It was a little tricky at first. But, my favorite part of the salon is my stylist, DK. He is an expert professional and does a precise job with cutting and styling my hair. My friend took me across the street to Salon Gerard to fix it, and despite me not having an appointment, Chenelle stayed late to trim my hair to fix the unevenness and cliffs and expertly calmed me down as I was still in shock. I really miss my long hair, but Chenelle styled it so well that I was not completely distraught and even gave me tips on how to preserve the blowout. She's not only highly talented as a stylist but also incredibly empathetic and reassuring in stressful situations. I would recommend her to everyone.
