Crab benny... those home fries were out of this world
    Pauline S.

I love a brunch with options...not just breakfast or lunch and Drunch delivered. Further, they had a healthy mix of savory and sweet, as well as actually Healthy! Great beverage list (though would have loved a caraffe or pitcher option for brunch drinks). While there was a wait, it was WORTH IT. All the food we got was incredible and the service was great. We did have a few small requests which didn't make it back to us but nothing terrible. Lively place that's good for families and groups alike, easy access parking.

The food was super good! The owner was very nice and personable. Greeted us and went over the menu. They have their own twist and style on flavoring. All of the flavors were appetizing, and the presentation of the menu items were creative and aesthetically pleasing, but can be a little pricey. We ordered the Garden Bennie, the Drunch Balls, and the garlic parmesan wings. The Bennie came with phenomenal home fries, the hollondaise sauce complimented the dish without taking over the entire flavor profile, and the veggies were a perfect medley. If you like savory and sweet together the drunch balls are where it's at! They were a lot more delicate than I thought they would be having an outside batter that's fried which was wonderful. Dense would have been gross. Inside had all the tasty breakfast items rolled up into big bursts of flavor. The wings were roasted to perfection and were super saucy! I will say, they do implement an automatic 18% of gratuity to all bills. Being a server I see both sides of that coin. Tips are never expected but always appreciated. But if the staff is consistently not being taken care of I can see why they opted for the implementation. Serving can be rough so take care of the wait staff!

We loved the atmosphere which was fun but contemporary. The food was awesome and am giving it a 9.5 on a 1-10 scale. The service was both attentive and friendly. Would recommend this place for brunch anytime with our server Bri (Brianna)

Biscuits n gravy. Be warned- chicken sausage gravy. Not pork sausage gravy

The service here is amazing. The wait staff truly were so kind and wanting you to have a great experience. The drinks were great. Had an old fashioned, margarita & bloody mary. The food was just ok in my opinion. We had breakfast pizza, egg rolls, grain bowl & biscuits & gravy. There are no substitutions or getting something on the side. I asked for the gravy on the side with the biscuits. The staff said the kitchen really doesnt like to do that theyre picky. I said ok i am going to be a little pickier choosing what i order They charge extra for sauces etc requested. In all fairness it says this on their menus. There is also an automatic 18% gratuity. Very busy place, seated immediately. Staff was great. Food was ok.

Delicious food, mediocre service. It was really busy and the staff generally seemed young, so I'll cut them a little slack on the service. We felt a bit rushed to order and never received extra items we asked for like share plates. We were quoted a 15-20 minute wait for a table but got sat in a little under 15 minutes which was nice. The menu is dense, they had a regular menu and a whole extra menu of specials. There was a good selection of beer and cocktails. This is definitely a popular spot and the food was the highlight!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food is fresh and delicious. Customer service was Excellent, they went above and beyond and one of the owners came around a few times after introducing himself. He was so attentive! Montana was a great server. The atmosphere was quite cozy. We will definitely be coming back!

    Drunch Cajun Pasta

When my brother came into town for a quick overnight visit, he made one request--breakfast at a Black-owned spot in Columbus. I'd heard plenty of buzz about Drunch from friends and coworkers but had never made the trip myself. This was the perfect excuse to finally check it out. We were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service from the jump. I decided to take a chance on something different and ordered the Drunch Cajun Pasta. Let me tell you--I'm so glad I did. I wasn't sure what to expect from a Cajun pasta for brunch, but the dish absolutely blew me away. The sauce had that rich, gumbo-like flavor you'd find in New Orleans, laced with file and savory herbs. The andouille sausage, shrimp, and ham were seasoned to perfection and paired beautifully with sautéed veggies over angel hair pasta. Every bite was packed with flavor. The vibe was welcoming, and the co-owner even came over to chat with us, which made the experience feel that much more personal. Drunch more than lived up to the hype--and it's now officially on my list of go-to brunch spots in Columbus.

great service ! well seasoned food i love drunch everyone was so kind ! It was very welcoming and i have a great experience everytime i come

Stopped in here for brunch while in town. The wait staff was quick and responsive and we were seated immediately. I had the crab cake Benedict and my brunch companion had the fried grits and shrimp. We also tried the egg rolls and whoanuts. Loved everything except the egg rolls; not a fan of the chicken sausage component. Tried several delicious yet expensive cocktails. Overall, definitely will return!

