I attended the grand opening of this place and was amazed by how great it was with many different floors and many different games, not just golf. The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent! I really would like to come back and just maybe have cocktails and an appetizer, maybe even dinner. The view at sunset is really pretty too. From the moment we walked in, it was horrible! Took my 2 daughters who used to love this place. We haven't been in a while and things have sure changed. When we walked in, the girl told us she could put us at 10:30 but it was already 10:40 and we would have missed some time. I said we could wait for 11am. Then she told my young daughter that she couldn't bring any outside drinks (her water bottle) and that we would need to purchase drinks there. We finally wait until 11 and they put us in a bay all the way in a corner where it was hard to see where you're hitting. I went back downstairs to ask if we could be moved to the middle (the e tire floor was empty except for 2 other bays that were occupied) she said we would need to wait another 30 minutes since there wasn't a server there. As I was walking away, she said she could put us in a different bay. I get back upstairs and my youngest daughter told me that she needed kids clubs. There wasn't no server so I went to the bar to ask where we could get kids clubs and he said I would need to go downstairs to retrieve them. I proceeded to go back downstairs and asked for kids clubs and the guest service girl just bad major attitude that she had to walk somewhere to go and get them. When I got upstairs we were greeted by the most miserable waitress that turned out to be the worst service. I had to keep walking over to the bar to get salsa, drinks etc. I spoke to the manager, and she was apologetic and told me they should have asked if we needed kids clubs when we checked in, she comped the first hour which was nice of her to do, but this place has clearly gone downhill and we will not be returning due to customer service, guest services and the horrible waitress. read more

I can't really comment on pricing as I was here for an event put on by a company, but the drinks and food were provided by Drive Shack and everything was tasty enough bar food. There was a variety of food available to try but I mostly remember the pizzas, tacos, and pretzels. I am definitely not much of a golfer but I still had a lot of fun. Golf stations were either high top table or couches with a coffee table. It was also really nice to see the golf field transition from morning light to evening with the glowing scoring areas. We recently visited Drive Shack in West Palm Beach Florida. to celebrate the birthday of my youngest son Tom. Most of our family, as well as some of their friends, were in attendance! (One of the brothers had to work) Our Daughter-In -Law reserved 3 driving bays along with snacks, additional food as well as adult beverages for the celebration. Everyone I spoke with enjoyed themselves, by driving golf balls as far as they could. There is also a designated area for short shot placement. The ball landing zone and high top fencing kept the place well secured from errant golf balls. Teams of golfers were developed and the golf matches were off and running. Drive Shack scoreboards have an automated scoring system, so all you have to do is hit the ball where you want it, if you can, and the score will be rendered. All in all, there were about 20+ players who participated in the golf experience and everyone I spoke with had a blast. Please keep in mind that the balls and clubs are used by many players. As a result, they may not compare to your bag of clubs. Ck with their website to see if you can bring your own clubs and what the rules may be, before you arrive. If you are a golfer, this place is a must visit for you. They serve pub food and that food was good, the snacks were good and the beer was cold! You could not have written a better script for having fun, enjoying friends and family, while hitting golf balls. There are tables and chairs behind the golfers and this makes the whole experience enjoyable by watching your favorite golfer hit away plus trying to keep up with the scoreboards. Not sure how many levels of the driving bays there are but we were stationed on the 2nd or 3rd level. The Drive Shack provides all the clubs along with an automated ball dispenser. All of the employees we encountered were helpful, prompt, and accommodating . All of the guests enjoyed the celebration and we all hope to return in the near future. We highly recommend a visit to this fun place should an opportunity arise. read more

