Art took the time to walk me through the details over the phone, answered all my questions thoroughly, and scheduled an appointment that he confirmed when I arrived in the city. When I visited the dealership, Art showed me the car right away and patiently explained its history and features. He even helped me set up CarPlay so I could fully experience the car during the test drive. The finance team was equally knowledgeable and made the process clear and straightforward. Beyond their professionalism and expertise, the entire team at Future Auto Sales was welcoming and easy to work with. They also reassured me that if I ever encounter any issues, I can simply stop by, since they have their own service team on site. They made the whole experience comfortable and pressure-free, even offering me coffee while we went over the details, and followed up after I drove the car home to make sure everything went well. As a first-time buyer and someone new to California, I really appreciated working with a dealership that is transparent, knowledgeable, and stands behind the cars they sell. I really appreciate their smooth, no haggle sales process. You get a quote online, you bring the car in (title in hand), and in a few hours, you walk out with your check and they even take care of notifying the DMV for you. Michael was a champ for the most recent transaction. But what really matters is what they do even when it's not transaction related. Turns out, I left my AirPods at the store from a few days ago. But sure enough, they saved it in their lost and found (i mean, TBH, how often does that happen?) Jay even helped write my name on the envelope so I could seamlessly retrieve it when I returned to the store. Thank you, Carmax!

    Safety Concerns, Dishonesty & Total Lack of Communication…read more Stars: (1/5) I am beyond disappointed with my experience at CarMax Burbank. I paid extra to have a Porsche 718 shipped from Colorado, expecting a "premium" vehicle that had passed their 125+ point inspection. Instead, I was sold a car with cheap after market brakes, bad rotors, and bad bearings. When I brought the car back because of a loud noise every time I braked, the service department made me feel like I was crazy. They confirmed they heard the noise, but because the brakes "hadn't failed yet," they refused to fix them. The Red Flags & Dishonesty: Hidden Repairs: Their official inspection report only listed an oil change. However, a representative eventually admitted to me that the brakes had been changed with cheap, non-Porsche certified aftermarket parts. * Mechanical Damage: My personal mechanic inspected the car and confirmed these low-quality parts were likely the reason the rotors and bearings were now making noise and failing to function properly. Using "budget" parts on a Porsche not only compromises safety but immediately devalues the vehicle. Safety Risk: My mechanic told me the car needed immediate repairs to be safe. CarMax's standard for "passing inspection" clearly does not meet the manufacturer's safety standards for a high-performance vehicle. The Total Lack of Organization: Lost Car: I dropped the car off on Thursday. By Saturday, no one knew where it was, even though it had been in their possession for two days. Incompetent Communication: After spending 1.5 hours waiting to sign the return paperwork, someone called me on Monday asking me to "pick up the car." No one talks to each other; I had to repeat the same frustrating story to five different people. Rude Service: Aside from Sophia, who was the only pleasant person we dealt with, the staff was dismissive and rude when we raised legitimate safety concerns. I wasted money on shipping and hours of my time. If you are looking for a high-end vehicle, do not trust their "inspections." They are willing to use cheap parts and hide it from the buyer. This was a complete waste of time and money.

From start to finish, Henry and Hayk provided a level of customer service that was truly exceptional. I initially visited the dealership to look at a vehicle I had found online. While it was a nice car, there were a few features I really wanted that it didn't have. Rather than trying to pressure me into making a purchase, Henry and Hayk were completely honest and advised me to wait. They told me that if those features were important to me, I likely wouldn't be happy settling for less, and they offered to help find the right vehicle instead. Throughout my search, Hayk was incredibly knowledgeable, especially regarding the BMW i3 I was considering. I had been searching for the right vehicle for several months and visited the dealership multiple times each week. Every visit was met with the same level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Although I had initially considered settling for a BMW i3 to keep my expenses lower, my dream vehicle was a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Hayk never gave up on helping me find one. He ultimately located the exact Ioniq 5 I wanted at an outstanding price, had it brought to the dealership that same evening, and prepared it for delivery. The team even replaced the tires and thoroughly detailed the vehicle before I picked it up. This was honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had. Having owned several luxury vehicles from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Porsche, I've worked with many dealerships over the years, and I can confidently say that the service I received at Car City surpassed them all. What stood out most was that Henry and Hayk treated me like family. At every step, I genuinely felt they had my best interests in mind and wanted to help me make the right decision--not simply make a sale. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle and want an honest, stress-free buying experience, I highly recommend Car City.     My wife and I had a great experience working with Hayk and Henry when purchasing our 2018 BMW i3…read more We were looking for that car specifically and they had the color style we liked, test drove it and talked over the deal without any hard selling techniques. They priced it fairly ($9k) and we agreed to that price after they offered to replace missing little bits (frunk box, trunk cover), get the A/C checked, and replace two tires that were worn down. They found the A/C compressor had failed and replaced it for us before purchase. The sale was no stress (we paid cash so considerably easier than loan sale obvs) but still nice and efficient. We had a 12v battery issue after a couple weeks and Hayk offered to deal with it if we brought it back, they swapped the batter for us no charge and we've had no issues since.

I felt at ease. Aram and his team are professional, kind, honest, generous beyond belief and again from start to finish...it was an amazing car buying experience and the car is perfect...even being washed when I arrived to look at it! Their modern updated office in Eagle Rock is a designer's dream, comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing to be in while going through the process and the test drive through Eagle Rock and the Occidental College area was fun. I'm a 66-year-old woman and Aram treated me with respect and kindness every minute.     Saw a vehicle that was priced within my budget on FB marketplace, messaged them about their hours…read moreas I was interested in coming to see the vehicle, never got a response. Next day I get a message the price had changed on a vehicle I had saved turns out to be the vehicle I had messaged them about. They raised the price by $4K Looked on their website and showed the new higher price as well with a Carfax report showing the vehicle had been in a front end collision and showing the asking price just above retail. I went on car Gurus and found a similar car same year with almost half the miles, clean Carfax and just a few thousand dollars more. Glad I did and now I'm making the move on that car instead.
