 30 minutes of play. We had to remind him we paid for 2 hrs. Just give us our damn hour. Finally got our drinks. Nachos we ordered were okay. We never got ice water we asked for. Again, there were 3 bays in use on our floor - 2 wait staff. Not busy. 2 hours ended. Got our bill. We were over-charged for an extra round of drinks we never got AND we got charged for 3 hours play, not the two hours we were there. I call this two strikes. There won't be a third. Never going back there. And to the owner/manager who reads these - please don't write a response saying how sorry you are to hear about my unfortunate experience and to please contact blah blah @wedontcare.com to discuss the matter. If you cared about your customers, there wouldn't be so many negative reviews about your poor service. I hear Top Golf is opening a new place on PGA? Maybe they'll run a better business. We went to Drive Shack on Thursday. It was awesome. As someone who does not golf and has very limited experience it was challenging to drive the ball far, but we still had plenty of fun trying. The monster games were my personal favorite. Tom, the manager is always on top of things and looking to make your experience at Drive Shack a great one. The service was awesome and the drinks were great. The environment is very welcoming and laid back. It's a great place regardless if you're a seasoned golfer or a complete novice. The website has false advertising. When we went to reserve a bay, it says $10 for 2 hours (not including hourly fee). When we checked in at the desk and at our bay, no one told us it was $50 per hour! No where on the website does it state that either. Our email confirmation says "$10 for 2 hours". When we got to our bay, no one helped us get started. After 15 minutes, we had to ask. Our waitress put in our pin and walked away. As first timers, we needed instruction. So as our "hour timer" was ticking away, we had to get her back to help us, which took another 15 minutes. So we paid for an hour of time for 40 minutes. Then she proceeded to tell us to read the instructions instead of helping navigate us. Her service was awful. Took forever for us to get 2 drinks. We were extremely disappointed. False advertising, awful customer service, starting at the front desk when we first walked in. read more