If I were to simply talk about the golf experience here, it would be 5 stars no problem... maybe 4 3/4. The only "golf" complaint I had is the tee was waaaaay too short for a driver of any note, but other than that, I have to say that 2 hours flies by. I like the different games they have and it makes it fun instead of just the long drive each time. Our favorite was the monster hunt hands down. Lots of fun for the family. Unfortunately, onto the reason for taking two stars away, I'd like to only take 1 away, but will get to that in a moment. One star was gone when our waitress had our food delivered and never showed again. I mean never! Ok, your shift is over, let us know and introduce the new server so we can communicate. Second star lost was the table, we had asked for things to be cleared and cleaned and it was a good 20 minutes before it happened. I get it... you're busy, but it's Wednesday and the table looks awful! In a regular restaurant, the table would be attended to easily within the first 5 minutes. Moving our "stuff" around the left over trays and sweating cups was just something we did not wish to deal with on a family night out. Food... edamame was devoured by my kids and the pizza good, needed more hot honey, but the queso and nachos were "meh" at best. No real flavor and too much salt. I think it's more fun to be higher up but lower level makes it more like actual golf. Pick your flavor. The wait staff was very attentive and quick all around. The food I would put at a 5/10. It's average. After the pretzel bites for me it was all subpar snd overpriced. But I'll just adjust our plan. Either eat before and just drink or go early and eat after. This place was great for a night out with friends. We rented a bay for two hours, ($90 in total because it was at night) although now I wish we stayed for three! Ordered a variety of cocktails and most were good, however they could have been stronger. For appetizers we tried the stacked nachos (get the pork- chicken was weird), dirty fries and our favorite of the night, the pretzel sticks and fondue. This cheese sauce was unbeatable! Very creamy and almost tasted like Mac and cheese. They were finished in minutes after the night of drinks. I would recommend a bay on the second floor, just for ease and a better view. To end, we ordered their ice cream sandwiches for dessert, which are apparently famous and on the Goldbelly delivery site. The Chilly Palmer (brown sugar cookies and sweet tea lemonade ice cream) was our favorite by far. Definitely looking to go back soon! read more

This was our first Drive Shack experience on a Saturday night at 6:00PM. We ended up waiting over an hour for a bay although they told us it would be 30 minutes or less. Unfortunately, our ball dispenser was broken so we had to pick our balls out of a bucket. The computer had eventually frozen on us at one point, too. I think the best part was when they came by after 1 hour to tell us the bay is reserved for someone else and we need to stop playing at a certain time. Sure, they gave us 30 minutes of free play to make up for the "inconvenience", however, they should have mentioned to us prior to assigning the bay that there would be a party coming in at 8:30PM. The food was okay. The drinks were overpriced. I would also like to mention that we saw a lot of people walking around indoors without masks on, so this location definitely does not enforce wearing masks. All in all, the experience wasn't the best and we won't be returning. read more

Visited on 5/24/24. This place has gone WAY downhill and we will not be coming back. They recently installed a new ball tracking system with new games - this is not an upgrade. The ball tracking was very spotty and the new games were not fun at all. The music was horrible and the old menu was better. We told the waiter what we thought and he agreed. As my Florida East Coast tour continues whilst visiting my brother and sister, we added a little fun and leisure visit on our schedule. Living on the West Coast of Florida, I'd never heard of Drive Shack, as Top Golf owns the driving range entertainment scene. I was an avid golfer in my younger years, so I grew up visiting the "old school" driving ranges that were the furthest thing from aesthetically pleasing (think something straight out of the movie Tin Cup). The chicken or the egg theory quickly made its way into our conversation, as no one in our group knew which came first, Drive Shack or Top Golf, but there was one consensus met, this place is freaking cool! Whoever came up with this concept is a genius. If you didn't know already, Golf is outrageously expensive, so 90% of the people that play it are "well off". With that in mind, why would you build another shoddy driving range where your profits would be minimal at best (getting a bucket of golf balls at the normal "Tin Cup" establishments usually run between $8 to $10). There's also no time limit at your average Joe range, so most weekend warriors usually just mope around for an hour or two while dreading about having to return home to good old "family life" My apologies for the brutal honesty, but after hanging around golf courses for more than half of my life, you'll quickly understand the gentleman's club aspect of it all! With these thoughts in mind, creating an upscale palace of a driving range that resembles a lavish night club instead of a sweaty dive is just brilliant. There are three stories to this behemoth with about 10-15 bays on each floor. Each bay resembles a VIP area at a nightclub, with a comfortable couch for seating and digital TV screens. One is an actual TV that you can flip around and watch whatever sporting event is on, and the other screen is for the various games you can play with whoever you brought with you. There are long distance driving scenarios as well as different games that focus on accuracy, such a cool concept. If you somehow get bored, there's also a full scale bar to hang out at, and there's also a myriad of video and table games spread out around the entire area. This is the perfect place to bring the family for the day, then come back with all of your friends at night to get your drink on and flirt with the other "patrons". This also isn't snack bar food, think more of a modern American bistro with delicious food made by an upscale chef. You can either bring your clubs if you are a true weekend warrior, or you can use the clubs that they provide which are stacked neatly in each bay. There's also a time limit, so you have to pay by the hour, but believe me it's all worth it. read more