Very busy and loud! We had a family of 6 and had to wait 20 mins at 10am on a Saturday. Our waiter was nice but I asked for the bottled water for the whole table and she brought us two bottled waters and they was $3 each! lol that's not what we wanted. We ordered the wings and we asked for them extra crispy and they was chewy wasn't cooked well. She said they're baked ok I cook baked chicken at home and it looked like it's fried! SKIN AND CHICKEN WAS STILL RUBBERY! Didn't like it at all!!! She said it's 10 wings it was 7 for $20! My mom ordered the pineapple drink and they didn't like it because it was champagne lol But good experience just won't come back not for us. They include the %18 in your bill which I feel it's not right! We should be able to tip what we want, not the 18% + some if we want! Place was packed line out the door!

    French delicious
    Monica J.

The food was phenomenal. I got the French delicious with the turkey option. And the Drunch egg rolls actually stole the show. They were fried to perfection, with the best yum sauce I have ever tasted! Our server Bri was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled and accommodated any needs. I highly recommend coming to check them out! The only complaint I have is that I wish the potatoes had a lil crisp on them. That would make them stellar. Besides that everything was on point.

The food at Drunch Eatery + Bar was really good, and that alone almost made the visit worth it. The service was average--nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The biggest letdown was the atmosphere. The interior design felt chaotic and mismatched, almost like it was thrown together last minute. The bar area honestly reminded me of a basement college party, which took away from the overall vibe they might be going for. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and my friend got a mimosa--both drinks tasted like they barely had any alcohol in them. We didn't feel a buzz at all, which was disappointing considering the price. There's potential here, but the aesthetic and bar quality definitely need a refresh to match the quality of the food.

breakfast bowl, whoanuts, southern fried chicken egg benedict
    Morgan M.

we showed up on a saturday around 1030 and, while it was busy, there was no wait. WHOANUTS: the star of the show. a must order - so cute, so good. i ordered the breakfast bowl which covered all of the savory breakfast basics: eggs, gravy, protein, potatoes. my husband had the southern friend chicken eggs benedict and devoured it - i had a bite of the fried chicken and it was VERY tasty/juicy/flavorful. coffee was great & service was fantastic. oh, and the food came out SPEEDY quick. we didn't order any brunch cocktails but they did have an extensive cocktail menu with plenty of hair-of-the-dog options. a few minor complaints (although these wouldn't stop me from returning!): it's a rather loud environment, not somewhere to go if you're looking for a relaxing breakfast date. also, my husband and i were sat at an 8 top table with another couple (we didn't know the couple) and there were a few 4 top tables that were open when they sat us. i understand needing to save space but the logic didn't make sense to me - what if a group of 5-8 showed up and then they didn't have a table for them because we were taking up a large table? overall, i'd recommend this for a breakfast/brunch spot to try in columbus!

It was the perfect spot for a relaxed, drawn-out dinner where we could enjoy drinks, take our time, and really soak it all in. We had a reservation and were seated right away, which set the tone for the night. Everyone ordered cocktails (I've heard the espresso martini is one of their best, even though coffee isn't really my thing), and honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the drink menu. We started with the Meze, which included house-made falafel, tzatziki, hummus, sun-dried tomato couscous, assorted vegetables, and naan--everything was fresh and so flavorful. They also brought out complimentary focaccia right away, which was such a nice touch. For my main, I ordered the seasonal scallops, and I also tried the chicken thighs with fig, goat cheese, asparagus, parmigiano reggiano, and couscous--both were absolutely amazing. I'd go back in a heartbeat just to try more of the menu. We were there for about 2-3 hours, and at no point did we feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing the staff. The entire experience felt thoughtful, welcoming, and just really special. Highly recommend The Sycamore for your next date night or girls' dinner!

We both got the fried chicken BLT, the spoon bread and mac & cheese. The spoon bread is simple corn bread, but it was really good. The mac & cheese was homemade and delicious. The sandwiches were outstanding and huge. My daughter and I could have split one between us. Instead, we brought two halves home. Not sure what this place used to be.
