I waited and made several attempts to contact him, but he never showed up and never gave me the courtesy of letting me know that he was no longer coming. What was especially disappointing was that my messages were being read, but I received no response. I understand that things happen and schedules can change, but communication is extremely important when you are running a business. A simple message or phone call saying he couldn't make it would have been enough. I had also recommended Jose to other people, and they experienced the same difficulty trying to reach him. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend his services. I'm sharing this review not out of anger, but because I believe customers deserve professionalism, honesty, and basic communication. I truly hope Jose takes this feedback seriously and understands how frustrating it is for someone to wait for a service and then be completely left without an explanation. This is a terrible company. Our first appointment was a no call no-show and I took the day off…read morework. After I called and asked why they didn't show, they sent a message that the appointment wouldn't now be the following day. I needed to work and couldn't take another day off. So they make another appointment and the day of the appointment, the guy shows up and looks at it and doesn't do anything and just says he knows what's wrong. I was then told I have to prove that I purchased my refrigerator and it needed to be done immediately even though I registered the refrigerator with Whirlpool for the warranty. I called Whirlpool to verify the warranty and Whirlpool was confused on why the guy told us to do this. So basically, more hoops to jump through with this company for no reason. Today we were supposed to have another appointment and they were a no call so show again. I called and had to talk to AI again and AI confirmed I had an appointment today and they would be coming sometime before 5pm. I asked for someone to call me back and now I have another appointment for next Friday because apparently they didn't know I had an appointment even though I scheduled it with them. Wish me luck. I have very little confidence that this company is going to come through. Oh, don't try to text them because they will never answer you. If you have a repair person, just use your trusted source. I really wish I just paid for the fix. Going through their warranty is hell and this company is probably the worst I've ever dealt with and I'm still not done.
