I purchased my SUV from Mirage Auto Sales April 2019 for $10k ($13k after taxes & warranty). Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!

I just wasted three days of back and forth trying to get and out the door price for a vehicle I was interested in. After several phone calls I was provided a price that includes taxes and fees, and was quoted as "typically 10-12% above the list price." For some magic reason the price they verbally quoted me was 15% above the list price, with no explanation where $500 extra came from. When I clarified that the price being quoted did not include dealer add-ons that were, per the dealers explanation, already installed and not removable, i was finally told that the price DID NOT include those add-ons, and the cost of those add-ons could only be discussed in person (wouldnt even give me a high quote for what they charge). It took THREE DAYS of requesting a quote to get them to admit this. Expect them, as many other 1-star reviews indicate, to tack on "mandatory" dealer add-ons above the list price + taxes and fees. It took quite an effort to get them to explain this pricing structure after telling them I wasnt willing to pay for an inspection and make the trip in from outside the area without a final out the door price quote. There's a reason they are 3.5 stars when other surrounding dealers, including other Fulton St used car lots, rank higher. Hidden fees and markups is their game.

Now the bad: Bought a 2024 Nissan Rogue, within 2 weeks it needed a new battery, actually was stranded because the battery was that dead, not even a jump would help and the car went into limp mode... 1 week later check engine light came on... took it to the dealership to find out that the throttle body needs to be replaced. We notified Hertz as soon as we started having issues as the 1st 2 weeks of having the car we didn't drive it much since it was a birthday present for our daughter. Basically was told "to bad so sad, you bought the car as is"... I feel they knew there was an issue and sold it anyway. I asked to see the service paperwork but of course they don't have it.
