Mmmm....who doesn't love a good funnel cake?! I usually look forward to the summer fairs to get my funnel cake in and when I found out about a funnel cake truck I knew I had to check it out. We learned about the grand opening though IG. We got there around 730pm and the line was super long. I was a bit nervous having to wait in line and then be disappointed after having to wait for over an hour. Boy I was so glad we waited. The funnel cake was AMAZING! And boy oh boy did it! I love Drizzles funnel cakes, I literally eat the whole thing in less than 4 minutes---and no, I do not share, not even with my husband!!! My favorite is the macha madness....I really love the combination of the warm funnel cake with the cold ice cream and the fruit bit toppings, definitely something I have not had before and is unique....I have shamelessly stalked their schedule on their Instagram page to see where they're going to be at so I can satisfy my cravings! i LOVE this place. like i wouldnt even waste my cravings on fair or theme park funnel cakes - i try to visit their truck whenever nearby. i was their winner for their first instagram giveaway on 11 funnel cakes! my whole squad couldnt show up so they let me save the rest for another time. funnels: their funnel cakes are nicely fresh and crispy! they top it with ice cream, toppings, and powdered sugar. it can be quite filling (depending on you) but at least it's not diabetes sweet. my favorite is the crazy coco so far. the first one i tried was matcha madness but that's great too. i'd say follow their instagram to find the right time to go and enjoy some bomb funnel cake. read more

Its a food truck so you have to see where it is located everyday on their website. I went there at nighttime on Tuesday with other food trucks around. I got a strawberry delight and went for another round of matcha madness the second time around because it was delicious. The funnel cake ice cream was 7 dollars exactly which is not too bad. I hope to visit again soon. read more

Poor business ethics. We booked Drizzle for a July 4 event (after having arranged for them to visit multiple locations throughout our neighborhood on other occasions, the first to do so during lockdown). I don't get paid for this - doing it to help small businesses and bring some joy to our community. When I reached out to offer to add another stop for the truck on July 4 (just to support them - again!), they didn't respond. Not unusual, as the owners for Drizzle and Baby's Burgers are the same, and their communication style is frustratingly slow. I know this, so I texted again the next day. I was then informed that they had made a scheduling error and could not longer attend our July 4 celebration. No apologies. The truth came out, as it always does, and as it turns out, Drizzle decided to "better deal" us and renig on its first commitment for what it hopes will be a bigger party in ladera ranch. If they had explained the situation and offered a solution, it would be a different story. People with this type of business ethics do not deserve our support, especially in these challenging times when other food trucks and business owners are thrilled and appreciate the business. read more

Absolutely love these individual size funnel cakes!! I never cared for the big funnel cakes at the fair since I end up throwing half of it away unless I had other people to share it with. What a brilliant idea to make personal size funnel cakes! It pairs perfectly with ice cream and the different toppings. My favorite is the strawberry delight and the crazy for cocoa. The funnel cake was warm and crunchy and to my surprise it didn't get that soggy even with the ice cream on top. I also had the strawberry lemonade and it was so yummy. One thing that I noticed too was how clean the truck was and the owners were all so nice and friendly. Shows that they take pride in what they do and they love seeing everyone enjoy their desserts. I am a huge fan and will definitely be coming back for more!! A definite MUST TRY!! read more

Working with Drizzle was THE best experience from begging to end. Jenny was super responsive, professional, helpful and even provided us with custom menu options for our party with logos and everything. On the day of the event her team was hands down our best vendor. They were fun, happy and willing to do whatever was needed to have everything ready and in place for service time. Not to mention their desserts were AMAZING! Thank you again Drizzle team - I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! If you're a huge funnel cake fanatic like me, you will LOVE Drizzle! The batter is magically light, airy & crispy! I absolutely love funnel cake with ice cream; i have tried their Matcha Madness, Crazy for Coco, Strawberry Delight & Peaches & Cream....it was all so delicious! It's crazy how the batter can still stay crispy even if the ice cream melts on it. Did you know there's a perforated line on the paper cone that you can tear away if you need to get to the middle of the funnel cake? I just eat it straight from the paper cone with no issues. And if you don't want ice cream, you can get a plain funnel for $4 or request for ice cream on the side! I also tried the Thai tea float & Drizzle coffee (its Vietnamese coffee) - super good! I'm so happy I don't have to wait for the OC Fair, go to Disneyland or Knotts for a funnel cake anymore! And I will totally keep Drizzle in mind & recommend them to others for a future bday party, wedding, private or corporate event, etc. Can't wait to take more of my friends & eat more of their funnel cakes! Waited an hour for a below average tasting ice cream like legit it's JUST vanilla ice cream with a funnel cake. Oh my god was I disappointed. I paid $7 for a small funnel cake with regular vanilla ice cream, fruitty pebbles, sprinkles, and CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE......wait a minute on the menu that advertises the "funfetti" doesn't it say Nutella drizzle ???? So why the heck did I get chocolate drizzle on mine? FALSE ADVERTISING. Why did I notice this? Because I was LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NUTELLA DRIZZLE....I wasted an hour of my time that I can't get back but at least now I know to not come back. read more