I suck at golf but this is definitely a chill spot to hang even if just for an hour. They have cool golf games and virtual courses. The drinks were strong and worth every cent! They also have a game lounge in the 3rd floor but they were off limits due to Covid safety measures. Bays were separated by a plastic glass (not all) but I did see servers wiping down the golf clubs and tables before seating another group. I love the different floors (we got lucky and made it to the 3rd floor) and the different areas to hang whether the bar or outdoor lounge area. Overall we had a lot of fun and everyone else seemed to as well. Will definitely go back for drinks and add some snacks. read more

At first glance the inside is lovely and inviting, but the second you talk to the people in the main desk, it all goes downhill from there. A specific man (forgot his name, believe he was the manager) was very rude about making a reservation, and even though there were tons of empty spots that weren't even reserved he turned us away. He could of made up any excuse but apparently he hates working there so he takes it out on unsuspecting customers. Service would do wonders without people like him. Also what kind of establishment near an international airport abides mainly on reservations. 0/10 would never come here again. read more

I will be giving a positive and negative review for this location. My positive experiences trumps the rude experience I received from Eileen. My party of 6 arrived around 11PM and was told by the front desk staff we had to wait closer to midnight to play. This was totally fine with us. We were directed towards the third floor in order to buy drinks at the bar while we wait for our turn to play. Negative experience: 1/5 Stars My Party arrives on the third floor and we go to the bar. We are serviced by Eileen. We order a few drinks and we received a text that lane 320 was open. Myself and two others stayed behind to pay while the others went to lane 320. Eileen gives us our receipt and begins making drinks for other orders. We leave $40 cash at the bar and this covered our drinks and tip. We walk over to lane 320 and begin to play. In 30 mins, Eileen comes to our lane and demands that we pay for our bill. She made the following remarks, "Why didn't you leave the money in my hand'? "Who leaves a bar without paying?" 5/6 people in our group work in the service industry and would not skip out on the bill and to be accused as thieves really got all of us pretty mad. In my bar experiences, people leave money/tips on the bar and it's the bar tender's responsibility to get it. We also found out that she was angry that she had to come into work that day. I understand everyone has their own problems they have to deal with but you need to leave it at the door when you arrive and pick it back up when your shift is over. Positive Experience: 5/5 We were serviced by Megan and she was super nice to all of us. We were given a plentiful amount of attention and her recommendations were spot on for drinks. She saw our incident with Eileen and she offered to let us play golf for free since we had to pay for our drinks at the bar for a second time. We were than approached by a manager, Jasmine. Jasmine apologized for our incident with Eileen and also agreed with Megan's decision to let us play golf for free. Jasmine explained that the cameras are at a corporate level and cant look at the video footage on the same day and it has to be requested. We were told that they will review the video footage and reach out to us on what exactly happened. Overall, my group and I had a wonderful time at Drive Shack and we will go again. I would steer clear from Eileen. read more

Third time going with friends and been disappointed every time. We returned hoping it would be better but it's not. At the bar I can stand there and flag down servers but they will literally walk in front of you and not acknowledge you. We've had 5 different servers on one occasion walk past before we just flat out left. Drinks show pictures of full/tall drinks and the. They show up half the size. The actual concept of the game is no where near as good as Top Golf. Our waitress at our bay seemed to push back on everything I asked or inquired about. read more
