I purchased my SUV from Mirage Auto Sales April 2019 for $10k ($13k after taxes & warranty). Since then I have spent almost $5k in repairs, the most recent being the water & auxiliary pumps and sensor all having to be replaced. Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. So when he was telling me what kind of cars would be best for her, Toyota and Honda of course they hold their value longer and how many miles you can get out of their engines, he made sure to tell her that which I already knew. It's the principle. Henry agreed to sell the car at 13500 the car is on add for 13900. We said okay trusted him. He charged us a bank fee for using our card which is illegal. We then called him because we noticed he over charged us and charged us more then the add price and more for the agreed price on the vehicle . At first he said oh I charged you the bank fee. Then we said that's illegal then he switched his story and said oh I didn't give you a discount. Which story is it? I know it's only $400 but I don't like being scammed. Nice guys - at first. Then surprise, they call you a few times to resign paperwork and try to rework the deal a week later. Then come back and re-smog it a month later. Then try to make me pay for that. I have been waiting on my plates for 3 months, turns out they have them - they want more money to give them to me because they did not smog it properly and the DMV charged them more fees due to the paperwork errors. Now they wish to pass that onto me. Filing a complaint with the DMV investigations department as well. read more

One of the worst car dealerships you will ever find. Henry Dabiri, Owner of this used car lot was extremely deceptive and physically assaulted me. Went in with my wife and son to purchase a car for my 18 year old son. Worked with sales associate, Ruben, initially by trying to agree to a price on the car first before talking about financing, but Ruben kept pushing us to work on financing first. In order to help expedite the process we did what Ruben wanted and my son filled out an application for credit. The bank was on speaker phone with all of us in the room reviewing the terms when the bank agent asked Ruben to pick up the phone and told him that the price of the car was too high for this loan. All the time we were told we were going to be able to negotiate the price later after credit approval. Heny Dabiri, owner, came in the room and said he would adjust $1200 in financing fees and reduce the purchase price if I cosigned. I agreed and shook his hand. My credit was run, great financing was secured and Henry Dabiri would not even discuss price. When I kept going back to price, he would only lower $250 and not the $1200 he had agreed to and shook hands over. He kept telling me he paid $9102 for the care but before that he said it was only $8083 and Ruben showed us a document that showed only $8083 but Henry Dabiri wanted $9998 for the car. The car had bad brakes and looked painted over and the dealership would not show us the carfax after we asked for it 5 times. Brian sold us the car and Henry and Sargon finished off with the paperwork. When I bought the car there were a few MINOR scratches, and I asked Henry to buff them out and he kindly accepted. Whether they actually did it or not, I'm not sure, but I felt I noticed a difference when my boyfriend picked up the car. It looked polished and buffed. I was looking at a Hummer at a the Kuni dealership down the street and ended up not buying it. I didn't like the pressure they put on me, so as I was leaving I saw a hummer at Mirage. It was 9:00pm and they were about to close so I just went in to quickly look. I was approached by a salesman named Alex and he was kind enough to let me test drive the H2 even though they were closing. Alex didn't pressure me at all. He told me to sleep on it and come back in the morning if I still wanted it. I actually live in the Bay Area so before I drove back out there I checked out an H2 locally. I called Alex and told him I found one I like here and he told me he would beat their price. So I quickly left and drove back to Mirage. Long story short, I bought the Hummer H2 from Alex. The vehicle ended up having a few issues and Alex took care of me, he had their on site mechanic fix a couple thing and I'm taking the car back again for the last fix next week. These guys will certainly go out of their way to help you out and keep you happy. My wife is looking to change cars soon. I will certainly being calling Alex when that time comes! read more

This is the last car I will buy for my kids and by far the best experience I had. I was treated more than fairly, and even got a lower interest rate than originally agreed upon. During our financing process, they sold us GAP insurance, stating 3 times is was required by the lender. Just got a notice from the lender saying the exact opposite. During the process I Even asked since it would be required per the lender if we could add it to our existing insurance policy as it would be cheaper. The finance guy lied right to our faces and said it was required by the lender. Additionally they advertised the car at 8499 but told us the final price was 8999 because of the financing. No where in the ad, on the car or aware posted in the dealership did it say anything about a financing fee In my book that is fraud, pretty sure the AG would feel the same. Also filing a complaint with the state. **** 2/10/2016 So after driving the car for a little less that 2K miles the transmission failed. We contacted the owner Henry regarding the issue and reminded him of the complementary 3month/3000mile warranty and he seemed interested in assessing it the issue, but after a week of stalling he simply stop responding. We had to fix the transmission @ $3500. Additionally the repair shop show me that during the time the car was in his possession (did a mileage calculation) the OBC codes were reset. When asked to provide service records as to why the codes were cleared, he indicated no repairs were performed. Later he changed the story to say there were repairs but they don't keep those records. BTW the conversation was via text. Thinking this is going to small claims court and bringing in the text conversation. read more

The car was beautiful and a fair price, lower than the same year and mileage at other places. Henry the owner is a great guy that gave us a little more than our old car was worth for trade-in. DeAnna ran the credit check, got us a great rate at Schools Financial with affordable payments. Two hours later we were driving home in our beautiful new car, which we love. I would not give a single star to this company if I could. I took my daughter to buy her first car with Mirage. We were not only treated with disrespect, but I as a mother was completely offended by Henry, Shane and Deanna. Shane was threatening and very rude, drove off in my daughters already purchased car and threatened not to give it back with her belongings in it! Did I mention that she just bought the car and had the paperwork to prove it! We were simply there to have a repair done that was previously promised and documented as such. Henry spoke as if we were totally incompetent and I was not in the room. Continually reminding my daughter that she will have to pay her car note... As if I do not know how to raise a child or something...Not sure why he thought that was necessary as her business as it relates to the car note is with the lender. Furthermore I found it most disrespectful to speak to my daughter in a teaching and derogatory fashion. Deanna was not only rude but gave us instructions and when Shane didn't like it she became sheepish and never informed him that she was at fault for giving us incorrect instructions. Henry even threatened to take the car back as if I cared at all! Once he found out he could not take the car back (um because we already bought it), he then gave us the keys back and began to apologize. I feel very disrespected with this car lot. Mr.Henry, the owner, is a flake. He had worked on our application a day before gave us the price with down payment and monthly payments that we agreed to. My husband and I needed to think about it. He asked if we wanted to drive off with and we just needed to give him the down. We took a day to think about the terms because we don't have the best credit and he told us that he wasent going to make much money. After thinking about it we decided to go and get the vehicle. Come to find out we get there and all of a sudden he can't sell it anymore because he won't make any profit on it. He started showing us papers and numbers everything he showed us the day before. He said there was just no way he could do it. I asked what changed from yesterday when he was ready to sign to today that he couldn't do it anymore. He got upset and began raising his voice. We couldn't get a word out so my husband raised his voice and then he told us to leave. Very unprofessional. His brother then comes and begins telling us to not yell at his brother or he's gonna call 911. Like we're gonna do something. So I let him speak his mind. When he was done I asked if I could speak to explain why I was so upset and he said no there was no need. I told him I let him speak why couldn't he allow me so he did and I explained to him that his brother Henry, told us we were good and could take the truck one day then today he said nevermind. We wasted gas and time. Our salesperson was Ruben. He was very honest the whole time and only did and said what Mr. Henry told him to. In my personal experience this place is rude, no communication between employees and no ethical morality. I would never recommend them to anyone that I know.
